Ep 4 | SELF DRIVE SAFARI in KRUGER NATIONAL PARK | Day 5 – around Crocodile Bridge and Lower Sabie

[Music] day five in the krugger National Park started early as usual we followed the s28 northwards this Gravel Road leads through open Savanah Plains due to this open landscape visibility is quite good which makes it easy to spot animals if they are around you can often see grazing animals such as Impala or Buffalo [Music] here yesterday's Heavy Rain left behind some large puddles and muddy roads but that couldn't diminish our excitement for the morning sun this is my favorite time of the day waking up to the Golden Light of the Sun the sound of the Bush and the freshest air you've ever smelled [Music] there is a beautiful bird hide at a water hole on this road but today it wasn't occupied by birds but by veret monkeys [Music] [Music] after leaving the monkeys alone we drove further north and stopped for breakfast at lower Sai rest camp where we plan to check in and spend the night later in the [Music] day Sunset Dam is located right outside the gate to low saabi rest camp you can park right by the water which is ideal for photographing Wildlife there is a good chance of seeing lots of water birds as well as hip hos and Nile crocodiles [Music] [Music] [Music] two more de tours was set up because the main road was destroyed by the floods during the rainy season but today it was safer to drive here than yesterday because the rain had stopped and the road was less slippery [Music] since you never know how long you might be stuck on the road because you see something amazing you are stuck in a traffic jam or have animals blocking the road it is advisable to stop at every toilet facility that's exactly what we did the nula picnic site is located halfway between low Sai and skukuza there is also a small shop and a food store watch out for the baboons and veret monkeys they are very clever when it comes to snitching [Music] food the h41 between low saabi and skukuza is generally a very popular Road on which many cars drive the drive is beautifully Scenic and runs along the sabii river at Dusk and Dawn the chances of seeing leopards here are high as they prefer the large trees along the [Music] [Applause] [Music] river in the bush you never know when and where you will encounter the next animal like this giraffe that was blocking Road around the corner [Music] [Music] w [Music] [Applause] [Music] la [Music] hey hey hey hey hey hey hey hey heyyy hey [Music] uh o [Music] oh [Music] girs are the tallest land animals in the world males can grow up to 6 m in height they live in loose herds and do not have fixed social groups like other animals both males and females have oyon horn like structures on the head the oyon of males are usually thicker and bare on top while they are thin not on females [Music] it is always worth taking a look across the dry River beds but unfortunately it is usually very unlikely to see animals from these tiny viewpoints in your car [Music] this juvenile spotted hyena was wandering on its own during the day although spotted hyenas are social carnivores that live in complex Clans that can consist of several dozen individuals adults spend about 20 to 40% of their time alone individuals leave the group and join it regularly to avoid feeding competition [Music] n [Music] [Music] a [Music] [Music] [Music] in the late afternoon the main roads usually get quite crowded this is because the day visitors have to leave the park and drive to the gates and the overnight guests also have to get to their Camp before the gates close and sometimes your arrival can be delayed because there are animals on the road [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] n [Music] n time [Music] [Music] we love winter and Krueger especially because the gates only close at sunset this way you get beautiful light while you are still in the park in summer the gate closes a long time before Sunset so you miss the beautiful golden hour [Music] [Music] about me has changed something about me strange I'm sleeping just without you didn't know I could something about me feel strange something is just not the same I haven't been thinking about you even when I should all the lies they told I forgiv all the fights in fault I forgot I've done all in my power to heal them all of my scar I'm getting good at let go I'm not there yet but I know Ain noing hold it on when I'm happy you're alone I'm getting good at Letting Go [Music] o oh something about you about [Music] you it was time to return to camp and recharge for the next day of Adventure would you prefer to visit Krueger in winter or summer let us know in the comments don't miss The Next Episode by subscribing to our Channel see you on the next adventure [Music] I know all the lies they told for [Music]
