Estel Sanders Headstone Cleaning & Story

this is The Headstone of Estelle Thomas Sanders Estelle was born on January 17th 1900 in Gainesville Missouri he was the ninth of 11 children born to Elisha Cain or EK and Rebecca Patrick Sanders when Estelle was born his father was 39 and his mother was 34 his father EK was a farmer and owned a store in Gainesville Missouri called EK Sanders and son his mother worked as a homemaker I found a newspaper article from the Ozark County newspaper dated January 25th 1900 this would have been 8 days after Estelle's birth the article stated Elisha Sanders who has been very low with pneumonia is improving rapidly and is able to sit up some but we are informed now that Mrs Rebecca Sanders is very sick I can't imagine how hard that would have been to care for a one-week old newborn plus six other children while both you and your spouse are sick with pneumonia Estelle passed away on October 23rd 1900 at the age of only 9 months I was unable to find any information on his cause of death out of EK and Rebecca's 11 children four would pass away at a young age 6 years before Estelle's birth his older sister Sissa was recorded on the 1884 census as a baby and she was gone on the next her exact birth and death dates are also unknown which more than likely means she was an infant at her passing four months before Estelle's birth his older sister graci may passed away in 1899 at the age of 13 much later his younger sister Theo would die due to pneumonia at the age of 28 Estelle is buried at Patrick Cemetery in Luna Missouri he is buried next to his parents his sister Gracie May his niece M his Patrick grandparents and several ants uncles including Estelle's headstone I also cleaned EK and Rebecca's Gracie May's and mages EK and Rebecca and Gracie May's videos have already been posted and I will put a link to their videos in the description below mag's video will be posted soon his Epitaph at the bottom reads our dear little one has gone to rest in Christ let us weep no more the bird in flight on top of his headstone is a dove and is the most common symbol found on children's Graves doves represent a symbol of love Purity resurrection and the Holy Spirit due to aelle passing away at a young age I couldn't find any photos of him but I did find some photos of his parents and siblings this first one is a family photo of EK and Rebecca with seven of their 11 children in the back row are Ary Gracie and zoa the middle row is Alaska Rebecca holding Oscar EK and frona the boy in the very front is James Oscar is the youngest child in this photo and he looks to be about one or two Estelle was the next child born after Oscar 5 years later so this photo was taken sometime between 1895 to 1900 the girl in the middle of the back row is Gracie May she was the one that passed away at the age of 13 four months before Estelle was born and she is buried right next to him this was probably the last photo taken of her before she died the girl to the right of Gracie is zoa she was EK and Rebecca's oldest child her oldest daughter M Robbins passed away at only 3 months old and she is buried next to Estelle and Gracie may this next photo is of three of EK and Rebecca's daughters it was labeled from left to right RC Effie Gracie May and frona Elizabeth Sanders here's the photo I took before a cleaning and here is the after shot that I took two months later thank you so much for watching please like And subscribe
