Exploring Abandoned Custom Mansion With GOLD Room & Tennis Court

what up folks guys welcome back to another video today as you can see we are at an abandoned house fence is right there this place will be demoed very soon i got ethan with me right here his link will be down below so before i even run my intro i noticed i'm walking up here this got a three-car garage i'm gonna show you that before my intro right here and the middle garage looks pretty rough so without any further ado let's go [Applause] all right guys so we see the the demolition team is here ready to rock and roll it's got a lot of land there's a little shed back there looks like a little outhouse and this property is very big so i didn't even notice this is a carport here i don't know what's that before i run the we run inside i'm going to show you guys the front of this house quickly so the neighbors just drove by so we got to be very careful it is overgrown here there's a board on the front door and it looks like part of the i think that part it might be a deck and there's a there's a tennis court back there guys there's a tennis court back there i'll go more in depth in the backyard after the video but i want to show you guys the very front this place looks cool lots of boards right guys let's go inside all right guys we are inside right now i'm at the front door that obviously you've seen come out so i was boarded but look at this as soon as you walk in like a little mini chain and there's for the wall they're called wall sconces wall sconces yeah something new all right then as soon as you walk in guys this is what you see you see you can go in the kitchen then you got this beautiful staircase carpeted with a chandelier and you see this fireplace right here that's kind of we always pull out doors so i thought it was sliding yeah so that's kind of cool i love these old fireplaces guys what do you guys think about this stuff that's cool you could probably put like i wouldn't put plants up here but you could probably put like pictures up there to kind of go into this room so and here's the deck i'll see this is where that wood was there's a what is that a staircase oh it's broken there's a door without go up there got some mattresses this is obviously the dining room probably nice beautiful chandelier that would be the sun room and then even from here like if you're eating dinner if you have kids you can watch your kids play tennis and all that kind of stuff that's awesome this property is huge guys it's actually to be torn down very soon um do you know why they turn in houses or build a brand new big mansion on here huge mansion big way bigger so at least it's not a bunch of townhouses or condo this guy's buying the property he's gonna build something humongous here on this property so i'm gonna turn this camera around we're gonna look at the kitchen at very old school this house was actually built in 1976 um this was custom built by whoever bought it original owner original owner custom built it to the specs he wanted and the thing about this property is the lane is huge like no doubt about it's huge so oh we got one of those islands that swing nice there's a carport there solid state nice oh look at this this lights are vents it's nice trash compacted oh my it's got a key for it let's just start it or just think what's up oh my god the thing's on and off the last time i've seen something this old was in that mansion in the woods the original mansion in the world they had they had the same thing yeah like the wood style and everything like that old looking yeah yeah so and then guys this place was actually it's about this place here is roughly around a two million dollar house uh to manchin sort of i guess you can call it but it's around two million dollars so very good find so yeah it's pretty what no this is weird that this wallpaper i don't know for some reason that window right there is creepy because if you guys were here at nighttime you had friends come over whatever they want to play trick on you you're in here with the lights on doing your laundry if someone came knocking on that with a nice freddy krueger mask jason voris or michael myers that would scare the out of me right there so oh look at this thing oh it doesn't work oh this is like an office cool front window obviously all the boards you guys seen the boards are all covered in the front we got a bathroom ethan's going to the bathroom what the heck is with this wallpaper gold it's on the ceiling too gold wallpaper everywhere oh my god carpet in the bathroom this is kind of weird being in a gold bathroom gold uh knobs and stuff guys what do you guys think of this bathroom i think in a way it's kind of cool but in a way it's kind of gaudy i guess i don't know it's i'm gonna call it something like mansion with golden bathroom or something i don't know what i'm gonna call this video yet i wasn't expecting to walk in to a gold bathroom like literally it's everywhere dang all right we're gonna go upstairs guys we're gonna take the basement for last wow this is big no way i gotta go see that after actually i'm gonna go from room and you tone guys is there any other company that does these other than any tone because lately all the places i've been that have intercoms in the house is all in your tone like i i don't know is that like the only company around that does it or is that the best company that does it that's the view you get when you come to this bedroom window harnessing that that's cool only can go on the roof no i like space custom shelves on the side so you can still call close your hang your clothes put your shoes on the side that's actually kind of a good idea you can see the design he made in between each uh shelf which is good um we got a door that goes on the roof and i seen i think that's where the bathtub was that we just seen there's the excavator right there door what is this i'm not gonna go outside i actually heard someone across the way so i don't want them to hear me on the roof all right i've seen this in my friend knows pictures right here this is crazy this is carpet oh we have a green toilet oh my god green sink but