come on what's up buddy I wanted you to give me a scouting report give me good news right probably like 5300 they should be a bank [Applause] [Music] so the time is finally here it's our second year going back to Oklahoma and we couldn't be more excited we came out here last year and I had a phenomenal time with these guys made a nice video everybody seemed to like it and we just we knew right then that we were we would definitely be coming back all my life I've been hunting you know whether it's ducks deer turkey whatever I've never really hunted outside of North Carolina I got an opportunity to come with these boys of Oklahoma that is by far the coolest thing I've ever done as far as a hunting trip yeah I'm just excited to be here and I hope it's you know hope it's like last year but one who's saying it's gonna be pretty good so I'm excited to see how it goes you know well you know we've been planning this hunt for a while now and just we really wasn't finding the birds that we thought we'd find had a couple backup plans in mind and I sent one of my buddies Cody to go check out a spot that I had in mind and he ended up calling me back about an hour later and said man I think it's gonna be worth it and so we got together and we went down there and scouted it and there was a few hundred Birds on it probably 300 Birds on it we sat and watched it went back ended up calling getting them because we really thought about pulling the plug but we knew once we we would that it would you know sure enough to be a good hunt and they would miss out so we ended up sticking with it and called him and said we found a few hundred we ended up going back scouting it the evening before we hunted it getting in was with us and there was 300 350 birds on it probably an hour before dark before shooting a lot was up and within 20 minutes after us be in there they were just piling in by the 20s and we knew we made the right choice let's go oh man haven't went for this all year I'm so excited I cannot wait till this gets done but I am cold [Music] perfect sums it up got a six mile an hour east wind the Sun to our back all like birds are roosting to the west should hop right over the treeline just on the sandbar should hop right off of it come eat face [Music] [Music] why didn't you have to raise up [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] they talked it up talked it up talked it up and I believed them I was excited I'm stoked to come and when that first group of birds came in it got real real quick that was the moment I realized these boys weren't joking about a bit they were telling me they were talking about how they were gonna they want to top last year you know make it all better and like so far you know like I'm I'm excited to be here I'm just to hang out with the guys of nothing else you know there's there's not another group of guys in the world that I could ever imagine having a more fun and good experience with than Cody and the boys out here in Oklahoma the people that were hunting with you couldn't ask for a better group of people to come you know halfway across the country and meet people have the same passion we do the same thing we do and joke around have a good time that that's what makes it hunt in just a matter of a year we've turned into more than just friends they're like family we hope that this can just be an annual thing to come out here and hang out with our Oklahoma family
