EAFC 24 WEB APP ERROR (EA ACCOUNT DOESN'T HAVE A FUT 24 CLUB)

welcome back to the channel and if you've clicked on this video with this era it's not the best news so of course we have the eafc 24 web app companion and if you've had the game before you should have loaded in OK if you tried to load it now and you're hit with this error and you played the pry fever you might be in luck however if you have not actually played the previous FIFA on this account you probably will just be stuck with this so you get the error getting started it looks like your EA account doesn't have a football Ultimate Team at Club 24 before we keep going you must make sure you're logged into the right account in order to use the fc24 companion or web app you need to create an ultimate team 24 Club on your console or PC so you need to log in to this account on your console and then it will let you use the web app so of course the game is now yet we just have the web app so if you've never had a Ultimate Team account or this is brand new and you have this era you can't really do much if you're on Xbox you can actually get the game tomorrow through the New Zealand thing if you're on Playstation sadly you will have to wait till Friday of course you can refresh you can clear cache change browsers but that won't really work but if you're on this screen come over to settings Here sign out and try another account again you might have the wrong Origin account linked which I will go through how to check your Origin account afterwards so once you do sign up it will take you back to this screen here when you can't log in with a new Origin account so there's a link down below to see your Origin account here this will of course once you log in with your email address it will have your EA ID again I've had to blur merge this because of course it's my own details but from this link you should be able to see your account there might be another issue with login and you're not receiving that confirmation email so you tried to log into the web app it says you need a email confirmation to sign into your account if you're not receiving one what you can do is on the EA account section here if you go to security then it will load you to a section here where you of course have your password but there's this section called backup codes if you click view backup codes it will send you a message for another code however if you can eventually receive this code again you don't need to put it in right away you will have six backup codes which you can use to log in without needing a further security code again if it's taking a long time or if you already have these backup codes stored you can use one of those to log in but I know it kind of sucks if you have that error and you just have to wait until the game comes out it's really annoying because some accounts that have played last FIFA will still get this error and again there's not much you can do but luckily well my main account is on we don't have starter packs so it's going to be a grind to get some coins but we'll have some videos showing you guys that very very soon stay tuned and I'll see you next time
