Estate sale Finds Amazing Military Watch for $5

how's it going guys back another video here uh i did a video just yesterday about my uh watch finds for the past four to six weeks and uh today i went to a couple of state sales and just so happens uh that uh end up finding an incredible watch probably one of my top five best finds ever and i'll show you that last but i went to i think three or four different estate sales and the best stuff came from the first one i went to uh the other stuff i don't think i even bought anything at so i spent a total of what was it 30 45 on everything i'm going to show you guys so a couple of pocket watches i think these are size zero these are ladies watches have a united states watch company this gold-filled ladies pocket watch this one does not run but when i can pick them up for this price i usually do because i usually can get 30 to 40 out of these even not running and this one has a nice watch chain with it so just a gold filled but for fifteen dollars a very good buy for that and even better buy is this one have an elgin another size zero ladies watch as you can see this watch actually is running so a very nice condition on the watch case again a gold filled see the movement going there again also has the watch chain with this little uh little pin you can clip on your jacket or what have you so again that watch was also fifteen dollars and also picked up a new old stock zippo lighter from a seabird quality and vintage lighter has not been fired and then the best find this watch was in with mixed in with the jewelry there were no other men's watches this was the only uh men's watch they're all ladies watches and when i found it it was laying like this with the band on i had no price on it when i went up to pay uh with the pocket watches i asked them how much this watch was and they said five dollars so again when i uh saw the watch i had no idea what it was i just saw it laying in the box like this and what i have here is a marathon by galle watch company and this is a military watch from 1990 so a nice oversized military watch it does have the screw down crown and i actually put a battery in it it does work i just don't have the correct size it takes a 395 battery and i don't have that correct size but i did put a smaller one in just to test it and it does work so this was the ban that was on it you can see it it's really dirty and the watch itself is pretty dirty have some scratches on the crystal uh just a plastics crystal so those should be able to be buffed out but yeah one of my uh probably top five watches i've ever found is this one right here it looks like these in a new condition sell for around a thousand dollars and then used uh five to six hundred i think so yeah again just found an estate sale for five dollars again this was a professional run estate sale uh if you don't know watches you wouldn't know obviously what this was uh i'm guessing you know they probably looked at a saw marathon and just thought it was from like a gas station or something i don't know but uh yeah an incredible estate sale find watch so the stuff is out there again thank you guys for watching and i'll see you next time take care
