Exercises can help to tone your eyelids, making your eyes appear larger and more youthful. Step 1 : Warm-up Blink 20 times. Step 2 : Warm-up Close your eyes and open your eyes bigger. Do 10 times. Step 3 : Warm-up Massage the eyebrows starting from the head to the tail of the eyebrows 3 times. Step 1 : Eyelids Muscle Exercises Use two fingers to push the eyelid up and close your eyes 5 seconds and then release. Do 5 times. Step 2 : Eyelids Muscle Exercises Use your index finger to push the top eyelid up. Thumb pressing under the lower eye. Close your eyes for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times. Step 6 : Eyelids Muscle Exercises Roll the eyes in a circle and back. Doing 5 times. Step 7 : Eyelids Muscle Exercises Roll the eyes according to the numbers 8, do 5 rounds. Step 8 : Eyelids Muscle Exercises Close your eyes and open your eyes bigger and hold for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times.
