hi there today i'm showing you guys how i use my revlon one step hair dryer yes it's worth the hype so let's get right into it so starting off with some freshly washed hair i like to let my hair air dry a little bit before i blow it out apply the products that you want or need i am using hair moves and some heat protective spray today keeping it very simple if you want to use hair oil go in with that after you are done with your blowout because if you apply oil before it will fry your hair and we don't want that hair mousse will definitely help me keep the volume and style in place all day long and also heat protective spray because i'm going to be using the heat setting on this tool this styling tool is a gigantic round brush basically with air coming through the middle i'm gonna be using the second setting which is the warm one throughout this whole video now dividing my hair and i'm gonna be working in small sections [Music] now i'm going to place my brush under my hair like this and just go through it a couple of times to really dry the hair before forming or rolling it now i only work from under because i want as much volume as possible so after doing that a couple of times i'm going to slowly roll the brush inwards towards me and bend the ends like this there is no stress really so just go slow and steady maybe like three or five rolls depending on how wet your hair is and then i bring it up like this bring the whole thing up and just dry that out one last time to just kind of keep the volume and just dry everything honestly now to prevent tangling roll the brush down like this first until you only have the ends left and then you brush it out by rolling it like this i hope i'm making sense thank god we have a visual because this sounds way more complicated than it should be now i'm going to do that on the other side and i'm also going to be showing you once again in real time so you kind of know the speed i'm going run it through a couple of times once it's completely dry i roll the ends inwards like this roll that a couple of times and then i bring it up to dry everything together wait a little bit then roll it down first without tangling it then roll the ends out for a smooth finish it sounds way more complicated when i describe it so hopefully you don't overthink it it's really easy compared to the traditional blowout if you think i'm going too slow i do have the warm setting on so it's not like super super hot i feel like the heat is not even close to my other heat styling tools so i feel like it's fine the maximum setting on this brush though is very very hot and i don't like it at all i feel like the whole brush just comes out super hot and it's a little bit harder to work with so i feel like the warm setting the second setting is just perfect it's not as loud either so it's perfect i do have layers in my hair i did a wolf cut a couple of months ago and now it just looks like long layers and i am here for it it is the perfect haircut for a blowout like this in my opinion and i'm just gonna like speed it up still show you guys the process um then for the last part my mohawk section um and my bangs i want to show you guys two different ways you can style your bangs so you can frame your face however you want or like [Music] it's a sour taste it's also to be fooled again honey to be fooled again stole my heart and ripped it into pieces yes you did you know it's not the way i plan no it's not the way i want it no it's not the things i'm in know that i'm not being honest [Music] i [Music] i just wanna be the one who love you i just wanna be the one save [Music] i [Applause] [Music] so we have come to the mohawk section i'm working from the back to the front dividing them into three pieces i'm going to dry my hair straight up for the maximum volume i had to scooch down so you guys can see this is a whole workout honestly i can't imagine doing the traditional blowout because this is a workout okay my arms get really tired after a while but anyways um the pain will be worth it okay and i'm just doing the same thing i have been doing honestly it's just like a different angle and you think like slightly different but it's not really that different i'm going to do the same thing with the middle part just blow dry it straight up it will fall really even and nice on both sides once you let it down you kind of get like a really even bend on both sides by blowing your hair up like this [Music] [Music] now for the bangs the show stopper okay the first way to blow dry it is to go under the bangs like we did with the rest of the hair keeping the brush right by my forehead and making sure that the hair is blowing straight forward while you roll so that they don't blow out like too much to the right or left i hope you guys understand what i'm talking about you want to keep it in the middle uh for it to be even on both sides the higher you go with a brush the more volume you are going to get by the roots and the lower down the more volume you are going to get on the bottom of your bangs i'm just keeping it somewhere in the middle okay we're staying neutral today nothing too crazy now once you're done with that you want to separate them and kind of like form them with your fingers and just blend it in with the rest of your hair as you can see you get like a bouncy curtain bang look and it's really really pretty now i'm wetting my bangs for the second look instead of placing the brush under like i did before i'm putting it over the piece of hair like this and i'm going to be working straight upwards just like i did with the whole mohawk section really for this one you don't want to have it by your forehead because it will give you like a really flat and weird look like this i actually did it for you guys so just work upwards [Music] and now instead of having like the bouncy look at the roots you have bangs that kind of like go in a little bit and really forming your face and your forehead really it is super cute as well some might not even like know the difference or see the difference but i see a huge difference i feel like they're totally different vibes and i'm here for both of them it's just depending on the day really i hope this video helped you out if you finally decided to purchase one of these i know i waited a long time before buying it because i thought it was a scam and when i finally bought it it was a little bit tricky at first so it took me a couple of tries before i kind of like nailed my way of doing this so hopefully i can bring you some clarity and help you achieve this on the first try with that said that was all i had for today i hope you have a lovely lovely day and i will see you in my next one bye guys
