It's a molten metal. (My guess would be lead.) It would have been nice to know exactly what he used. But it's still fun to watch.
I love how "making videos pouring lava on stuff" is a viable, lucrative career path these days.
Seeing the shadows of the glass shatter was probably one of the most interesting things I noticed.
I liked when it did a kick flip.
