hi today I want to talk about how you can control your architect tune from your phone using this little box of tricks now this we call our ECU connect interface and once you've downloaded our EC new connect app from the Google Play Store or the App Store page a phone then you can start really getting under the skin of your echo tech tune now this isn't your average obd-ii scanner diagnostic tool that you can buy off eBay or Amazon they pick up the standard ECU parameters and they spit out make it look pretty this can do that too it's got dashboards with a wide variety of gauges you can set these dashboards up yourself using the many bar charts graphs circle gauges and many other forms we offer you you can also customize the background with any photo you like and make the engages appear through the photo and the good thing is you can have as many of these dashboards as you like running all at the same time which you can swipe between to see what's going on at any point across any parameter the ECU logs and if you want to do some serious data logging that's built-in as well just select the parameters that you want to log and press GO if you feel anything like a misfire just tap the mark and that will mark in the log when you come to review it or if you need to send a log to someone else your tuner may be easy just email it straight from the app to ever you need to and for all you tyre smoking Speed junkies out there it's got a performance meter just as accurate as go draggy setup what you want to track and you can put your car in launch mode easily done by the app if you have the egg detection throw the throttle and go adjust a boost your ego further share it the social media pals straight from the app simples it also has all the other usual stuff like reach trouble codes so you can figure out why that check engine light came on and clear it once you've seen what it is few guys in the US it's got an obd redness tool so in all those mods you've bolted on to your car you can see whether it's going to meet the stringent emissions tests but none of this stuff is why you really need this seriously cool piece of kit you need it because when you get yourself a Nickey Tech chew with race ROM this is gonna control your tube right from the tablet or the phone how about being able to map switch on the fly instantly from your phone your tuner will set up the maps and how many you can have you just tap your phone to switch maps simple as that you want more boost ECU connect can give it to you in any of these maps you switch to you want to use back on the fuel usage just move the slider to the left you want to get that pimped up no-hoper just slide your finger to the right give it all the jam you will leave some big back stripes and tell everybody wave beam we've got your back because in launch control you control what Reds your launch at you want to go soft save some rubber keep it at the minimum and adjust your traction control you need to leave your mark go full right with your finger traction control off give it a full thirty six thousand these limits max min can be set by the tuner so discuss with your tuner what you think is right and go have some fun don't trust the smile on the face of the valley as you pull up no problem switch to valley mode on your phone spoil is fun and keep your car safe for the rest of the evening but I still haven't got to the best bit yet this little section here custom inputs these are little pots of gold your tuner can set up for you which are guaranteed to put so you down the track and the prep isn't up to par you can set up a slider to enable you to dial in your traction control to match the conditions want a clean launch and devilish read your tires slide right want to leave your monk slide pull left have your tuner set up an economy slider when you don't want to watch the fuel disappearing markets but a hole in the turn keep the slider in the economy range looking for some action keep it to the right and if you really want to hit it out the park add insane mode if you go on track days maybe you want to play with different throttle sensitivities take me that perfect feel there's a button for that normal sport or race or anything in between the chena can set them up fancy yourself as a fall into one or IndyCar driver we've got a button for that to push to pass can be set up to give you full boost and different shift patterns on a timer so you have all the jam to teach that all the gear and no idea guy a lesson if you've got nitrous this can be the button that fires a shot and turns you into Brian O'Connor let's watch out for your manifold but remember this section is all custom these are just some suggestions so talk to your tuner let your imagination run wild and he an ECU Connect will do the rest and if any of you are lucky enough to own a GTR then you guys have got some extra goodies ECU connect can run idle learning and some other trick stuff in the it can run clutch learning you can manually adjust the clutch on clutch a or clutch B with clutch capacity or touch point a and touch point B you can check out launch statistics if you don't trust that seller telling you it's never been launched you can check out the old temperature history to see if the has been overheated you can check out all the warning history if you like and if you've got an external TPMS tool you can run CPMs Diagnostics so the next time somebody tells you that ECU connect is just another obd tool get out your phone set your launched revs crank up the boost switch to insane mode and let you're just [Music] you
