I've always wondered how these dual-tower coolers would compare with the two fans blowing in and exhausting in the middle, or the opposite, with cool air drawn in at the middle and pulled out both towers.
Not the most practical in a case, but it would work on a testbench and it's just something that I'm curious to know.
I wish every air cooler could be tested without the fans on them, just with case fans being the air mover. This way we could see how the actually design is instead of just how well it can be brute forced.
I really like the idea of the plastic rails for the fans.
I found water cooling my GPU far more effective than any Default GPU air cooler. Could run overclocked and silent
Hyper 212 Evo with 2 Noctua NF12's in Push Pull has been able to handle my old FX-8350 at 1.45v and my i7 4790k currently at 1.28v. I've had this same cooler and fans for like 6 or 7 years now.
Tbh if your pc build is like crazy crazy just stick with air cooling imo. The temps from your cpu isn't much different. Noise sometimes might be an issue though,However for 40$ a decent air cooler will do just fine.
Yes, water, like rgb, is a fad.
