- Hello there, I am Tabitha Brown. - And I'm Choyce Brown. - [Together] And this is
everything we eat in a day. - Well, you know, I wake up
much earlier than she does, but the first thing I do when I wake up, I wash my face and brush
my teeth, you know, stretch a little bit. I don't really eat immediately. I always drink water when I wake up. 'Cause you know what? It's like, water's like,
electricity for the body. That's what I do when I first wake up. - I go on my phone, I roll over and then I go to the bathroom and then I get back in the bed
and I get on my phone again. Then I get up and I eat. - She be waking up smelling. I can imagine her in her room like, is mama cooking something? 'Cause that's the only way that she'd be really
eating unless you miss out and she slept too long. I cook something different
almost every morning. Sometimes it's a smoothie. Sometimes it's a pump food scramble, which is pumpkin seed tofu, instead of tofu with soy beans, it's made with pumpkin seeds and I will take that and I saute it in a pan
with spinach and mushrooms and onions and red peppers. Maybe take me a little
avocado, slice it up, put it on top with some
vegan lemon pepper Parmesan and some Saracha. - Yeah. - Don't it be hitting? - Yeah. And that's what would be
waking up right there, honey. - Yeah, it's the smell. - Yeah. And then she walk real slow
into the kitchen like, hey girl. - I'm here. If I have to make it myself, then I'd probably make, what? like egg. - Just Egg. - Just Egg, that's my favorite. - Oh yeah, that's right. She done got good at making
her little Just Egg omelets. - Indeed, yeah. - I am a every blue moon coffee. Honey, me and coffee is like a drug, okay. It's like straight up crack. I be turned into a whole new person. When I'm on the high of the coffee. And then when I'm crashing down, I be feeling like I'm in slow motion, but I'm literally off of a cliff. You know, when you go skiing and you go thought you
was on a bunny slope, but you went off the mountain. So I try to stick to the tea. These days is right busy. And I'm jumping on Zoom
call after Zoom call, checking emails. But when I don't have a super busy day, I like to take Blacky on a walk. That's my dog. Sometimes I just go and
sit outside in the back. I be like, imma go out here and sit and
feel fancy while I'm eating. - I check emails. Sometimes I go outside and take pictures or I go in the pool if
it's hot, it's always hot. - And her phone. - And I'm on the phone. - Did she mention she
be on her phone or no? - I be on my phone. - So for me, working out, used to be a really big
part of my day, right? Before quarantine. And now it's like, okay, let me try to at least get
my walk in with my dog. But sometimes we have a
little mini little gym set up in our garage. So I go in there and get on my treadmill for like 30 minutes. But trying to get this one
right here to work out, Jesus, honey, help us all. - Okay. I work out every blue moon. - How often you've been seen blue moon? - I work out sometimes. I go in the pool. That's a workout. - It is, if you swim in it. - I swim. - Swimming to take the picture or, but it is very important. Working out is important. And we have literally just said yesterday, we're gonna work out more together, right? - We gonna do better. - So I usually eat
lunch a little bit late. Sometimes I'm shooting
different like videos, right? Different foods that I
don't necessarily want to eat at that time. And then sometimes I got to taste it and then I'm not as hungry. But depending on the video I post, could be my lunch for the day. I'm a big Mexican food. Honey, I just love it. A good old taco of any kind, okay? Whether it's a fajita with
zucchini and squash and mushrooms and onions.
