appreciate you sharing well last week I told the people you were gonna tell a story about your encounter with Kathryn Kuhlman so take up the story I first saw her when I was 14 in Pittsburgh in the Presbyterian Church but I didn't meet her I just enjoyed her ministry watched her on TV hundreds of times like other people but I was invited by day was she carrying the play for the world convention of The Full Gospel businessman and Phoenix right and the speakers were a tremendous lineup Oral Roberts was there Rex Hubbard I got to meet him it was wonderful one of my favorite people and the first preacher never preached on television and America's right and Paul Cain was there William Branham was there several others but the very last Sunday sister Katherine Kuhlman had a miracle service and they notified me that her organist had missed this flight and asked me if I would set in with her pianist and play the organ which was a great honor and they had our organ sitting right next to the piano and he and I could communicate and and I followed him and then when the service is over after all those wonderful healings and people being saved I was in a rush to get to cross town to another auditorium for a TV rally for another minister from South Texas and I had my motorhome in the back with the trailer on it where I hold the organ and I was but the organ on her dolly and I'm pushing it down the hallway behind the platform and I happened to go by sister Kuhlman's dressing room and the door was open and I glanced in there and she was sitting there looking at me and I was just froze and I I said Oh sister cumin what a wonderful service you had thank you and she looked at me and she she was so beautiful and traumatic and she said young man don't you ever forget it's the 19 of the Holy Spirit upon your music that makes it different and I was just blown away and I said well take your sister cumin I'll never forget it and I haven't I haven't always had it but take God for His goodness and I play much better with it yes amen but then something I believe God just put it in my mouth because I didn't really think about it I said sister cumin may I ask you a question she said why of course I said what his faith and then I my mind I'm thinking I could have thought of something a little deeper than that and she thought for a minute and she said young man faith is when you quit believing what you see and start seeing what you believe honestly most of it went right over my head right but over a two-year period I would God would bring it back and I would get a little bits and pieces and I'm going down the highway somewhere on the East Coast headed to New York for a convention driving along and comes back to me and God spoke to me and said son what do you really believe and I said oh I believe Jesus is your son I believe in my spirit I said Jesus is your son I believe he died for me it rose again he ascended to the right hand of the Father and when I go to heaven the one I die I'm gonna go to heaven and I want to reach people for God and the Lord said but I have a revelation of my son that you've never received and I'd like you to know my son by the revelation of the Holy Ghost and I begin a journey of faith with God's Word and through other ministries to hear with a spiritual ear hmm yes the Bible says that he's deafened some people fear talking spiritual now and to see with a spiritual eye the Bible also says that Jesus blinded some eyes of some people not talking about natural here's a key we must know God by the spirit for God is a spirit most people don't know him by the spirit they know him by the book they know him by what the preacher says they know him by that picture on the wall it probably doesn't look anything like him but when you know him by the spirit and you open your heart his spirit comes in and makes your body the temple and they stop there the church the dwelling place of the Holy Ghost my god what an honor and a privilege that the God that spoke this universe into existence is dwelling in you and I'm and thousands of believers that are watching right now and many who don't believe but if you'll open your heart he'll come in just like our brother said and he'll live with you and he'll make every body the Temple of the Holy Ghost but you've got to know him by the spirit you've got to hear it this book in the spirit is closed you can't read this book like Life magazine right you can't read it like Alice in Wonderland you can't read it like your textbook since college this is a spiritual book that's why we've got so many denominations so many different doctors they're reading it after the natural letter and not the Spirit of God but if you'll do that and say God open my eyes open up my spirit man because God created you and I to be a spirit B he made his flesh but were not to be a flesh B he gave us five senses but were not to be a sensual being or to be a spiritual being just like God I'm sorry I didn't mean to preach it no it's good stuff there's an anointing in this that's right there is there it's on these grounds I felt that when we came as God thank you my brother Buford when you talk about it has to be by the spirit yes in your history of traveling and playing for all these men and women of God what was it that stood out to you the most about flowing in the spirit or being open to the spirit there you know there may be there's a an example of that you want to share or maybe it's just a revelation you were privy to sit there under these great men and women of God what was it that you saw that legend understand that well the first thing that helped me I was nine years old and my father's tent revival sponsoring church pastor's wife came back I was sitting with the pastor sons they came back and took them to the altar to pray when the altar call was given I thought well I'll go along with him next thing I knew I was laying out in the spirit and I'm hearing this voice way off and it was my voice and I opened my eyes and I'm speaking in a language that never spoke this one you're not you're nine years old yes 1949 right mom and dad are leading over me and another brother brother Bob from Texas he was a contractor they were leaning over me tears rolling down her face something happened when the Holy Spirit engulfed me in over the years as I've said and even with Billy Grimm and I watched him and leader talk to him I watched him preach to eight hundred preachers a Pentecostal message and he's a Baptist and I loved it and some of those precious brother were squirming in their seats and when he gave the altar call he didn't have an altar he told him to turn around and turn their chair into an altar and repent because the days were gone when men of God could walk down the streets of your city and people would stop and take their hat off and I'll respect him now they go to the