Thanks to all the interest that you all have for this, it was a very busy month for Orom and I. Those who have seen the announcement on Instagram and community page would know, the product was sold out even before the pre-order period. So I had a discussion with Orom in a hurry and! We will start the second round of production. For those who did not manage to get it, we plan to have the pre-order for the second round until the end of November. For more information, you can check out the description. I have uploaded a video covering the detailed information of the diary. For those who have not watched it, please do check the video on the top right before purchasing. Today's video will be on the bullet journal that I made. I will share the writing method to use it well. You have seen the color options in the previous video, right? You can pick one that you like out of the three colors. I have checked with Orom, and they said the grey color is the most popular one. I think because it's a diary that you will be using the whole year, so people might like those calm and toned down colors, and is not so obvious when it gets dirty. For those who can't make their decision, you can drop me a DM on Instagram, or leave a comment, and I will give recommendation based on your situation. When you order the diary, you can also opt for engraving service. There are many different fonts and engraving, I have requested some examples to show you how it looks like. You can find more fonts and examples on the link in the description, please do check it out. When you turn the cover, the first page will be... I have prepared a rectangular space for you to stick a card or stickers, or even a name card. For me, I stuck cute stickers that I bought from Kyobo Bookstore. For the lines below, you can write the reason why you start the diary, or the contact information in case you lost the diary, or even the date when you start the diary. The next page will be keys page. This is a space for you to effectively note the symbols that you are using. You can put down the symbols that you are the most comfortable with. For me, regarding the tasks I need to do I like to put check or cross in the box. So you can decide on the symbols that suits you the most, and put it down. For those who can't decide, you can refer to the original bullet journal symbols. After the keys page is the... The diary that I made this time is slightly different from the usual bullet journal. Because the diary is printed with a certain framework, so the index part is not that important. But there are some people who make their own collection on the free note section. So I didn't entirely remove the index section. If you would like to put on your own collection on the free note section, for example those pre-travelling record, or a few lines of language learning, or even your daily schedule. For those people, you can use this bookmark, to mark the free note section, and you can make your own page numbering on the free note section, So if there are content that you have you can just find it on the front page. If you write down the page number and the title it will be much easier to find. Next is a part that many people liked. It is one good method for you to expand your ideas. It's also very good for you to plan your new year's schedule. for you to plan your new year's schedule. You can write your ultimate goal in the center space. I wrote my goal in 2024 in the center space, which is "Being diligent in comfort." It's my motto of the new year. There are eight spaces surrounding the ultimate goal space. You can write the things you need in order to achieve the goals you wrote down or the things you want to achieve based on the goals you wrote down. In this step, rather than writing too much details, it's better to classify them in the big picture. I've thought about what I wish from myself and wrote them like this. I copy the eight contents that I just wrote down into the middle space of each square. Following each direction. Copy them like a blooming lotus flower. Fill the rest of the spaces with the efforts you have to make in details in order to achieve the goals in the middle. For example, in order to achieve my goal that is 'working efficiently', I wrote that I have to wake up early along with my husband, plan a weekly schedule, set my daily priorities, etc. If you write your new year's plans in a Mandal-Art, you can think carefully about what areas you have great desires for and what you need to do to satisfy those desires, so it's good. If you write the things you want to practice and achieve in monthly schedules while creating your Mandal-Art, you can plan them in a more realistic way. So you can create your monthly bucket list along with your Mandal-Art and revisit the page one by one at the beginning of the month. "Right. I wanted to do this at this time." You can think like that and copy the bucket list into each monthly planner as you remind yourself continuously. Of course, it's okay if you can't achieve it. Even if you only remember it in your mind, I think it's enough to stimulate you. As for me, I'm going to fill this page with my bucket list that's related to my YouTube activity. I'm going to record the videos I want to make and the indicator of my YouTube monthly here. You also can write a monthly schedule about your goals that are related to your job or hobbies on this bucket list and I hope you can achieve them one by one. At the bottom of the page, there is a free space. I think it'd be good if you write a brief review quarterly, so I wrote it like this. By simply writing the status and achievement of your Mandal-Art and bucket list every three months, I believe you can grow with the sense of gratification and regret. The next page is... It's a page to record annual planned schedule or anniversary days. If you write your Future Log well, you can prepare you future in advance. You can see certain months that have a lot of anniversaries. You can predict that you'll spend a lot or be busy in those months, so you can manage your spending in advance. If there are many holidays in certain months, then you can plan a vacation trip. Those are some of the benefits. However, the flaw of Future Log is that it's hard to write the schedule of each month one by one. It's burdensome, so there are probably many of you who postpone writing the Bullet Journal. In order to make it less difficult for you, I created a 