this is what caught my eye right here with one of those pictures this carpet going right up to the tub so these are gold plated i'm assuming there's a mouse in there ethan she the mouse yeah i know it's gonna be groovy back in the day ethan did you have to make that spot there yeah yeah this is what you get right here guys if you're stripping out of the tub just looking at that green toilet it's got even a gold plated uh flusher handle dang the green shower i haven't gone through that part yet oh my god it's green framed there's like flowers on the ceiling gold plated knobs oh my god that's crazy the door that's not going it might be gold-plated too i guess it's tinted which is cool what is that what is this the door something messed up with the door looks like they're filling it in there's something oh my god he's in wow this is definitely the master right ethan there's me what is up guys let's go on the roof i guess it's got to be outside like they must have been mirrors drawers dressers all that stuff this might have been like a powder room for a female that's cool hit another one no i mean this isn't a mask uh a powder room this is identical to that room over there so maybe ties here for me a male i don't know because it doesn't look like you can hang and close it maybe ties and this is where the clothes is so that could have been a his and this room here could have been a hit his hers kind of thing you know what i mean that's pretty cool i have a his or her closet to have like a powder table you can i don't know put stuff here watches shoes if you don't get the carpet dirty this is actually pretty nice pretty nice setup [Music] [Music] [Music] all right guys so ethan says i have to go check the basement out some cool stuff down there so we're heading on there downstairs right now oh my god there's a bar i see a rock formation here oh my lord damn let's start right here i want to start with this rock formation of a pond that they got right here this is cool damn so groovy how the stairs are even how it's it's stuckled all the way down you know what i mean this is obviously a bird feeder in the house maybe he had birds in the house oh there was a pool table huh those lights are cool such things that will come out of the 70s these lights you don't make these patterns anymore at all well you know there's legit hardwood under this so if they ever wanted to take this out it's got legit hardware all you do is sand it down you put a coat on it that's it it's a done deal what the heck is that leopard print carpet oh my god there's some massive mold right there what is it what was it this isn't even a closet storage storage maybe that's crazy i can't get over this carpet guys this carpet's crazy i don't think it suits this house but why say anything right it could it could have been good for its time because you see the old school door looking to match the carpet could have been the first time i just i personally don't like the carpet this has probably been like where you put a table to eat and stuff i'm assuming right ethan it could be for sure yeah yeah i don't see it being a tv room oh that would be more in there i can't even see being here this is nice you could probably have like a couple coaches right here cozy by the fire with this nice chandelier old school but guys even if i own this house i wouldn't put a tv above there it just it doesn't suit it i think this would be just as just a good sitting room kind of thing and we got the bar here well it's a step up bar too nice this is cool you have to have been short of yeah not for me look at how far down it is like we stepped up at least a good foot and a half on this little step right here yeah watch ethan step down that's a big step yeah it is so either the people who own this house was really short or something to serve at the bar i don't know maybe they had a lot of kids and the kids play here because obviously there's no spots here for like holding alcohol it's just like a sink normal sink so maybe it was kids that came up here to drink water and this was a kid's play room who knows right what's it a storage problem oh this is a wine cooler that's what this is this is like a cold cellar you put your your things in here that's cool nice i like having wine cool those are cool see wine clear back there yeah it's made out of like a like a brick type thing yeah so it definitely shows that this was custom made so and i definitely wait what's this whoa that's a whole lot of electrical ethan yeah this is a lot of electrical for a house like this all your panels and breakers yeah they probably saved it hopefully guys when they take furnaces out like this they they give it to someone or they sell it to like like guys like the restore like those guys the humanity star they sell them cheap to people who can afford it and all that kind of stuff it's hopefully that's what they did with that i think that could be [Music] [Music] all right guys this is the sunroom that i was showing you earlier with ethan right there uh it goes outside but the deck has an issue the deck was torn down and as i was walking up i noticed the stairs were taken away so obviously i can't go to the backyard from here but there's a tennis court i'm going to go outside right now and show you a little bit but i think the neighbors are outside and they're very close right now so i can't really spend too much time out there all right guys as you can see there used to be patio stones right here kind of leading back maybe down here a little bit and over by that little shed let's go check out the shed first there's an animal right there there's the stuff of the wine yeah it definitely was a driveway to go here but i don't get why the garage door is here but there's no dry way to go in to drive a car in there or am i blind did i miss something no because there's nothing here that would show maybe this is the garage to keep stuff it's not the man to park your cars because that's the garage there but that's a pretty big shed that's for sure but this is cool kind of little gazebo there [Music] this is pretty dope so that's the house right there guys it's pretty nice it's
