Exploring old SC gold mine #gold

[Music] so today's adventure i was invited by daniel on private property for exporting a old gold mine one of his friends own a lot of land and there is some old gold mines from 1900s and i'll show you a big nugget that was found there and then we're gonna you know go explore we exchanged some poultry that i had some extra ducks and the rooster for the opportunity yeah i i only found one detecting it 1903. that's cool they're hard to find they have fun keep it keep it but that's the nugget wow you're kidding yeah all right right down him it had to be that that nuke that big creek you know knowing where the cows are but i would say maybe doc's grandfather found had to be early teens 20s uh you know that's a nugget that is a nugget yeah timmy like today man i'm telling you it washed out i went i went walking a little bit back down here just on this creek i was looking for some deer tracks and getting ready to leave all right so another day another adventure i got my detectors i got my mine lab and goldbach 2 with me i got invited to this gold mine danielle has some friends and they have this land with the old gold mine and so we're going to go and do a little prospecting in an old gold mine and there is a little creek and a telling pass so we i brought my hub anchor and detectors we're gonna be doing prospecting around the gold mine hey should be pretty good fun we should find some gold i'm finding some mushrooms already some really good edible mushrooms this is a bullet mushroom i hope i'm saying it right in english but i know this mushroom very well it's bruising purple kind of greenish purple and danielle is leaving me up there we're going down towards the creek i see already some washes here slowly running water so let me let me go get back to you ah i got stuck in this brush okay let me get back to you and begin yeah it looks great look at it oh look at the quartz and all this one you see how the water washes washed out oh my god look at it oh look at this guy so we walked through this creek and this goes to the gold mine the cord looks great and here this little corner look at that you see the that's how the new that's how it knew the fresh gold ah look at that danielle is so excited this looks all nice fresh wash and this is how this is how exposed yeah this is all new that's great clay and clay holds gold so yeah a lot of rain there was a lot of rain and so there is a lot of new fresh material big quartz you see how is it nice washed from the old old riverbed oh yeah we see some old wall over there some old piping and so he is like the wall of the old mining place yeah the creek looks definitely great look at this bedrock sticking out and you can see it's the very nice you know you could spend here oh look at this nice quartz vein over here and you see it you can see i just laid my detector down but this beautiful quartz vein right here coming from the this is the bedrock and bedrock and this is the quartz venue and see so this could go in and this this was probably covered you know so you know the rain on you know uncover it over there too you're standing on one right there and you got a little white stuff you never even notice that and i've walked past you many times what do you see you could see like i said you could spend here days just swinging the detector and looking for minecraft there so the little nugget that we have the story that you know it came from here it was found in here so there are some big nuggets and this is great let's go right there land shift yep yeah yep yep can you see some vent ships this is one of the biggest fish and you see there is there is a another vein oh yeah this is the leftover floored mine and all up there it's hard to see but there is on the back all the way quartz everywhere this is big hole that is followed and over there wow that looks cool and all this is uh it looks like yeah telling pals it's hard to see on the video but here it is here is like a pile around you know long one there is a tailing piles with daniel walking right here is a big quarry looks like big hole on the back i see some tailing piles telling puzzle you can see that they they man-made build-up tailing power so let me look at the quarry all the main chef i could say a lot of mushrooms we had so much rain i'm already looking and picking some mushrooms but look at that daniel is getting in there oh man look oh there goes big holy moly mine is what that is on top of the hill there's chaps going down have you ever exploded like inside no holy moly this is i'm all excited man i could be oh this is cool this is almost like in the lone gas size you know producing mine here oh wow and you can see it again you know i'll get close to this quartz right here these beautiful quartz quartz wind flowing this way and big bit that was a lot of work somebody did here now this is you know in a county that there is not you know many gold mines so i'm kind of excited because this is big workings there was a lot of people who made this and work it they probably follow wayne over here clean it up all the way that way same way it looks like they was digging look at it yeah it's hard to it's going to be hard to tell on video but this is great you can see danielle how small he is he compare of this this is yes this is massive big and all the way on the back there i don't know how