hi guys it's crystal welcome back to my channel today i'm going to show you guys how i make my t-shirts and package my orders for etsy first things first is i actually have all of my files already in qriket design space so i already have those um ready to go for the machine so i'm using my phone here as you can see and then i'm just going to go ahead and trim down the exact sizes of htv that i'm going to need for the day i don't like to do this early because i like to know the exact size so i can save the material all right so next thing i'm going to go ahead and load this onto my green mount so i'm just going to load that as you guys can see i kind of switched a few times trying to find that right size and then i'm using qriket design space to send it to my qriket explorer air 2. while i'm waiting for this to complete cutting out i'll go ahead at this point and get all of my weeding materials ready to go i'll go ahead and get my heat press ready to go qriket easy press whichever it may be i'm going to go ahead and unload this by flipping them out upside down and peeling it off and then i'm going to go ahead and load my next piece get it in there and hit go now while this one here is cutting i'll go ahead and start weeding the other one that we've already cut out so this is going to save you a lot of time if you um work at the same time instead of piling them all up and waiting till the end you could go ahead and save time and start knocking these out as you are cutting out the other one so what i'm going to do is quickly just weed through all of this really quick and then i'm just going to continue to repeat myself so depending on how many orders i have i'm just going to keep loading so i'm just going to keep loading to the next one cut it out same thing now i'm going to go ahead and read the one that we just did before so i'm just going to continue to repeat this process until i'm done i wanted to tell you guys this tip really quick so for example for this one one of these is going to be ready to go so this is actually for two shirts i just got it on one sheet here i'm going to be using my cricut knife blade to cut this in half and then i'm going to store the other one that's not ready yet because i've had to order that shirt i've just taken it and i'm going to put it in this file that says get it done so that way i know that these are ready to go as soon as i get that shirt in i can knock those out so i don't have to go back cut them out and all that stuff i don't like to pre-weed them because the material is sticky on the outside that little protective sheet so i just kind of wait until i get that t-shirt in i'll weed it and knock it out really fast so that's just a little tip to go ahead and get those done and set aside so i'm gonna go ahead and finish weaving this one and then let's go ahead and knock out some shirts all right so now we're ready to get these on the shirt so i'm just gonna go ahead and take my three by eighteen cricut ruler that you guys know i love to place this get it up there and then i'm going to go ahead and just take my design here and figure out where that center is get the shirts ready to go and then i'll take them over to the heat press or use my qriket easy press to start knocking these out now i lost this part of the footage you'll see i'm lit rolling i just want to show that really quick but i lost this part of the footage where i was using my heat press but later on here in just a minute you guys will actually see me using that for these other shirts so i just use the lint roller as well to kind of make sure there's no little fibers or anything sticking out from underneath this all right now for the pressing i've used my um craft press pro from heat press nation this is the 15 by 15. i have it at 305 for 10 seconds so i'm heating it i'm letting it cool down i'm gonna peel this up and then i'll actually push it back in there and press for another two or three seconds and then pop it right back up and it's ready to go so that's just like how i like to do it um and i also pre-pressed these shirts too by the way so you'll notice i'll put it in there and i'm actually going to pre-press it first you didn't see that with the first shirt pre-press it lift it up and then take it back over to the table get it on there sometimes i do it right here so for example you guys are going to see that i'm using my other ruler that i kind of bring straight down from the tag once i find my placement i just go ahead and set down my design here and then i'll remove my ruler there push it in and press it all right same thing you guys are going to notice it'll be 10 seconds i'll pop it up let it cool down i'll peel this up and then i'll press it for another two seconds or so that's just the way that i really like to do it i like to make sure it's really down in the fibers i don't want to overheat it but i like to just get that final seal now that i have all of my shirts done i'll head back over to the computer and print out all of my shipping labels using my dymo printer i absolutely love it and then i'm going to compile all of my shipping supplies so that way we are ready to ship them out so for me i use a piece of tissue paper i fold my shirt nice and neatly and then i just kind of roll over my tissue paper get it folded over sometimes i need to apply a piece of tape a lot of times i can just get the sticker right over it and then i apply these stickers that say you've got great taste i got a huge roll like 500 of them from amazon for like 10 bucks i've custom made these thank you stickers using my cricut and then i give i include like a pair of earrings or something in there so i put those in there and then a little sticker and they're shipping um your invoice so i'll put the invoice in there all of those things i already have the shipping labels on back i just have them flipped over so you guys can't see that so i already have those on before i do anything else so now you guys can see that i'm pulling out the next order out of that envelope so that's one that's just been set aside i'll pull it out get the invoice i always like to include a little um thank you note and stuff on the invoice itself and then i include a you know a card in there that says please leave a review if you love your purchase you know uh thank you for your purchase little card and like i said a free pair of earrings so i just fold up the shirt i like to fold it to where when they open it they can see the t-shirt so i kind of do that and then once again just apply some tape or just directly apply the sticker so that's what i like to do to sew those once again i'm going to have a video on where i'm getting all of my packaging supplies so that will be coming up next but this is just how i package them i really love them i think they're super cute and i get tons of compliments um every time i take it down to the post office now for these big bags here i'm going to show you a hoodie so this is one of my hoodie orders i didn't show you guys pressing it but i'm going to use one of my bigger bags here and it's basically the same way so i've got all my little pieces that's going to go inside all my goodies i'm going to take my hoodie fold it up to where you can see the really cute design and then and then get it in there obviously this one is a shirt and a hoodie order so i i like to wrap them separate a lot of orders is just one at a time but when it's two i still individually um wrap each item with tissue paper so i just wrap that there and then include my thank you sticker like i've told you on the earrings it's just a little special something and it's not always earrings it may be something else it may just be a sticker it may be i'll keep continuing to add different designs of earrings or bracelets or whatever so i'm going to just wrap my hoodie these are a little bit more bulky um so i just kind of fold it just like this and then kind of fold in my ends and add a little bit of tape because you don't want like a ton of different like the same sticker over and over so i just kind of wrap it like that and i think it looks super super cute so i love it so just like that and i just put a thank you sticker on that one and then put it down in there and then put the shirt and all of the cards and little goodies and that's it so i hope you guys enjoyed this i hope you found it helpful if you did please hit the like button down below and subscribe and i'll see you guys on the next one you
