Hello, this is Iaan I was making a notion planner to use for the upcoming year 2024. Suddenly, I thought it would be better if I used it with my subscribers. I usually use Good Notes, Notion, and other schedule management apps, but it's too cumbersome to go back and forth between writing here and there. So, while I was thinking that it would be nice to unify it into just one, I can manage my schedule at any time as long as I have a cell phone or a PC laptop, and my records will remain there regardless of whether I use them for 1 year or 5 years, and I can manage everything, including diaries, schedule management, and projects. I created this planner because I wanted to record everything for 2024 in Notion, which can be processed in one place and even used for free. I made it to write We created it with only the necessary information so that many people, including students, office workers, self-employed people, and freelancers, can use it easily and conveniently. To use the template, click the link in the More section and click Duplicate in the upper right corner. For reference, we recommend using the PC version set to [Small text + full width]. Now, I will tell you how to use the template. This planner consists of Daily routine, Weekly to do list, Weekly planner, Monthly planner, Goals, diary, bookshelf, and secret notepad. Daily Routine is a space where we write down and check the things we need to do repeatedly every day. I wrote down a list of routines as an example, but you can easily change the contents by clicking on the routine name, and the starting day of the week is set to Monday. If you want to change the start of the week to Sunday, you can easily change it by clicking on Sunday and placing it in place of Monday. Just to the left is the Pomodoro timer. If there are tasks that need to be completed within a set time, for example, 1 hour of English study or 1 hour of reading, you can just press start on this timer without having to set a timer on your phone. This Pomodoro timer has default settings of 50 minutes of concentration, 5 minutes of short rest, and 10 minutes of long rest. If you want to change the time, you can change it by pressing Settings. This space is too narrow to see all the content, so slide the bar between the timer and daily routine to the right to expand the space, increase the size of the timer horizontally, change the concentration time and rest time, and press save. That's it. If you reduce the size of the timer again and then reduce the bar, it will return to its original size. If you set the time for the first time, you can continue using it without having to change the time every time. In the next section, I created two widgets and a to-do list. The clock and calendar widgets on the left allow you to immediately check the date and time while writing the to-do list, and the to-do list on the right is not a general to-do list, but a 'to-do list focused on productivity'. For example, memorize 50 English words instead of memorizing English words, read 2 chapters of a book instead of reading a book, listen to 2 online math lectures instead of listening to online math lectures, etc. This is a section that helps you have a greater effect on your productivity by writing a to-do list that focuses on the results rather than the process. This code is an important ranking indicator. If you input and drag letters and press ctrl+e, they will be converted to code format like this, so we recommend marking important lists separately. If you want to change the color, select the text and change the color. The square empty space on the right is a space where you can write down things you shouldn't forget in addition to the to-do list. It would be a good idea to write down important information, such as an appointment with a friend or a hair salon appointment time. Now let me introduce the third section. The weekly planner and calendar below are directly connected to the to-do list above. I will try it out slowly. First, the weekly planner is a space where you can record the to-do list you wrote above to better focus on studying and work. Drag and copy the to-do list I created in advance, click the date page of the weekly planner, and then click [Ian's Weekly Template]. The weekly template I created in advance will appear. If you press ctrl+v in the empty space here, you can record it in the weekly planner like this. It becomes this You can also write down what you learned today and what you felt today, so you can check for yourself what you were lacking in and what you did well. I have already created a template called [weekly template by iaan] here in the weekly planner. If you want to change this, you can change it by clicking this button. Click Back to apply it immediately. If you want to create a planner for January 4th or later, click 'New' → 'January 5th'. This template continues to accumulate each time you create a page, but I have already filtered it so that it does not show dates that have already passed. I have set a filter, but you must change the record status from 'Incomplete' to 'Complete' so that you will not be able to see past weekly planners. If you also want to see the completed To-Do list, select this. The Monthly Planner is also a planner that is connected to the Weekly Planner. It is connected, but the contents of the Weekly Planner are not visible in this calendar, right? Because I tagged this calendar too. The weekly planner uses basic tags as a to-do list. Because I set it up in advance, only the to-do list tag is visible here in the weekly planner. The monthly calendar below is set to show only those whose default tag is set to [Schedule]. For example, when you enter a schedule called New Year's party here, the tag must be [schedule] to be displayed on this calendar. If you set the tag to [To-Do List], it will not be visible on this calendar, so be sure to include the tag [Schedule]. Also, if you want to see not only the schedule but also the weekly planner records in this entire calendar, set the tag like this. If there is anything you do not understand, please leave a comment right away. And on the left side of this planner, there is a space where you can write down your goals for 2024. At the beginning of each month, write down your goal for the month, check it yourself, and at the end of the month, copy this information and press ctrl+v to the monthly goal below. If it is February, change the January goal to February and change the checkbox below. On the right, there is a space for diaries and personal notes on the bookshelf. Clicking on the text, not the photo, moves the page. When you go to the diary, it is divided into monthly diaries at the top and overall diaries at the bottom. I thought it would be good to view the diary by month, so I made it like this. If you write a diary by clicking on the relevant date in the monthly diary, you can automatically view it in the entire diary. If you want to change the picture in your monthly diary, simply erase this picture below the calendar and insert a different picture. Everyone, I'll tell you a really good copy and paste program. I don't tell this to just anyone, but there is a capture program called S Capture. Download it, click copy to clipboard, click area, then click and drag the mouse over the area you want to copy, then release it and it will be copied automatically. Press ctrl+v where you want to paste it like this. If you leave this page, you can see January with the main photo changed like this. This is a really good capture program, so give it a try. I'll put the link in the more section, and there's a reading log under the diary. I made just one page as an example. You can record the book name, date, author, genre, reading situation, rating, etc., and if you click [book template by Iaan] in the new window, it will change to the default reading template I created. If you use S-Capture, which I just told you about, you can set up a cover like this. If you use S-Capture, which I just told you about, you can set up a cover like this. If you use S-Capture, which I just told you about, you can set up a cover like this. If you use S-Capture, which I just told you about, you can set up a cover like this. Please write here the sayings or phrases that impressed you the most after reading the book, and when organizing the contents by chapter, please record them here. Lastly, this is a space where you can record your mandalats and bright ideas. To create a mandarat, write your central goal for 2024 in the center and then write your desired areas around it. Below is a space to record your personal ideas, so please open and use them at any time. This is where I introduced the Notion template I created. If you have any questions, please leave a comment at any time. I hope 2024 will be a happy year where you achieve all your desired goals. Then we'll see you in the next video. Bye.
