[Music] the Mind always has the Tactical advantage over you you start putting yourself in situations that suck you'll find yourself triple down on your [ __ ] weaknesses find out something about yourself you already know that the good [ __ ] you already know the happy [ __ ] I'm gonna tell you how you can help yourself get through the times that suck real life this is real life ninety percent of your life will suck ten percent will be [ __ ] happy you may be lucky God have a lot of [ __ ] money have a great ass woman all this [ __ ] trust me he's missing something his life still sucks because he hasn't faced something that bothered him his whole [ __ ] life something is still eating that [ __ ] up eating you the [ __ ] up but maybe you found a good way how I did Growing Up on how to ignore that voice that's saying you ain't facing some [ __ ] this is why I talk so [ __ ] aggressive if I try to make it all pretty and [ __ ] that's not what my life was it was a violent violent struggle daily to get where I'm at today I'm not gonna water it down knock the water down [ __ ] wasn't fun it ain't fun today but I'm happy I'm constantly trying to put goals in front of me but the biggest thing is I'm trying to find more of myself and the only way I can find more is to silence the world out as much as I can because it's getting busier every day it's a bit faster and the faster it gets the more you are missing who the [ __ ] you are so I trapped my own mind a lot and say look man I put my phone away I put [ __ ] away and I go dark I go dark a lot and it's because I have to find out I'm on a journey of life and we all have a different journey and I want to be in my [ __ ] pine box and I believe your spirit lives forever have to it's too [ __ ] powerful no way in hell that thing just dies when you die I want to be able to look back on my life when I'm all dead and be so [ __ ] proud of myself forever this is all temporary [ __ ] to me I want to be forever proud of who I was as a man and change who I used to be the liar the insecure guy the guy who can whatever I want to be proud if I die now if I die at age I die at 90 100 I'm gonna look at myself the same proud of myself and on the other in the suffering is a world that very few very few have ever seen it's a beautiful world because after you find yourself you find yourself on the other end like that 100 mile race I was on I ran it for 24 hours I found myself on the other end of that race the world's in your mind and that's where all that mediocrity is about mediocrity is contagious everything I did was for someone else to like me it wasn't until I started reading my own book about how pathetic I was as human being I could blame my dad I can blame kids at school I can blame having health issues add my mom not being around how can I overcome that go in the military and get your ass kicked do things you hate to do be uncomfortable every [ __ ] day of your life Roger that I'm not the smartest kid in the world how you get smarter educate yourself so the things that we learn from we run it from the truth we're running from the truth man how I build belief is through them the daunting tasks I put myself through and that's how this piece of [ __ ] kid I once thought it was built belief by saying I was in three hell weeks I went to Rangers I tried out for Delta selection confidence comes from the thing that you built you must build belief you must build confidence it's belief and it's built on what you put in to yourself foreign [Music]