other side of the street to keep from beating him and he rebuked those pastors in love most of them did what he said and turned her chair into an altar I counted I think it was a double let's knock out the back door after I got through praying and everybody left I was just standing around I went out by the front door and here came Billy Graham and George Beverly say and Ted Smith and some other men of God and brother Graham stuck his hand out to me and I said oh brother Graham what a privilege to meet you I'd seen you at the full gospel businessman's convention but to meet you in person I thank you for your dedication to God and I said could I ask a question he said yes I said I have an aunt that's a minister her name is Ruth and she stayed with your daughter and her husband in Switzerland he said Ruth towel I said yes IRA or I said she told me that she had met you she also told me that you'd received the baptism of the Holy Spirit hmm and he said that's true but don't tell my Baptist friends so he can tell them now because they're receiving the bad Reisman right but God used those men in the healing evangelists chart RW schambach oh what a preaching machine I'll never forget I was telling the driver coming here I heard him going down the road one time through Texas on my way east and I heard brother Sam Bob preaching on the radio and he said everybody's talking about how big and terrible the devil is said the devil had no power said besides that if he gets to schambach he's got to come through the blood of Jesus and if he comes through the blood he's got to get saved for he gets almost wrecked my car I got so happy I pulled off the next town to a payphone right didn't have cell phone me and I called brother schambach and his home number was back when he lived in Pennsylvania he said how are you son I said I'm doing good I said keep preaching the same message as I said I've been listening to you all these years so cheesy so now well and we hook up tell me about RW schambach what was it did you play for him as well my first met him when he traveled with al he was the song leader and a speaker brother Alan I'll tell you a little secret few people know we were sitting in a restaurant one time and Alan said brother schambach said you have such a powerful word of faith and a great anointing and he said everybody's getting healed in your afternoon service he said could you leave me a few people to pray for tonight and he said okay brother Alan I'll try to but he could preach faith so strong till cripples to jump out of their wheelchair to blind the eyes that come open til sinners who drive in off the street get on her conviction come screaming now now Oh God save my soul right praise God I love that man I was to have dinner with him three days after he passed away but he had a better date he was in or it's something better reservation yes he wouldn't trade places oh there's so many of them let me ask you the question here in our last 10 minutes or so that we have the you and I were talking before we went on the air with this program about revival in this day and age we we've talked about on this program as well as inter-service about the the prophecy of Smith Wigglesworth they gave to Lester Sumrall about this last great revival in the Great Awakening how does that fit with where you've been and what you see what do you see the same thing I see it beginning to break loose all over American Canada and the other nations this is God's endtime revival it's happening you may be sitting in some dead dry Church or pardon me dr. frost as the pastor you maybe haven't seen a miracle or felt the power of God if they don't believe in miracles if they don't believe in a baptism of the holy ghost grab your kids and run find you a place that believes like this preacher believes and brother Copeland and others that can draw you into his presence because the word says in his presence is fullness of joy that's right it's happening now I'm getting calls almost weekly of preachers who are buying they tense again I know of six tent companies building giant tents really for evangelism one of them is the brother we talked about earlier brother Nick oh now you think you're a preacher and you have an excuse for not preaching go to life without limbs dot-com and see my friend brother Nick you'll not see any arms no hands because he doesn't have any you'll not see any legs or feet he has no legs he has one foot on his left side of his hip and amazingly he can lay his Bible on a table his wife will set him on the table and he'll take his toes and open that Bible and write and go through the scriptures and find what he wants you can put a smartphone down I was sitting having lunch with him the other day and I didn't know it but he turned his recorder on his smartphone he was recording he started playing by about that but he's got so by intense he's building a tent right now to seek 10,000 people there's another brother building one 2c8 town I could go on and on but besides to the tents revival is coming it's getting out of the walls of the church I got a video of a lady in a Walmart store 80 years old turns down an aisle there's a man sitting in a wheelchair she said young man would you like for Jesus to you today he batted his eyes and he said well I guess so she opened her purse and got out a bottle of anointing oil and I wondered even start praying people start gathering around the cameras in the Walmart store started videotaping she prayed the prayer of faith that's the difference not just any old prayer the prayer of faith shall save the sick and the Lord sure reasonable and he gets up out of his wheelchair walking around the store it's happening in Walmart's it's happening on the streets it's happening in the highways and hedges it's happening there were people driving down the road and God is turning them into a church or to a revival they're running in somewhere insane would you pray for me I need Jesus can I tell you who I prayed for on the phone we get the cell phone feel like I'm illustrating my sermon it was my older cell phone two years ago at my daughter's house the phone rang preacher friend called me used to be the associate with John Osteen in Houston and like what I was also an associate with John real estate but he called and he said Buford a man that used to work for me before I got saved he's gonna call you said don't be surprised he's in Mississippi in a prison I said but how could he call me his brother is wealthy and he paid a guard to give him a cell phone but said don't worry he got saved a few days ago Wow and he's calling you about the baptism of the Holy Ghost and he wants you to help him write a book about his story a little bit later about an hour the phone ring I picked up the phone Bobby I wrote this down so I wouldn't forgive it I forget his last name it'll come