upper thread and in the bobbin thread and did not have one problem at all and i see the people coming in saying they love king star so if you use metallic thread and you have problems with it breaking ready to go ready to be pressed down after you've done that you can do an all-over quilting pattern or you can stitch around each individual little um piece so let me show you i actually have those i've actually used these i did this one i think i stitched it last year this was dachshund through the snow if you guys know me you know how i love little dachshunds and i finished mine and i'm going to show it to you so inside of this kit that i got i got everything all of the lettering was already cut out the dachshund his sweater his hat his hat trim the inner borders the outer borders the binding and the backing fabric are all pre-cut inside the kit ready to go the only thing you have to provide is the batting and so that what does that do that makes these kits so quick and so easy to okay so what does the president hoop pad do well you know when you're working on in the hoop designs um a lot of times you gotta work on the back side of the hoop so what the president hoop pad does it allows your hoop to fit on top of the pad so that when you are working on your designs and a lot of times i know in my in the hoop designs you have to work on the back side of the hoop and you're manipulating fabrics and you're pressing them over it's nice to press them now if you don't have any support underneath your hoop what you're going to be doing is you're going to be pressing on your stabilizer you're going to be shifting and moving it and your project isn't going to turn out as nice as it can be excuse me it's also great in case you got to rip out stitches i know we all hate to do that but if you have something that you need to rip out and you put the pad underneath the hoop you are able then to press down either using your seam ripper or what i just discovered was um i was using the seam ripper from dime which is a product shown below this video and i was able to quickly be able to put these stitch ripper on my stitches and just rip them out and i could put it down on the pad because now i have support underneath my hoop and i'm not pressing and moving my stabilizer if you guys are a member of mike john's facebook group he's mama boys designs he just showed the precedent hoop pads and how to use them with applique his words they're a game changer so um if you aren't a member of his group and it's mama boys designs you can go to this group you can watch his video um he is a baby lock ambassador he does amazing tutorials on different machines you know the scan and cut machine all the baby lock machines and um he was doing a tutorial showing how you can but she draws this this is her own custom drawing and i took the fabric and i believe this is cotton topline and i created one of my in the hoop bags this is the extra large in the hoop bag i used it on the back side look how pretty that is um you know she has all kinds of fabrics and you know colorful some are more muted like this one but look how nice that is and i used it to make my bag i open first so let me see if yeah you can see this so the thread insert is this the wooden thing at the bottom now there are holes you can probably see where i'm missing a couple of spools of thread i don't want to tip this too much or i will tip you know my thread out but um this is how i store my exquisite thread there are letters the thread color numbers are actually engraved onto all these little slots so i could keep my thread all organized i can quickly look and see you know what i'm low on i can see there's two colors right there that i'm missing that i need to order and it closes into this little drawer now once they're in there they're in there okay they're not going to tip over they're not going to fall out um they're dust free they're out of the light then this drawer goes inside of the cabinet over there i have two stacked on top of each other laser beam studio tells you where to get the um the cabinets at and there's inserts fit exactly in there perfectly and again can't get this up here so what these are are you know how if you use some bird regard designs you know that a lot of times i label the pieces for my projects a through i don't know they can go up to n o and p even sometimes so what you do is you take these cute little spools they have clips connected to them and then these uh the white is dry erase board material so there's a marker included what i do is i on one of them i write a b c you know go through you know however many of these little clips i'm going to need if you are someone who likes to cut out you know several projects of the same thing at once take all your piece a's clip it on and you have them all together nothing gets lost or you know mixed up or anything so these are inside of that gif set that they have they also have they're popular these things are are great uh project trays let me just kind of hold it up here and show you this so what this is these are numbered they're small trays they are numbered and this one is numbered one through twelve how many of you do those big embroidery designs where they may have 40 color changes in them of shades of you know i don't know five different shades of green or something so what you do is you get your design loaded up you get all your colors picked out you put them inside the little slots and you know as many colors as you have you line it up by your machine and then you know you put your first thread on then you know you can put it away if you're not going to use it again your second one and just work all through your design and you know i think they're perfect because if you're like me you multitask and you know i'll have them sitting by my machine stitching out a design i got to go run answer the phone or i have to you know go through a laundry in or something and you get kind of lost well you know where you're at because you have um these numbered little trays so these are great that's inside one of those um gift sets that they're giving away and let's see what else was in there their scissor fob these are like little um markers you know to say fabric paper whatever so nobody's using your good scissors on you know paper and they're giving your colors down you've already got color number one here so you don't want to buy an additional spool to put in color number five so you'd write the number one here so when you are done with your color one using it on your machine well you know one goes here in number five so you can just keep on going so that um these things are wonderful great great idea okay katie says a wonderful sponsor they probably wouldn't have worn them anyway so again for those little coats i did provide a pattern for shannon fabrics to uh make those so um go there read about it and make your own little doggie