2024 calendar sticker separately. I created a set of six sheets that can be used perfectly in the Weekly Collection at the back. You can choose this calendar sticker on the option and buy it separately. But I'll give this sticker as a freebie for you who make a pre-order until the end of November this year, so don't miss out. After the Future Log, there are two pages of... This is a space where you can use freely. This part is made for you to write the topic you want to record for a year. As for me, I'm going to write the information of the books I'll read in 2024 or my wish list. Especially for you, who can't hold the desire to shop like me, if you want to buy something, you can write the item name and price on the wish list page first. Then you can think of it thrice, whether about the reason you want to have it or whether you really need it or not. One of my subscribers like this, on the wishlist like this, on the wishlist I saw that they drew three circles I thought that was a good idea. So I tried implementing it here. If you fill in all the circles, you have no choice(?) but to buy it. If you think about it again and there's no reason to buy, you can put a slash there. Meaning that you're giving up on it. "But I wish that there were more of these table pages!" For those that think that, on the second half of the diary, there are these free note pages. You can draw it in the same format and use them. As much as you personally need. Making it on your own and using it. That's the charm of bullet journals. I think it'll also be good to freely use the back pages. And if you flip to the next page, finally it's the monthly collection, the main part. It repeats for 12 months. So you can use it for a year. It's made with no dates so you can start anytime. For me, in the current month, I check it with a highlighter and added letters on top of it. For the square box at the bottom, to the bucket list that I wrote before, I copied it over exactly. To myself, one more time. It reminds me of my monthly plan at the start of the year. For the remaining month, the text is a way of self encouragement. You can write your resolutions in the box. You can use it in that way. If you flip to the introduction page... On the top right side, if you write the year and month together, it'll be easier to differentiate, right? Next to the date. If you write the day of the week like I did, it's a bit more intuitive. But if you're feeling lazy to do so, you can use add a red line every Sunday. Just drawing that in will help you. Here, I write appointments for that month. I write down plans, anniversaries, etc. Later on, this monthly log page, even if you just see one page, you can see who you've met and where you went. It's really nice to see this at a glance. Think of it as your monthly summary page. I recommend for you to organize it well. Like me, at the bottom column of the dates, you can write the days of the week. If you're feeling lazy, you can skip it. The habit tracker is really for writing down the small actions that you want to turn into habits. It's a place where you check whether you do it. The more grand things you write, you are likely to fail. And you might just get frustrated. You know, the small things, right? For example, wake up when the alarm rings once. Make the bed. Drink at least 1L of water. Stuff like that. They're not life changing actions, but if you do it, you'll feel proud and it can have a small, positive impact in your life. If you write down those actions and check them off, before you know it, those actions I believe will turn into habits. For me, because of this habit tracker, I received a big positive impact. Of course, there were some topics that I didn't even check off one box. Next month, when I start a new habit tracker This month, I'll definitely fill in all the boxes. You start to be ambitious. For me, even with that, I believe it really helps my life. So I'm hoping that you guys can also feel that. At the bottom, the mood trackers record your daily mood in a simple way. If you look back on it later, you can see the fluctuations of this graph in a glance. Oh, I had a lot of good things happen this month. Or, I had a lot of rough patches. You can easily see it. If we move to the next page, my time spent daily in a bit more detail. It's a collection where you can record that. It's a weekly log but it can also be called a daily log. The top left is the calendar area. You can write the calendar in yourself. Or you can purchase as a separate option, it's a space for calendar stickers. If you mark the current week with a highlighter, I liked it because it's more intuitive. Over these two pages. It's a layout where you can record 7 days at a time. If you look at it, it's a bit different than other weekly planners. You may have already seen in the previous video. For the diary I made this time it's not based on weeks. It goes from 1st to 31st. The dates are numbered. The start day of the weekly pages might not be Monday or Sunday. But the advantage is that each month falls perfectly. So when writing the monthly review, you can end the month in an organized way. That's the good part. I've used bullet journals for the past 2 years. So if I use it based on weeks at the end of the previous month, I have no choice but to include the first part of the next month. but to include the first part of the next month. Or in the first part of the next month, I had to include the last part of the previous month. And I didn't like that. But I think there will be people who are uncomfortable that the weeks don't finish clean from Monday to Sunday. So if you look at the calendar stickers. There are small stickers included with it. So if you cover the numbers with the sticker. You can use it so that either Sunday or Monday is in the very front. If you didn't choose this sticker in the options you can use a whiteout to erase the numbers. You can fix it yourself by writing Monday through Sunday or Sunday through Saturday. But if you change the calendar to be based on the days, there's an empty page at the end of each month's weekly log. You have to draw the weekly log yourself to use it without running out of space. I think you can use this information to write your diaries. The good thing about bullet journals is that you guys can change the format to however you guys like it. You guys can use it and develop your own style. The explanation was pretty long. I'll