they got the best villain actor in the biz! and when a FC game doesn't have a compelling and powerful villain it just feels empty (cough, cough, FC new dawn, cough) this was absolutely the right move!

he understands that good villains aren't crazy maniacs, they're high-functioning-tactical-sociopaths with good business ethics.
