Employees Who Got Brutally Fired on Undercover Boss..

there's nothing else I could do get ready for a roller coaster of jaw-dropping moments as I'm taking you deep undercover and into the stories of employees who got the boot in the most brutal ways possible on Undercover Boss just like this employee who's probably the most foul mouth manager I have ever seen listen how many times I have to tell you don't with me now in the spirit of taking a look at all new shows here on the channel here's one that I've alluded to wanting to do a few times in some of my more recent videos specifically the time that Ramsay went undercover at the beginning of season 4 of Hell's Kitchen he's the president and I'm the fourstar general it has to go there God that never gets old and sure he may have done it a few more times on 24 hours to Hellen back but sometimes you just got to see where it all began and what better way than with the show that started it all and in that vein these folks here thought they were just doing their jobs but little did they know that their boss was lurking in the shadows ready to catch them at their most despicable believe me I don't think you're ready for the kind of workplace drama that followed I mean this employee in particular was singlehandedly spreading toxicity all over the workplace all the while putting the company's brand at risk too her behavior was so annoying that it made everyone bristle at the mere mention of of her I'm talking about the retrofitness manager Jacqueline if you're even passingly familiar with the show you should know what's coming but before I get into the real deal here's a little backstory to this place she worked at retrofitness so this gym in New Jersey boasted a cool 300,000 members a pretty solid amount of people especially considering how many franchises they had the numbers spoke volumes about the place and their reputation and guess what this huge Fitness Empire was the brainchild of the guy at the top the founder and CEO of Retro Fitness Eric casur was extremely passionate about his business after all he was the one who helped create it and the only thing he expected from his employees was commitment and loyalty towards upholding the company's standards pretty standard social contract right but one employee fell short of Expectations by a huge measure now to put his employees to the test and get a firsthand experience of how gym functioned Eric dawned to disguise and stepped into The Fray to see what was what on his own terms however within a few minutes much to his dismay one employee had managed to catch Eric's attention for all the wrong reasons meet Jacqueline ready you want to come over this side absolutely all right I mean just look at that what was she even trying to do drive away customers on purpose hey how you doing you use that while you work yep so let me get this straight she had zero interest in the job so why the hell were you even working there in the first place I know we all need a paycheck at the end of the day but come on there are better options and Eric wasn't impressed with her over-the-top behavior wow that's crazy it's slow what else am I supposed to do Not only was she giving zero shits about the job but she wouldn't even bother to do anything correctly once's more she had turned the entire workspace into her own personal playground can have your employees not take out their phone and take selfies all day I mean Eric's reaction said it all the CEO started to wonder who hired her in the first place it definitely wasn't him if someone may have a question maybe they might not approach you because they think you're busy right there with you dude I mean any sane person would have had the same reaction so I get it but to make matters worse the way she talked about her customers was just appall people um love to be obnoxious like hello let's not forget that these are the same clients who help you pay your bills so do you mind giving them some respect at least but Jacqueline didn't give a damn about them I don't know what to do with some people I just want to punch them in the face sometimes and to make things worse she thought it was completely normal and valid for a manager to behave like her you no you'll get there just when you thought you'd seen it all it got worse literally stupid they don't know anything they don't know how to use a machine so they're over here looking like doing the machine wait did she forget that customer service was literally the only job she had to do whether it was clarifying their doubts or answering questions Jacqueline was expected to treat her customers with at the very least dignity and respect but there was no sign of any of that happening at all had it been me I would have fired her right on the spot but Eric had an unparalleled level of patience he decided to stick around and see just how low she was willing to stoop and well the more he watched the more he learned about her and she spared no expense to broadcast exactly who she was at An Extremely Loud volume literally and then she opens her mouth and she's like you know the bats from Hell start flying out and of course for some who barely had any passion for the job in the first place how would you expect them to train and Inspire others of course Jacqueline miserably failed at that too literally brain dead if you can't get it Not only was she hateful but also wasteful if they want it they can take it but if not oh well hey Jacqueline quick question do you even own a single per of that juice bar no right then why the heck are you throwing all that stuff out like you do I mean really what's wrong with you and to make matters worse she started to behave like a total jerk towards Barry who by the way was Eric in Disguise as a new trainee and soon enough the customers started to notice her crude Behavior too got to pick up the pace dude come on picking up the pace here we go while Eric was trying to document her every move guess what she had to say about him you're so condescending and rude to me I really can't stand it Jackie honey are are you sure you're talking about yourself just like this viewer said The more she talked the bigger a hole she dug for herself to fall into but the customers weren't going to take this behavior for much longer they had seen Injustice unfold right in front of their very eyes and guess what it was only a matter of time before one customer decided to confront her no I'm not being meany you know he but this is when Eric finally had off he wasn't going to let his customers fight his battles for him no sir they were there to train not retrain his hires so he decided to take action against her and make