explain once again on how you guys can write the different sections of the weekly log. I'll use a bullet journal that has the dates instead of the days. First, write the days beside the date like this. Draw a red line in front of Sunday to create a mark. If you do this you can mark the beginning and end of a week. It makes using the weekly review that's on the left bottom side easier. While writing the weekly if you reach the red mark, you write anything good and bad about the week on the weekly review. I draw a green outline on things I did well and a red outline on things I did bad. I made it look clearer. If you look at the space above the weekly review, there's a to-do list. This weekly to-do list isn't related to any of the dates. It's a list that has to be completed within the dates that are on the page. That'll make it easier. If there is something that you couldn't complete, you can write it again when you move on to the next page. For things you have to do every day or anything important, you can write on the space that's below each date. For this part, you can look at the future log you wrote in the beginning and make sure to record the important plans. People who've seen my bullet journal videos will know but this part is for the spendings. From the money I spent all day long, I write the ones that needed to be spent on the left side I write the ones that weren't necessary on the right side. Personally, I control myself so that there are more days where I write 0 for this part. So on the habit tracker, I always write "don't spend unnecessary money". So in order to make this part 0, I always think one more time when I want to buy something. If you want to write a financial ledger but you're too lazy to write it all down and you still want to monitor how much you spend to reduce unnecessary spending I included this part. Because it was good when I originally did bullet journalling. If you don't want to write your spendings and you don't need it you can use this space of other things. For example, if you're trying to lose weight you can write the amount of calories you spent on the left side and the amount of calories you took on the right side. I think that's a good idea. I think it'll be meaningful to record things like how long you slept or how long you worked for. Change it to other content that you guys want to write and use it freely. If you look underneath, there's a timeline. It's a part I like as much as the habit tracker. Whenever I end my day, I write this collection and it's really good that I can reflect on how I spent my day. When I woke up and what I ate how long I worked for where I went with whom if I write it down here I feel like my day doesn't go away and it lasts forever and that's good for me. That's another good part of recording. On the bottom of the timeline, I write any other impressions of the day or thoughts that I couldn't write. It's okay to leave it blank. It's also a great space to decorate with your favorite sticker. The box on the left is for you to use freely. I write phrases that I like or any Sunday quotes. I also write any English words or Japanese phrases that I want to memorize. that I want to memorize. Freely fill it up with whatever you want. And flip to the weekly log. On the last page of the weekly log, one page is empty. This page, as I mentioned earlier, for those who want to use the weekly log by the week, here, in the weekly log part you can draw it in. If that's not the case, like for me, the collection that you want to record every month, you can freely organize it here. From before, I collected one line of foreign languages. I write it every month. For me, this collection is repeated every month. That's how I plan on using the empty space. How to use this page better, and for those that need inspiration if I can give a few collection recommendations at one point, on the bullet journal I even wrote a skin condition journal. For those that are worried about skin problems, every day, which foundation you used how your skin condition is the period of time between exfoliation I think it'll help to record these things. Journal for meal plans or exercise. I think it'll be good to use the pages for those. I wrote what I ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. And how much I exercised. I felt proud in recording those things. Other than that, if you guys want to try something new, every month, I hope that you can use these empty pages. Of course, if you're feeling lazy you can just leave it empty. Now, lastly, for the monthly collection. As you're finishing off the month, make sure to write a reflection. It's great. Write the month on the top right, in the box, write your thoughts. It can just be one line. And they're all blank lines. In the initial plan, for these items, I was going to choose randomly and print it. But when I thought about it giving you freedom for this part was better, so I just left it as white space! So you can choose the topic yourself and it'll be good to review it. To provide an example, I used the following topics for the monthly review. If you have space left, among photos that were piled up in your photo album for a month, print the ones that you treasure. Here, with a simple note I sometimes paste it in. In previous videos, I shared how to print these small photos. Some people might have not seen it. So I'll hang the card on the top right. I put a space for you guys to freely use. So, you take notes when you need it. You can write down what needs to be prepared for a trip. If there's a separate collection you want to write, you can make it here. I think it will be good for recording. You know that there's a pocket on the back, right? Previous stickers that you might have or things like memo pads, it'll be good to store them together. I wanted for you to try using this diary to the fullest. So I explained this and that and the video became a bit long. This is the first diary that I made. So during the process, there could be lots of shortcomings. So, when it comes to those parts you can DM me on Instagram. Or leave your opinion in the comments. If I get the opportunity next year, I'll refer to those in the next version of the diary and improve it. So that I can greet you guys with it again. Anyways, this diary for those starting bullet journals I hope that it'll be a good opportunity. Thank you for watching this long video until the end. See you in the next video.
