I Made Scalloped Potatoes Without A Recipe

welcome to fify Delights come on let's get started these are all of my ingredients I'm making scallop potatoes and I'm using 2 tablespoons of olive oil and I'm going to sauté one whole sliced onion followed by four chopped garlic cloves [Music] now I'm starting off with my sauce I'm using 3 tbspoon of butter and I'm going to add 1 14 cup of flour and 1 cup of [Music] milk this recipe will be in the description below and if you find it helpful do like and subscribe click the Bell to receive rece notifications for upcoming videos now I'm adding my seasonings Tony seasoning garlic herb seasoning garlic powder seasoned salt and pepper if the sauce is too thick add some water now now I'm adding my garlic and I'm going to sauté it for about 3 minutes while my onions are caramelizing I'm going to start out with four potatoes they have been rinsed and sliced and I'm going to layer them with the onion mixture and repeat it then I'm going to add the sauce over it and bake on 350 for about an hour and a [Music] half I'm adding more seasoning [Music] the potatoes baked for about an hour and a half now I'm going to sprinkle just a little bit of cheese but this is optional then I'm going to put it under the broiler until it becomes Brown I'm sprinkling some herb seasoning now it is [Music] [Music] done I have added some leftovers to go with these potatoes [Music] the potatoes are done and it is very delicious make sure you share this recipe with your families and friends thank you guys for watching [Music]