her pay for that poor attitude and behavior well as they say you rep what you so but Jackie had no idea what was coming for her however Eric decided to keep his identity hidden right up until the grand reveal meanwhile Jackie was called into the head office to share her feedack back about Barry and although she was the one who was cold towards him this is what she had to say in return very rude condescending and just like you expected she had nothing nice to say about the guy but guess how she reacted when Eric revealed the truth got the same eyes but instead of taking accountability she had the audacity to deny all of it completely false because no don't like seriously I mean just look at her clearly Jackie didn't feel an ounce of guilt for treating her colleague that poorly and it shows like she was the perfect example of what a person playing the victim looks like it's almost as if she was living in her own little world but Eric was going to burst that bubble before long now that he had a clear picture of what she was up to he finally decided to break it to [Music] her yeah that was satisfying to watch finally Justice was served and Jackie's time working for retrofitness came to an abrupt end but would you believe it if I told you that there was another employee whose attitude was worse than Jackie's well I'm going to do just that now this restaurant here had employed over 5,000 people not exactly a mom and pop friends and family kind kind of join it was hugely successful sometimes you hear the word Buffalo Wings and Rings now this is when we got to meet the founder and CEO of Buffalo rings and wings nater masadi who decided to go undercover as Pete a new recruit even if that means firing myself I will do that what he witnessed when he arrived was horrifying so who's to blame here well none other than West the dude that supposedly ran the kitchen and drove pretty much everyone up the wall I mean just take a look at what he had to say about Peete he seems very soft like Grandma's pancakes we all know how soft those are yeah Wes was the total opposite of what a solid employee should be let's get you in an apron you seem kind of slow moving his cocky Vibes in that whole I'm better than everyone attitude was entirely messing him up and the business too but hey he wasn't wrong about one thing though X boneless fry in Bourbon medium that represents five boneless putting up with someone who had that kind of an attitude was nothing less than a Herculean task and nater had the opportunity to experience it firsthand as for Wes he came across as an intimidating and cocky person who had a hell of a superiority complex and make things worse he had this strange habit of making inappropriate comments feel like a pretty lonely guy you you probably should have some pretty good wrist action did you really just say that or am I tripping I mean it's one thing to be cocky but to make vulgar comments like that and especially to a guy who's so much older than you can't be a back here no I'll try not to be but wait it doesn't stop here my floor I would totally have sex on my floor I mean that's one way to tell someone to mop I personally would have just said go mop that over there please but that's just me this guy was so up his own ass that he forgot how to talk to someone without calling them names and making them feel small the arrogance of this guy was as real as it gets you got everywhere right okay okay I'll continue tornado and our boss here yeah he was not a fan of Wes's Brash attitude is that how he talks to his employees in fact Pete was left all alone to handle the order despite being the new guy well Wes was chilling away in the back apparently he thought briefly running through the instructions was training enough all of it you can count on me and while struggling at the different stations Wes continued to pass some really questionable judgment I'm sorry I'll keep trying whatever man finally with Wes pushing Pete into completing the task and Pete faking to keep up with the reigning insults and instructions eventually the whole whole training session was a major fail hey Pete I'll go ahead and comp this off from my customer cuz it took too long I am so sorry you see Wes was as narcissistic as they come while he was busy picking apart Pete's faults he failed to see his own he's cost us money he's pissed off customers he is up astronomically but that's not even the half of the problem here I do you might be the biggest dag in history and trust me it's not just Pete who found him intolerable was like this he always wind up how delusional do you have to be to think this kind of behavior is cool Les thought he was a hero but in reality he was the restaurant's biggest villain according to him fear is power and he used this strategy to keep everyone in line fear equals respect you're going to have to rule with an iron fist man he forgot that fear can take him so far once the staff had their fill they wouldn't think twice before tearing him apart for treating them like crap and I'm not the only one who thinks that Amen to that Pete was clearly upset and he had to do a little more digging just to convince himself that Wes was for real because if I didn't know better I'd say he was a paid actor from the jump and so he decided to call in his business partner red that is him completely he has no respect for anybody in that restaurant and let me tell you red didn't hold back one bit he does treat his kitchen staff low but there's no tail and with and no she didn't stop there she spoke about how most of the kitchen staff had a problem with the guy I will talk to him and we'll see how far that goes it does nothing no nater couldn't believe how long R and the rest of the staff put up with his behavior we've got responsibility to create a safe place I mean nater was only there for like hour and within that hour he had already seen and experienced enough of Wes's Antics and so he couldn't even begin to imagine the plate the rest of his staff and customers were going through I'm taking the franchise agreement I'm going to rip it apart if sea is refusing to do the right thing for his sta I mean just imagine how torturous it must have been to work under someone as toxic as Wes I imagine just her hands are tied the franchisee is not acting on it by this time nater finally had enough he decided it was time to take action and show who the real boss on the Block was both literally and ironically and I have been undercover for this past week in my own company okay nater confronted West not only about being too intimidating but also the vulgar comments that he made all the time and boy was his response revolting