to if you can tell i will try to recall this there it's munching down there this way all the way down there under those shifts inside i think that was the shaft going down maybe yeah very very high possibility it's flooded but it looks like that is go deep and they was probably following some you know material and they dig it again and it's funny but right there it's definitely have you ever been here without the water it does it gets dried up always here yeah so it's probably super hard to get there oh this is nice this is cool um i will go down there i will go down but i will get down there this is too too good to be not going down there and there is here you can see the quartz you can see the stuff around here and animals and frogs holy moly yes daniel how little and i'm on the bottom of this gotta watch for snakes and spiders definitely a dangerous place i mean every man yes definitely danger you can see how big it is i gotta change this i'm so excited you know this is cool place so me and daniel visiting and uh gonna prospect yeah we cannot prospect down there because it's all flooded but this was mine this was all mine all the way down that way i just came from down there big up it's so high this is a 50 and daniel up there you can see daniel right there so little good good good good stuff so i was just swinging this little detector and i mean danielle just playing around to see you know like the stuff and i was just digging here and you can see it's a square nail so from the all miners there is gonna be a lot of nails and this is pretty cool fun you know you don't see them much anymore nothing like playing in the creek here we go this is our first pen this is the creek close to all the mine shafts very nice looking creek a lot of courts daniel down there he's working around the big quartz in the curve so we'll see what we get so i just finished that first pan and we definitely around gold look at that you got a shape you got a shape don't you love it when you first been there's a lot of little fines hard to see but there is nice little speck so this should be good day first pen you gotta love it so you can see actually this is the second pan i'll try it equally but there is it is at 30 microns maybe more 45 20 50. that then it's full of micro gold now you can see it there is there is so many micro growth nice little piece again and so much microwave so we're doing third pan i'm doing is just heal shovel deep testing in the middle of a straight really little creek not this is not really depositing hole but i guess the goal is here everywhere again we there was a lot of fines in that second pen there's a lot of black sand i should be probably using safety pin but me and daniel just stop and try and find a hole that we can set up our bucket rig and a hard anchor and so we're just testing after we find the right spot you can set it up let me see if there is anything in this third pen and then we can set up maybe and start a little faster mining this is just testing but you gotta love the testing i i see light so that's that's a good thing [Music] okay so third pen is not that good i see some fines that it definitely finds hard to tell but there is a fine gold right there yeah you can see them now there's maybe about ten little pieces maybe more i see it over here and it's all over here that is one two three four five six seven eight nine that is at least 15 micros okay good to spend with this pen you get gold starting over here at the top but there is there is a seal little micros there is so much fun gold i walked from my hole over here and i was looking on the side for little rains and this is like a bedrock over here you can see it's going underneath and so i'm thinking it's gonna be like a natural rifle it stops the gold and stops anything actually from the creek but there is a there is a vein coming from there from underneath and i just got it in the shovel so this is the bedrock material and on the top it's like a half inch layer of the composting white quartzy vein you see that we're looking for source this possibly could be look at that but let's find some jaggedy gold and we will know that's where this is coming from let me pin it out very cool very cool i believe it now look at that guys he showed me before a nice long while it was covered halfway and we make mercury there's a lot of mercury here and this is a look look at that that's cool yeah yeah and you know there could be a lot of fans board up with mercury or a whole nice big piece yes i like mercury beautiful day in a beautiful creek enjoying this nice look at that little girl hey you come here yeah how are you gonna eat me pen full of material let me turn out this is good this is the creek very nice very nice beautiful quiet day we had a lot of rain so we enjoyed this nice sunny day today in the shade it's good come on little guy hey he's cute help in the gold creek beautiful valley for waterfall we can test a lot of quartz i found the best gold about halfway right there nothing no gold no gold not much gold this little deeper pocket not much gold but there is some quartz veins coming up you can see it could be washing off the little quartz is a nice quirtzy wayne here it goes underneath i might test this little pile over here because this the creek will hit it here and wash it off it could be a nice little pocket right here so i found