I'm very competitive [ELLIE] Oh my gosh. I'm very, very competitive I like to win [ELLIE] Me too That's, that's all across the board like [ELLIE] Yea I'm that person Sport is life-changing Sport gives girls and women confidence and Sport helps not just mentally physically there's  so many attributes that it does to create change Swimming just gave me a bit of a focus Gave me friendship. Gave me purpose. Like when I was running I was unable to keep up with non-disabled people Whereas swimming I was able to keep up you know was able to be included as one of those Being able to go off and for running represent my country but then in football be able to play for people like Manchester City or Manchester United Community team it showed that there was actually growth and I was able to you know overcome many milestones