back to me but he was the southern Godfather of the Mafia Wow he was full of joy I knew he had Jesus I could tell it and feel it in a spirit all he wanted to do is talk about Jesus I said what even knew when you get out of prison he said well they were supposed to let me out two years ago I've served over my time 40 years but he said I don't care whether I get out or not I'll just keep leaving but men to Christ see the light over 300 men to Christ in the prison well I said I hear you want the baptism he said yes that's what I want and he got excited and I said call me tomorrow I said I'm gonna give you three scriptures read him call me back tomorrow I'm gonna pray for and God's gonna fill you with all ago next day called afraid for him he got the Baptist two days later God took him off what is it if you had to sum this up what is it about this last great revival that's different very easy as much as Branham and a allan and djaq coal and all those great men and women tried to get people not to glorify them not to exalt them not to look at their flesh look to Jesus give him the glory people have a spirit of a dolla tree in the churches in America they idolize preachers they idolize gospel singers and musicians I remember brother Alan telling me that one time he said I have to come home and live to myself I can't be around people because they want to touch me they want to use me they want to put me in a box they want to put a label on me and it was struck troubling me brother Alan and other preachers this time around I promise you Jesus is gonna get all the glory God no man will receive glory in this place you Jesus I believe it I do too I do too and you said something earlier were you talking about RW schambach he said he prayed the prayer of faith and this ministry here that's obviously what we're brother Copeland's been preaching from all these years yes he has all been some late thing and understanding what faith is that's how to use it it's an amazing time so Oral Roberts you have an opportunity with oral I saw him through four occasions when I was older but my most impressing time of day I was ten years old I was slipping with it for the time being with my uncle and that while mom and dad were traveling they had a Christian School in San Diego I picked up the newspaper and it had an ad and said Oral Roberts crusade manager would like to meet with men who would like to be Usher's for the coming crusade I got some change from my uncle and I got on a bus he gave me permission I rode down to the assembly God Church at 6:00 and fur and the Roberts business manager was there and he talked to them in and then he asked them to come up and sign up for ushering I went up and told him I said I could be an usher my daddy's got a tent and I've been in tent revivals and I love brother Roberts ministry and Robert Lewis I believe was his name and he hadn't been able thinking that years thank you God and he said young man he said you know what I need a helper I need somebody to be my assistant he said I've got enough Usher's but would you be my assistant I said what do I do he said just run errands between brother Roberts and I I said that's the job I want yeah that's so what I want Kotick short story eight days of miracle healing crusade in the San Diego auditorium and I'm running notes back before I get to meet brother Laurel and he Pat's me on the head and treats me like his buddy and be very kind at the end of the meeting he promised he would pray for everybody in the auditorium before he left they had too many people for a prayer they couldn't get them in the sports arena so they called the police and the police blocked off two blocks in the street and they had double lines like this is the line it was just like this for two blocks and then two lines coming down the other side and Oral Roberts was walking right through the middle will a hand here in this left hand they're praying for the sick in deaf ears were coming open and blind we're seeing I jumped right in front of him because I'm his buddy and I'm his assistant and I said everybody keep get your hands up brother Roberts is coming God's gonna you you get get ready get ready you know and I'm going down through there being a cheerleader we go all the way as a hot day we go all the weight and come down the other side we get to the end brother Roberts has his hair hanging his face mines all messed up we're both all sweated out he looked down at me and he said son this is hard work didn't it I said it sure is brother Roberts I like the hair out of my face he reached down and took my hands and he said Jesus put your healing power and this boy's hands and take him to the nation's I didn't know what he was saying I'm 9 or 10 years old but I never forgot it Wow so now you've gone you told me I think 172 Crusades 172 missionary Crusades several hundred plus revivals over 7 million miles in 58 nations Wow praise God and I give him all the glory because it was all about him it was all about all about Jesus God stopped me to get ready to do what you're doing right he stopped me from the crusade said I'm gonna teach you new methods to reach more people for less money and less effort right and God stopped me and I've been on a journey for 3 years and you pray for me my brother I've come for your prayers because by the grace of God in a few weeks we launched healing Jesus radio amen friends in the television and we want to be a backup system for what God's doing through you we want to be your prayer partners and I've come for your blessing absolutely I know all of you watching you agree with us that God you continue to use Buford in this new calling to radio and even in television yes God thank you Father what you're doing for him is he helps to broadcast this great endtime revival oh we receive it and we attach our faith to it in Jesus name Amen my brother could I just thank God that he'll eat Jesus radio we'll have broadcast of all these men that we talked about him any more all the way back to Billy Sunday and they mimic the mixed with the new including your program under every available voice every available voice well be fit as you know you've watched our program before we leave each program talking about this when it all comes down to this so many people say well I don't have the history that you have or I don't have a TV program like we have or I don't have a way to get out there and preach the gospel and reach and bring revival the truth is they can be the one that can be the one they can be the one right where they are so you said as I is searching earth he's not looking for big preachers he's not looking for mega churches he's not looking Dominus he's looking for face do you have faith has something this problem is done cause your faith to rise you're the one amen you're the one better said you're the one we'll see you