this looks like a wash blow down but if you look underneath there's a gravels coming up and it's like a tunnel it's hard to see but there is gravels all the way that's 20 feet deep down there gloves i have to test all that a little quartzy vein being washed off to this little puddle i will test right here i'm going to find out if the gold is coming from here or maybe from some side wash i scooped up from the hole right underneath over here there was like a lot of gravel i scooped it up this is the material it came with it's the green rocks that kind of material are very clean let me grab this for the other hand it was very clay kind of like this violet whitish clay wash it really good you see the water super super [Applause] clay let me see if there's anything in the little wash from that little cave a little hole whatever that is the grains washed a lot of new openings in a creek a lot of new rocks a lot of new materials exposed and what i heard from danielle that nobody really perspective this place much so let me see if there is anything here definitely there is gold i see a little piece oh and a lot of fines oh where did these go there's a lot of fans see that on me these uh yeah there is definitely a lot of fines quite a shiny shiny shiny there is again 20 30 micro fines in the little nice little piece and that just came from there from the hole there's a lot of girl a lot of material i think bigger gold would actually stuck somewhere high it would not make it all the way up here just the little fines let me snuff this up let me snuff this up i've got my snuff only a little oh now you can see that clean water you see that yeah right there a lot of little shiny ones all right come on come to papa okay now let's move up a little bit and test it just this one this part if it's coming from here too and find snakes i've seen when i before i pull a camera i was gone but here you go you know you're dealing with in the creek that was a huge spider where is he this guy was this is a fist size there you go oh wow look at him at the beauty guy you see that he's getting the axe he's gonna be oh not that oh it's waiting on you in the creek he's a huge what the heck and he's got all his eggs underneath he's gonna jump on it that's what you get daniel is over there danielle i got some surprise for you wanna grab it in the hand you want to grab this surprise that i got for you here do you see the body over here oh lord he's getting the x big bowl of eggs underneath all right we finally micro gold the micro gold salt speaking over there the mines are back that way it's a big natural waterfall rifle so we daniel is testing right there find some little shape and some micros i find is a little vein coming actually this is the rifo and there is a wayne quartz vein soft very irony look at that beauty look at that beauty falling apart look at that i'll try to dig some it's just beautiful look at this so i washed it i got it in a pan this is how it looks washed very irony no pickers no pickers not to be searching a lot of my coming this this is this could be this could be the the lanes and there is bunch of them this is just one of many that we found this creek has them everywhere quartz everywhere a lot of veins like this so let me pan it out and see if something is in it ah look at this the horns i'm stuck too ah they just cut me picked up a life of a perspective i'm stuck i'm walking all these stones all over me so this is the creek and we're just trying to find a better spot just think every so often when we paint anything the gold it's still here little micros the veins you can see i will test this over that looks pretty good that's that's the thing this creek a little bit kind of wash creek a lot of quartz and you see the it's pretty deep maybe 10 feet and when it's a high water running it's washing this little this is new opening little crack and you see a lot of gravels coming from the vane quartz van that is coming from there so i'll just ride it beautiful beautiful so i'm digging this little wash that's coming out of there i just found some little mushroom there was a really good little snack this is cool you gotta of this you know in the creek where nobody usually go this is all private property hunting club get it daniel perspective a couple times but it's all prime all prime material nice little curve you can see all flash wash but i'm over here interested on this uh with all these rocks it's fresh from this wash right here from that and from up there let me turn it out and see if there's anything in it okay the glare come out there is a fine fine fine gold that is uh and i mean i'll try to cut this but there is very super micros i don't think you can tell and hard in here but a lot of new stuff's been exposed yeah we're moving off a little bit a oh yeah oh yeah i see i see i see there's been a lot of fawns you got a lot of there's a chunky piece in here somewhere okay okay nice chunky piece there it is oh yeah oh yeah oh you got him nice loud nice little shape that is good i see him right there very cool another pen not a lot of fonts i don't think this is the first mercury piece this is a gold but this one in the middle it's actually silvery so that's mercury covered gold and gold we moved up there was some bigger gold fund right there so i think i will set up my high banker here and run it and we'll see what