Emma Stone on Boyfriend Andrew Garfield: 'I Love Him Very Much'

well when the amazing spider-man 2 opens this Friday superhero super fans looking for blockbuster action sequences most definitely will not be disappointed but the romantic at heart will also find a lot to love with sweet scenes between Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy played by Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone case in point take a look okay I have a ground-rule what is it don't tell me that I look amazing in your big brown doe eyes what it's allergy season this is killing me I got you're just spitting in the face of my grandmother's I'm up first we get ice cream and then I'm out and we are so excited to have Emma Stone here with us this morning I heard that was your favorite scene that is my favorite scene well we had Andrew here yesterday and I have to read to you what he said about you he said that anyone who works with you gets a shot of sunshine and that one day he's going to write a book about how he feels about you know scary the on-air chemistry is palpable how did you feel about working with him and really it sets the movie apart from others no I mean it's just it's like a dream to work with him he's I mean he's obviously one of the greatest actors I think we have alive today and he's also just a remarkable human being so I I love him very much yeah and you said when you looked at the script and he went for your audition you just knew you had to play Gwen what was it about her character that made you feel so impatient I think I mean her arc in the comic books was so iconic and so meaningful to comic-book history and I didn't know about it before I had auditioned so reading about it it was just so tragic and beautiful and then auditioning with Andrew and with Marc Webb the director it was kind of a no-brainer that I wanted to be part of it and we talked about the love scenes but you had some action scenes that well as well and then I heard that you have this phobia that started when you did that big lift with Ryan Gosling yeah but that was you know my phobia doesn't really extend two wires I'm okay on rollercoasters but I would never bungee jump so I think it was being physically held over somebody's head and then you turn to baking apparently when you have panic attacks about to me did you bake it all on the set of spider-man it wasn't quite as linear is that I don't think there's like panic attack them Baker a coffee cake yeah no but I was in a phase of baking for for quite a long lovely that phases past luckily and I I should mention that we have a lot of fans out there who want to ask you a ton of questions so we are gonna take to some some social media now because we have from Farah who tweeted what would you be what would be your advice to all the girls who look up to you oh wow a lot people yeah you said it was gonna be an easy morning advice to all the girls yeah oh man I think probably just part of what I'm trying to do is to be as a and I mean wow that's a that's a really good question you are a role model though well I think authenticity is probably the most important thing and remaining true to yourself despite any pressure from from outside forces and that's something that I struggle with I think as everybody can struggle with and I just try to kind of follow my own path well you Excel and we know that you are very philanthropic we'll be talking about that later as well in a week Emma Stone you are amazing so who perfectly yes thank you so much for joining us in the amazing spider-man 2 swings into theaters nationwide on Friday