- The burritos. - I love a good burrito. And sometimes a good chopped salad, I love a chopped salad. We do that. She eat whatever a make. - I eat whatever she makes. I'm the taster. So my job is to taste what
she makes to make sure that it's good. And I do a very good job of that. I take that very seriously. - But every now and then you come in the kitchen and cook
something for yourself. - I'll make something myself if I'm just, my taste buds are screaming
for something different. But usually, you do well. - She do a good ramen. - The one in the packs? - Yeah, girl. The one in the packs. She be making a little ramen. And she season it herself, - Bowl it up, put the seasoning. I do that very well. - Now, snacks throughout the day, every blue moon I get
in like a popcorn kick and I want popcorn, but
I'm not a big snacker. I'm gonna let her take that. - One thing. One thing about me is
I'm gonna have a snack. I be snack all day. We eat donuts, chips, candy, - vegan donuts, vegan chips. - It's vegan everything. - I be trying to tell people, vegan don't mean skinny and vegan don't mean healthy because you can be a junk
food vegan too, right? And this one has mastered
all the junk food that comes with a vegan diet. - You know, Takis are vegan? - See what I'm saying? She been vegan two years. - Celery, carrots, sometimes I eat that. - And then I go in a room and
there's jolly rancher papers on the floor or Oreos. Did you know that they were vegan? Honey, you better watch 'em. You bring a pack in his house, honey, they don't last long, okay? So a typical dinner would be, we are big on pasta, love pasta in this house. My husband loves lasagna. - Mushrooms. - Yes, spaghetti. - She cooks mushrooms everyday. - You can eat whatever you want to cook. Do you know it's seven over
7,000 types of mushrooms? I only know a good 10. Honey, you know how much I got to learn? I got a whole lot of
mushrooms to learn, girl, we're going to be mushrooming it up. But I love a good garlic
mushroom pasta, bow tie pasta. But pasta's usually something
that I know I can cook quick. And it's plentiful for everyone. My beverage of choice
from morning to night throughout my day is always water. I love water. It is my most favorite drink. Now, when I wake up with
three nerves left over from the day before, and I
know by the end of the day, I'm gonna have half of a nerve
or a negative nerve, okay? I need a good old nightcap sometime and a little glass of Merlot, honey. Very good. And if it's one of them real rough days, I'm like, Oh Lord, I don't even
want to think about nothing. Imma go ahead and get the Agave. That's why I call it, I call
it Agave 'cause, you know. I'm vegan. So I be like, tequila just Agave. Imma just drink a little gave. Tequila is vegan. It's Agave. She drink water. - I drink water. - She 19. - And apple juice. - You drink Apple juice? - Yeah, I like Apple juice. Well, when we have it in here. - Oh. Yeah, and I don't like
to buy pre juice juices. I juice. So I'll juice, juice. I don't like juice juice. - How many times are
you going to say juice? - Give me the t-shirt, juice my juice. Oh, okay. - [Videographer] Are there
any late night snacking? - Why you looking? - You know what? Now this was before I was vegan. My favorite were like the
regular vanilla wafers, but they not vegan. Nabisco. Call me, let's figure it out. Any who, but I get these like now
the vegan vanilla wafers and vegan sharp cheddar cheese. And you put that on there together. It's so good. Don't knock it till you tried it, girl. It's good. - Imma try it tonight then. - I shouldn't of told it. - Me. I, like I said, we snack over here. - I always hear the pantry door. It's like a scary movie in
the middle of the night. You hear the door go (screeching) I be like, Choyce in the pantry. Choyce, get out the pantry. - I be hungry. - Imma tell you like my
daddy used to tell me. You just want it 'cause you see it. - No, I be thinking about it. It be on my mind. I don't see anything. It's just, it yells to
me from my room, Choyce. - Oh, that's what it be, sis? - Come eat. - I do keep a lot of healthy snacks because I know she is a big snacker. So it's a whole bunch of granola bars, popcorn, nuts, trail mix. - But, there's jolly ranchers. - Oh yeah. - That's my favorite candy. - Her and her friends, her friends be given her jolly ranchers. I don't even know. Have I even read all the ingredients? Are you sure they even vegan? I don't really get hangry, but I do get a little like - You be havin' a attitude. I be like, mom. Yes. What's wrong with you? She talkin' 'bout, my head
is just hurting a bit. Haven't eaten today. Okay, imma start making you food now. - That's going to be amazing. Will y'all come back for that
