English Teacher Apartment in China Shenzhen ❤️ Best Apartment Ever ❤️ Teacher Accommodation in China

hi guys my name is Irene and welcome to my youtube channel about my life in China as an English teacher I guess most of you wanted to find out about my living arrangements that's why today we're having a room tour of the apartment that I'm renting and changing right now so as for the numbers I paid three thousand one hundred and fifty per month additionally I pay for gas electricity water and Internet the room is 44 square meters it has one living room one bedroom and just before we go to the apartment I'll show you around the neighborhood so that you can get the idea of what is like here yeah let's go so this is where I live I live in one of these tall buildings somewhere right over up here alright let's go that's how I look so there's a beautiful square here I really love this place beautiful trees blossoming some monument and this is an expo center with a bookstore in it this is shopping mall this is what it looks like at night beautiful lots of trees everywhere lots of palms it's quite clean and the three buildings are connected together with a sky park right over there so later on I will show it it as well so we're entering the building nice lobby of the reception and waiting area here so these are the boxes where I get my towel bar deliveries you just enter your number and get your order so let's go and of course we're having the temperature check the door opens with a card and here we go 34th for that's mainly hi there [Music] so 34th for [Music] thirty four or four that's my apartment automatic lights this is where you can hang your umbrella there's a code on the door so you don't need any keys and as you enter the apartment you get right into the living room so this is where I usually hang out there's a couch TV there's also a shoe storage right here and that is where I usually work it looks like this there's a beautiful view out of the window as well with a river and trees there's a metro station ten minutes walking distance so this is what it looks like this is the dining area with the table and lamps and stools and then we have the bathroom it's quite small but convenient though there's only shower no tub [Music] and now we're going to the bedroom so there is just a bed a desk which I do not typically use there's a window there's also storage for my clothes and of course there is an air conditioner here and air conditioner in the living area so then we also have the kitchen ways the fridge is stove electric kettle a sink in there is also balcony ways a washing machine there that's quite a typical thing for Chinatown washing machines on the balconies so this is the beautiful view I really love it when it's not cloudy as they views amazing there's some mountains there and now we're heading off to you sky park so we're going to 3rd floor and this is what it looks like again lots of grass trees flowers there also some benches so you can sit there and enjoy the day there's a ping-pong table children's playground workout area [Music] and also people walk their dogs out here see [Music] you know so we have a swimming pool here so basically that's it if you have any questions about life in China leave your comments down there below and also do not forget to subscribe stay tuned and I hope you have a great day and see you in my next video