we can find and that's the first murky piece all right so machine setup and we're running the high banker it looks awesome i'm gonna be watching for the nuggets because this creek the oceana nugget there is the nuggets big ones you never know where you can find them [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so daniel is running to me [Music] look at you speakers don't you love pikachu a little bit too this is good look at that listen yeah that's a nice pretty gold that's pretty gold yes that's super you get a lot of special place for this one so then you'll find nice nice little picker that's a whole i'm working i'm doing cleanup i just test my bottom safety pen there was nothing in it so that's good i will do cleanup of the top and the bottom and see what's in it i'm just digging right here then you'll find some good stuff right there you see his little telling pile right here but the little piece that he just found it's actually there is a curve and he's over there behind this side of the wall down below and above it on the right side yeah we're thinking the the bottom of the creek actually went straight before and it's slowly you know cut cut cut so there is like a old gravels coming out of the old creek old riverbed and he's digging right there there was nothing on my safety pin there was nothing a couple micros on my bottom it's loose everything it's in that vortex uh mating on the top this is just the conveyor belt it's right there when i'm washing it and this was 10 minutes long nice little pickle and a lot of a lot of fines you can see a lot of fines i'll try to call it better without movement nice jiggly gold this little pickle you can pick it's nothing big like uh daniel farm but it's nice little jiggity one oh one side has a little bitty mercury on nothing big oh see you can see the medical unit touch of mercury take a little break i stopped the machine in the middle material is great i got some gray bedrock and uh white clay i will actually take the white clay home some of the hard white toy i will take it home and plan it out let me see what daniel ring over there he has a nice speaker i'm still having just a lot of fines and stuff he found these in a creek some old spring from probably some old buggy or something moziniki some old old old stuff you can see your four wheel right there daniel is rocking i will go right there nice turn this is all hard bedrock i made the click kind of dirty quartz everywhere and then he'll work survival he's bucket rick good stuff goal is good goal is good yeah yeah so you're just digging the stuff here just cleaning the top of the soft bedrock running super slow perfect that's it that's why it's catching so good yeah yeah i like this maybe maybe a little bit better because you know you have standing water it washes really good watching it really good run it through nice and easy you got super high too that's that's over three feet right you can also attach this to the kayak it's just i mean for the pump it's pretty hard time for the pump lifted that high 600 gallon per hour small pump that's been good it's doing good little deer figure battery will last three hours on this run that's awesome that is awesome you got double dream matt yeah the demands are great inside vortex and moss that is awesome almost running the level pitch not much pitch at all nice and slow really catchy yeah yeah with this kind of slow flow it's perfect it's awesome so you can see there's a lot of our tailings daniel has darlings over there he was dredging actually over there the gold mines are far away that way it's good nice nice place [Music] a little break and uh i just got my gold back and run to the bottom of the hole when i was digging i didn't find nothing just to let a couple pieces overlap but i walked a little farther and had a couple of signals it was all some little trash pieces of metal but i found a big signal and i found some old pick all program pick from the old gold mines so it's pretty cool take it with me i'm taking with me this little pile of uh clay i will work at home i'm not gonna work it here but i'm just gonna run the gold back around here and take any little targets another clean up and uh nice little shapes and a lot of them it's covered with the you can see all the shapes nice ones these are covered in mercury even the small ones in this this one is very nice today today and i'm gonna pack it up i got a big pile over here that's the tailing pile so i did run a lot of material i did duck from here about there that's maybe 10 12 feet about foot deep and we got some gold [Applause] so let me just look at it and yep look at it a lot of gold oh it's hard to see yeah a lot of gold a lot of a lot of it and yeah look yeah you got a nice little chunker that's a lot of gold mercury covered chunker and a lot of my picker i got put up that's the picker the mercury is heating over the mercury is covering most of it yeah it's hard to tell now we can tell yep all right so it was a great day and we're gonna go all the ghee is being carried on a four-wheeler and i can just walk and enjoy and picking mushrooms how good is that yeah life is good we find some gold had a good day all day and creek pretty good really good found some good mushroom i will take the mushroom with me yes that's the bulatus i will eat it today it's gonna be my dinner cool place cool place
