Equinox 800 - The Truth Of Metal Detecting!

[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] well hello guys welcome back to the channel Tennessee adventures today using the GoPro Hero seven rock on the Equinox 800 I'm gonna go ahead and leave my headphones off today's gonna be more of a video where you kind of actually see what we do as YouTube creators I know a lot of people that watch metal detecting videos to see all the fines and stuff like that but there's a lot that goes with finding your coins and good stuff there's a lot of trash I mean it's just it's part of metal detecting and it's not always good and you're gonna find something so I'm gonna kind of show you how we do metal detecting and we're just gonna try our luck right now and see what I can find so hope you guys enjoy the quick adventure with me I already got a twenty right there and I already got myself up any that one right there is gonna be a nineteen ninety to cover my whole back up for a lot of you that are new to metal detecting you can kind of see what all is involved with the doing it so another twenty guarantee that one is gonna be a penny for metal detecting so long I've kind of got used to the number readings and you can just kind of figure out what you're possibly gonna dig because most of the numbers are consistent so we're gonna cut that open straight here on the top somewhere that looks like we like add another penny already 1996 this one's bouncing back and forth between the 21 and 26 could be a piece of trash could be a coin of some sort dressed that a little bit whatever it is seems to be a little deeper go something right there looks like it's gonna be some type of bolt or screw or something that's the thing about a meld attack unless you've got a lot of good numbers and you swear it's gonna be something good but ends up being a pull-tab a piece of can bottle cap screw nail I've got some pretty good signals before where you get a solid number and you swear it's gonna be some good into being a nail that's real far down so about 13 looks like good old pull-tab guys what do you think about that you'd be amazed at a lot of the trash just found out around these parks at least you're doing good and cleaning up the parks or you know the trash our people decide to leave behind so is this just a little bit there we go so it's a beautiful day today looks like we got a sixty degrees out right now so got a little bit time left if I gotta go to work so got two days to work and then I'll be off for five days so case none of you guys really knew about me I work at a dairy plant where we make milk so I stay pretty busy with that excellent paying job with off some benefits fourteen fifteen before anything about some of these trash numbers that you dig up sometimes you can find rings and gold and a lot of them differentiate as far as what you're gonna find look at that I got a 14 now I went into being a nickel so it's always possible there's something else in the whole at this one clean this out real fast this side so whatever it is the whole family right on it I get a film's gonna be maybe like a whole tab or if it's a can or something like right here in the sidewall the heck stood behind the bud well I did have it I might have flicked it somewhere I don't know what it was but see it's still showing right there and of all this time it was a tiny piece of wire so you'll get a lot of like I said mixed signals I had this wire on this nickel in the same hole so always make sure you double check your holes when your metal detecting and cover them up after you were done all right working for seven minutes almost eight solid twenty right on top of it right there that one's gonna be a penny looks like 2017 okay we're gonna fill in there's a lot of activity up here I'm up here on top of this hill so it looks like a pretty busy park right there another 20 guarantee that's another painting so I hope some people that are watching this right now you guys can see kind of what it's like being a detector as far as you know it's not every signals gonna be a good signal but you know sometimes it can be okay here on the top somewhere right here so many signals get stuck to dirt clods hard to get them out sometimes right here summer did you go right there another penny this one is a 2008 it's also a lot of times that you walk around to try and find something and hints on not being anything around auntie this is probably like a pull-tab or some sort pretty sure it is put it up a little bit more I feel like I'm oh looks like some type of piece of metal ooh that looks old just got some green patina on it a little flexible all right cover our whole back up this one is solid 13 look at that guys pull tab solid 21 like it's a little stuck on this dirt all right here another penny guys 2010 starting to get a little windy out here as you can tell guys I'm really here cannot but [Music] [Music] it's a 14 25 26 I'm gonna go to that one right there will be a dime like that yeah that's a 2014 the really neat thing about metal detecting is all this change you find all the time you just let it build up and it build up I've cashed over hundreds and hundreds of dollars of change that I've found over my time of metal detecting at parks [Music] 2223 right here - penny hey this one says 1978 redouble check the hole looks like there's something still in there it's a good thing to do when you're metal detecting always double-check your hole because you could be leaving something behind that you could it went over I think it's smart always double check to see if there's anything inside there that down look up any one is looks like a 1990-1993 hole back up [Music] yes I had 26 over there there was some people walking over here up to me solid 12 on this one like I said to get a good signal and get part of the pull-tab so I'm gonna make this video 20 minutes people want to watch it then right there got a solid 30 guarantee that's gonna be a quarter I found a whole bunch of those a day since I've been here before start recording my video yep right there like that that one's going to be 1985 I wasn't really mixed up right there this one's about a 1718 this one keeps bouncing back and forth your simple knot the necklace it looks like necklace is some sort that's really cool I was talking about try to dig all your signals so I just got it cool looking necklace on this one let me see if I can pull it out like I said that one was ringing up is it out it's like a turtleneck this is some sort it's got these little costume jewelry things and they look like the diamond type style looks like a turtle and it's like the actual necklace that's really cool well house you need to get that on put that one in my cool case here all my cool finds you can see got a bunch of coins and stuff just throw that in there with that finish this I'm in the hole here I think it's still part of the necklace maybe over went but it was in here I got a feeling those party part of that necklace I can't find it but already guys we'll see you here in a little bit Hill Pro stop recording
