here um I think this is like a live performance though um I've never heard of the band apparently they're like a jazz fusion like more modern band and I'm with it like um totally went down the jazz went on for like 2 and a half [Music] minutes oh [Music] he's so precise bro the drummer oh my God he's so [Music] good [Music] the finish strong let's [Music] [Applause] go dude that was sick that really was they killed that yeah that solo was amazing wow thank you for bringing them to my attention Barry I'd never heard of them that was fantastic this proves to me that jazz fusion is Alive and Well to this day that's awesome man yeah that was great well yeah thank you for that request dude there's a lot of musicians so Michael league is the bass guitarist he was the guy in the I think the main focus of like the video I think he was that was him right uh Bob Reynolds and the Sachs like I can't name all these people um but let me find the drummer lell Lewis oh my God that boy got some soul in him I mean good Lord just his technique and just how his stick placement was and how like lightly he could touch and now like how hard he hit too his Dynamics like that boy oh my God like I I wish I could sit down and learn some stuff from him dude because like the way that he plays uh it's so it's Jazzy but it's also got like a little bit of like metal to it almost at the same time the way he was playing and uh just kind of like it it the way uh the intensity in which he played at some points was fantastic um like he was Dripping and swep by the end and obviously like that was a workout and he had another drummer too I think and there was the a guy on like the Congress or something but man that was mostly him all on the percussion and he [ __ ] nailed it that was that was delicious I I cannot wait to go and edit this video so I can watch him and his movements again cuz like just the way he would reach for like the crash or something man it just oo I don't know man just that's that drummer porn [ __ ] right there that was great uh but yeah Michael uh a league on the bass the bass is fantastic and steady throughout uh it was definitely I felt like almost like the through line was the bass and the drums even though like that keep board solo was in the middle there which was fantastic what was his name does he have a name on here oh Bill Lawrence I'm guessing that was him maybe or Corey Henry see I don't have pictures it doesn't tell me there's just so many there's like like there's like 20 names there so I'm going to leave the names alone but that was fantastic um just like I said it proves to me that Fusion's alive and well man like the improvisation uh the the skill the dedication you could tell it was all there and like it's a discipline genre like I've definitely come to know that you have to be disciplined and you have to know your [ __ ] it's something that you would have to just be naturally gifted and practice at like and it's not going to come easy and uh there's just so much different different stylings of jazz and like what you can do with it and like I'm just new to it you know what I'm saying like I'm not really familiar with it until uh you know this channel in the past few months and um I've learned so much like seriously just by watching and listening uh to all the these amazing bands like I've learned so much and I can't wait till I get my kit back and get everything back together so I can actually play again and it it's like like I said someone the one of the comments it's like an itch that you can't scratch and it's it's been really itching me lately because uh there's been so much good music and it just inspires me to go play dude and I just it sucks it really does um but yeah if you guys have any more tracks by snarky Puppy please leave it below I will definitely check it out I saw that they have a few different albums on there and uh I will definitely check out more because cuz I'm totally into the fusion [ __ ] like it's just so groovy and so good and it's like prag metal like you can kind of just do whatever with it you know like as long as you have imagination and creativity you can do anything with these genres especially Prague and Progressive genres and fusions stuff like that you can do anything like and it's the sky the limit and you can probably shoot past it too if you're lucky so you never know so yeah leave it down below if there's any other tracks by them I should check out I would really appreciate it um I don't think that was I don't think anything else I love the video too by the way the way it was shot it was awesome um just how the way they were circled and just had the the audience like in the middle and on the outside and just all the musicians just lined up in there doing their thing it was awesome I bet being at that concert or performance whatever it was whatever you want to call it I bet that was a treat and everyone's got their headphones on I when I first noticed that I was like wait what and I was like oh [ __ ] that's really cool I actually never seen nothing like that before so that was really awesome uh I think that's it if you guys
