This material is called "double sided adhesive paper interlining" I place the patterns on the adhesive surface of the interlining . You can do so many different things with this idea. I cover them with baking paper. I iron on a high heat setting. This piece of fabric is at least 20 years old. I'm ripping off the interlining paper. I put the other sticky surface on the fabric. It needs to be ironed very well. In this way, the patterns are fixed to the fabric. The fabric has a hole here. Now I'm going to fix this place without sewing. I placed it upside down 😅 The hole is closed. It's that easy... I fix all the patterns completely by ironing them on the reverse. Beren loved her new dress. I hope you liked it too.
