Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
nice slideshow, and good to see Athlon brand is still alive in 2019. Athlon meant real performance back in the days.
I'm still using the FX-60 overclocked 3 - 3.1GHz to run some modern games. Frame rate just high enough to be playable (Vulkan API).
Had 4 of AMD processors. First some Sempron but unfortunately don't remember which one exactly. Then Athlon 64 X2 6400+, then Ryzen 1500X and now the 3900X. Team red ftw!
Athlon in 1975 ???? missing the K series too
Hmmm....
good try, but would be fun to see more info like technical info which sockets/chipset it fitted and if it had co/math/fpu processors or not, proper representation on screen, and more in-depth description of how it stacked against the competing products.
Nice video but in the grand scheme of AMD processor things you absolutely do not need to mention Ryzen 3/5/7/9. Just Ryzen is enough else for consistency you would need to mention FX 4000/6000/8000/9000, Athlon 64 3000/4000/5000 etc.
Basicly, anything under the K5 was a 'cloned' intel, or simply reverse engineered intel chip.
Someone should make a ryzen logo similar to the older ones
