Exploring the BEST WATERFALLS in CHIANG MAI...#chiangmai

today's plan is to explore some of the best man-made and natural waterfalls around changai however things get a little challenging Monsoon rainstorms tight squeezes and rush hour traffic all on an itsy pitsy motorbike but why should you care I've worked in the airline industry for over 20 years I've been engineering and Building Things since I was a child together we have successfully raised a blended family in Orlando Florida now in our 40s our kids are adults and we get to be kids again follow us as we navigate through our midlife crisis oh as we call it the midlife [Music] Odyssey we found this place on Facebook it's called Uh Dante wada I think it's a land of angels and waterfalls it is a man-made waterfall but it's supposed to be really beautiful so we took a little ride out here about an hour away from changai and we're going to go see if it's worth a hyp approximately 25 30 minutes into the ride and the heavens opened up and we just started getting a downpour on us luckily we brought rain gear so we're able to get here safely we're still dry and we are ready to go check this [Music] out made it in the park we were told to follow sign number one so we're going to go from here recommended check-in points that should not be missed in the land of [Music] angels need coffee what is the body silence screen for coffee a yarn is a silent scream for coffee [Music] me all right I lost my way I got to go back find Tabby how did you get so hey look in the sky it's Captain Obvious it's Captain Obvious yes it's Captain Obvious it is definitely worth the drive out here this is so [Music] beautiful and if you can tell it has started raining so I do apologize if there's any little water droplets on your screen right now I'm going to do my best to try to keep the lens dry we did bringing rain gear it stopped raining we took it off we left it back at the scooter and I'm kind of wishing that we did have it with us nope NOP just a little bit of water where are you now you live far away there's not a whole lot underneath the cave I don't know what I was expecting hey what were you expecting I have no idea this is really neat oh I guess you shouldn't try to walk backwards looks like a cauldron cooking up some witches bro know I should be cuz honestly I don't have no time to waste I'm trying to come back to you because now I see we were meant to be [Music] it's like a Botanical Garden I know that it's man-made but it has so many different plants and flowers and it's gorgeous it's definitely worth a visit [Music] so it looks like there's a little seating area you can sit there and watch the waterfall if it's raining which it [Music] is she totally about busted her booty oh yeah okay let's try she's all like I'm going to walk across the bridge looking cute twirling on [Music] oh and I did exactly what Tammy just did the step right see see I told you I totally did not see the step [Music] there meant to be we were meant to be [Music] good news is the rain has stopped but this area where we're at is completely flooded so now we get to walk through the water so if you get an opportunity to come out here you should it is again it's a man-made structure so not to get anybody's hopes up that this is natural well you'll spend about an hour hour hour and a half here we now have about a 30 minute ride to our next destination so we're heading over to the scooter and heading out 3 2 1 anywhere I'm at turn the city up I can flip a down to a million I don't like toag but I'm 3 2 [Music] 1 go to the sticky waterfall it'll be fun they said there is an unbelievable amount of grip on this when normally you would think it would be incredibly slippery this is weird awesome [Music] it's worth it even though we're soaking wet we're trying we're trying to make the best out of the weather we have to so I apologize for the audio I'm sure the video quality isn't going to look the greatest but hey we're doing it we're having fun [Music] tamy looks like a minion you look like a minion come on say banana I don't think the rain's going to L up maybe we'll get lucky I seriously doubt it I have no idea how much longer this battery is going to last so we will pick this back up whenever we get back to changai and we get dried off [Music] we finally broke through I think we should be good the rest of the way so we're stopping for a moment do a little mental break and then we're going to continue on we are soaking wet we're alive we made it back to the hotel so after we did that little pit stop we only literally got just a few little raindrops on it we were flying back here to try to take advantage of the dry weather and then Rush Hour happened and oh my gosh needless to say we're starving got nothing to eat today this is