I am that way often but not always I thought that at the beginning too but that's not all nater then confronted him about the language he used around kids but Wes he remained The Jerk that he was all the while I'm not their guidance counselor I'm their manager okay even when confronted by his own staff he remained the pathetic loser he was refusing to take even an ounce of accountability for his actions and well he finally got what was coming for him in the end I'm a person that doesn't give up on anybody but uh the problem has to be fixed now west was a real pain in the ass but this next guy well it wouldn't surprise me if he was pinching or feeling up a few asses on The Daily worst of all of his own employees let me explain hi welcome to [Applause] Hooters now Hooters is one of the biggest restaurant chains in the world and its reputation certainly precedes it well meet the man behind it SU says hello hav't seen anywhere oh look at the baby Kobe may be the boss the company may even be his brainchild but the real stars of the show here are the women on the ground yeah without them the company would just be a middleof the road wing place but instead of respecting and valuing their time there was this one employe who wanted to play dirty now Kobe decided to Da the role of Scotty who was coming over to assist the general manager Jimbo and the guy is exactly the kind of guy who you'd expect to go by Jimbo at his age yes she looks like a Hollywood Starlet right okay Jimbo here was turning out to be a huge problem now I don't know about you but the way he was talking to his staff yeah it made me feel sick real quick okay he's your man in Amsterdam today all right let's go Kobe's face said it all and if that wasn't bad enough Jimbo continued to make some nasty comments have a seat when I first came in this morning Jimbo made it very clear that you know need I remind you that he was bold enough to say all of this while being filmed with all due respect the only non glamorous thing here is your face in that dirty mouth of yours and seeing all this horrid Behavior unfold before his very eyes our CEO here was starting to get real pissed I don't think he's clear on on how the brand should be should be treated and despite knowing that the ladies were tired Jimbo had other things on his mind if the girls wanted to catch a breather they would have to pay a horrible price you know right sucker down good times all right they seem to like and the looks on their faces were just heartbreaking to see all right scooter come with me so maybe we'll do a bean eating contest all right the guy was taking taking advantage of their situation knowing full well that they needed the money desperately I mean who in their right mind would ever behave like that when they know they're being recorded I mean he's clearly not the brightest bulb in the room so I can see this just being a genuine case of him being a power tripping idiot but as for Kobe he was probably biting down real hard on his tongue in order to refrain from blowing his cover all right okay if you want to play some games there's other games you can play the whole charade that Jimbo was up to was not only upsetting to Kobe but far more so for the women working under him is money it's not okay and how else would you expect them to react but right now Jimbo was the boss and they were helpless to do anything about it at least not if they wanted to keep their jobs oh look do okay simply put these women were mistreated by their manager and this wasn't an isolated incident who doesn't want to spend the rest of the afternoon with me and with that Kobe was down to his last nerve they were inappropriate they were wrong I don't want any part of it he had enough it was time to put Jimbo in his place with the girls it just it's really not acceptable behavior I I think it is a serious matter and before you know it it was time for Kobe to reveal his true identity and you have to see how that went down I'm Kobe Brooks the president CEO of Hooters of America ah although he was shocked Jimbo tried maintaining his composure like nothing out of the ordinary had happened after all Kobe was a dude too so he should get it right man it works shame on me if it's a bad thing being Uber competitive what are you even talking about are you even listening he's telling you to apologize to your employees and you're sitting there saying random of building sales and you can build profit all you want that's not what I want nobody cares about your track record bro so stop it it's the way you treat people that's the real problem here that's the bottom line well unlike the rest of the Pricks we talked about today at least he made an effort to change I get what he says and and yeah I'll I'll make it happen the question is does that cut it what he made his female employees do was absolutely degrading and in my book nothing he does now could ever make up for it bosses like Kobe and the rest are the reason why we can still have faith in our jobs but if you thought Kobe's reveal was shocking wait till you see what happened in this next episode this time around we've got a woman going undercover if there's any harassment going on I doubt it'll last 2 seconds under Donato's pizza's chair airwoman Jen grod Able's watchful eye but fortunately there was none of that what she was going to go up against though was a whole different Beast posing as a wannabe restaurant on a reality show Jane dove in head first and little did the unsuspecting employees know they were in for a hell of a reality check the heart of the matter here is that Jane discovered that at Donado Pizza wasn't the only thing getting baked but the real surprise here was yet to come and he explains that he gets invited to smoke when sometimes he delivers to college campuses Spotlight turned on one Delivery Agent named Aaron who initially impressed the CEO with impeccable customer service little did Jane know though was that Aaron occasionally smoked weed at work and even accepted offers to to up with customers a revelation that understandably left her fuming so she was t between Aaron's exceptional performance and the potential risks in the end though she couldn't keep her cool Jane tells him that he's fired but there's another twist Aaron denied smoking and that fabrication of his caused that initial firing however Jane decided to give Aaron a second chance if he passed a drug test within the next month turns out that Jane despite her anger believed in giving a good employee a shot at Redemption and as far as brutal firings go on this show I like that we got one glimmer of hope in the end well that about does it for me got any more
