Eating Dim Sum at Crown Seafood

[Music] what's up guys welcome back to the channel my name is s and today we are eating that Crown Seafood so I came here to go watch The Soaring Phoenix um L dance group dance here I was planning to record them dance but I was 10 minutes late so um it took a while for me to set up my camera so I end up not um recording them at all but it's also a small group so um they said that the big event is going to be the the big performance is going to be at the River Oaks at uh 3:00 so I plan to go out there at 3:00 to record The Big Show where they are dancing on the SS uh High the high above the ground but um I I ordered three dishes uh so far I ordered the popular SE my I ordered the uh fried shrimp dling that's one of my favorite dishes and I ordered an egg uh noodle uh stir fry dish so um normally um I uh the first thing I do is I create a sauce so my sauce my dipping sauce is going to be soy sauce the hot chili oil and Sriracha that's what I normally use to dip my dimsum meat in so my three dishes has just came out uh I ordered the sumai the sumai is a pork and shrimp dumpling wrapped up in the won wrapper it's steamed in the steamer and then there's the fried shrimp dumpling the fried shrimp dumpling is a fried shrimp uh is a shrimp ball wrapped up in the won wrapper and it's deep fried and it comes with a mayonnaise uh a mayonnaise and then there's the the egg stir Fred egg noodles uh it looks like it's cified in onions um bean sprouts carrots and green onions so the first this that I normally eat is the U the sumai it's usually big at most places so I usually cut them in half first so it be easy to bite one bite it I'll poke it dip it in the my sauce made with Sriracha uh chili oil and um soy sauce now eat it it's very flavorful very Savory very delicious this is what I usually eat the most at them some and that's that's what um whenever me and my family come there eat this is what we usually eat the most as well we order more of the sui cuz more people like it more people eat for uh second of portions the second dish I'm going to eat is um the shrimp fried shrimp dumpling I'm going to cut it in half again so it'll be easy to bite it comes with a mayonnaise sauce so I'm going to dip it in the mayonnaise first then I'm going dip in my pepper sauce and now eat it this is one of my favorite dishes as well I usually eat it as a dessert at the end I usually Cate for carbs so this is what satisfi my carb craving I'mma dip it in little hot sauce as well to make it a little more spicy more [Music] flavorful very delicious so since I'm eating by myself I'm only eating um three dishes it's not a lot I usually eat only half and then I'll take it home and eat the half the other half of Dinner hopefully one day I can come here with a bigger group so we're going to order everything on the menu or more thing from the menu so there's more variety of different foods to eat and also uh that way I just probably just eat like one of each item and have a variety of food versus just eating the U two of or three of the same items thank you so I just tried this uh Su I'm going to try more of the fried shrimp dumpling I'm going to dip it in the mayonnaise and then I'm going to dip in the hot sauce or di hot dipp sauce I love fried food so this fried shrimp defin is so delicious to me one of my favorite dish [Music] [Music] here and this is going to be my last bite for right now for [Music] [Music] lunch so whenever I eat alone I usually only order three dishes uh using steal my uh fried shrimp dumpling and then the third dish is going to change sometimes I feel for the hike I some feel time feel for the um the and today I'm crav for the uh great for the the carb the the um egg noodles I usually eat only half and then I'll eat the other half later on for dinner um I don't want to get too full cuz um next I plan to go to the River Oaks area to record the sworn dragons perform um before the perform the line dance over there I'll probably head over there right now after I wrap up here thank you for watching the video I hope you like the video please subscribe to the channel and like the video and also comment down below what are some of your favorite dim some dishes that you like to eat a lot again my name is say thank you and take care
