we get a chance to have our own caseload and and also work alongside other detectives and other units and within the Sheriff's Office said the backseat passenger is reaching all over the place I was trying to stop the vehicle [Music] are there stop ringing good job boys get a copy of it I have to get my social security team okay do you have a driver's license yes you have a valid driver's license you have anything with any kind of ID no I didn't bring I know my number though it's our I know my driver's license number [Music] I had to go get a new purse to it because my wallet got stolen I had to go get a new birth certificate and social security card and in order to get an ID I have to get okay what state is your ID from I'll put the light from way back there way back there why did you keep driving all the way i honest to god there were several places you could've pulled over you didn't see him I understand that I didn't know I didn't I own the sky I didn't I didn't see until he said there's a cop is there anything in there about it I just went to the doctor and all my prescriptions oh no no nothing that ain't closed we just conducted shops up on this vehicle for a traffic infraction and the driver gave us consent to search the vehicle so we are in the midst of searching this vehicle right now for any narcotics anything illegal the female driver gave me permission to look through a person says she has no form of identification on her whatsoever so much just check her purse for any kind of idea I try to pull her over back there a few blocks away put the lights on or even hit the siren and took her quite a ways to stop they were all looking behind I'm looking at the lights the rear seat passenger was reaching around a lot people reach around in a vehicle like that turn around looking at see the cops are behind and we usually trying to hide something or conceal something that's what we're looking for any kind of illegal contraband [Music] nice and what they're doing is they're crushing down pills now heat it up melting it they'll melt these uh their pills down get them with the needles and inject them I also found needles and this bag right here in this pocket possession the notion of control substance without prescription what kind of control it was a xanax XANA yeah just failures failure to appear contempt and then I was for aggravated battery but it got dropped either way the battery on me it was my ex-boyfriend yeah but then but the state dropped the charge anything else how about you sir the operation on our name [Music] yeah anything yeah anything else yeah yeah I've been arrested for petty thefts and I had a grand theft auto couple years work for beside grant that anything else that's it I believe [Music] [Applause] I [Music] you have anything here shoes or anything huh step back she's gonna get hooked I'm a hooker right now she's got a suspended license okay okay and he's going for a 180 right right and the white pill is methadone owes me a favor though in his wallet in the back hands together like officer I swear thank you right now you're under arrest for driving with a suspended license there was some pills loose and your wallet and in your hat you have a prescription for either of those yes which one dr. found in the car do you know of anything that would that would we would have found in the car that'll be yours what the needles form out of the cab County for possession of firearm carry concealed weapon and obstruction of officers also he's on felony probation he has a probation violation for a bunch of traffic charges plus he has a misdemeanor bench warrant for once again driving and obstructing the officers as soon as we know he's there at the house we're gonna go ahead and pull up and hit the house just so you guys know if something happens in the house we're not coming out so if he tries to run he's y'alls we're not coming out of the house all right unless you hear us yell we need help stay outside discover the freights so apparently were pretty confident the guys in there we've watched a couple of drug transactions taking place at the house and so based on that we're believing that he's up inside the residence there's a male that's coming to the door but we can't ID him a hundred percent so we're just going to go ahead and hit this place when to the right I got the winner the right I got the winner with the right right go bar need the bar stay right there put get inside and this is what we find so our suspicions turned out to be great thoughts I try to stand up no related deaths so what we're trying to do now is target these pain management clinics and see if we can put a stop to the selling and distribution of pills we have several undercover detectives that will be at these pain management clinics trying to purchase pills from the clients we're gonna leave this pain clinic over here we're gonna head right down the street there's another one a lot of these pain clinics are all in the same area whenever other units you just observe a transaction between two people at this pain clinic right now we're just hanging out waiting for the undercover to come in to call the person that's going to deliver the the medications to him they supposed to do the deal somewhere but southwest corner of this parking lot once the deal goes down they're gonna give a bus signal then we're gonna go and try to make contact with the UC as well as the bad guy then removed this pill bottle from his pocket and I asked him I said are they all there he said yeah all 120 of them are there he then gave me the pills to that times when I gave him moving signals I was counting the money and he's kept me waiting that he knew that the other person said yeah I'm straight they're good they're all there so this he was unknown to you prior he was he was his deal yes he was unknown to me it was supposed to be the other individual was supposed to be born to drive he was with the guy but I've never met him never talked to him he was never discussed during the deal anybody else who had made the negotiations with the other one we made the negotiations with the other individuals so we got two for the price level yes sir good job to fix listen to me okay I'm the one that you sold pills to last time okay okay well I do I know you okay and I need to know if you want to be cooperative okay because each charge is a minimum mandatory sentence of three years in prison okay so that's a total of six years in prison that you're looking at right now okay the only way to get out of that is to talk and be cooperative okay I'm giving you an opportunity to be talkative as cooperative okay also I have charges on your daughter to Susan got involved in the deal last time so right now I can go put a warrant out for her and go arrest her too okay but it depends on how you guys want to handle this cousin how I handle talk it's you stand up loser [Music] and any tasting we all make mistakes okay it's not the end of your life all right did a stupid mistake gonna have to go to jail for this okay all right have a seat just found this in his vehicle just a receipt for all three of his prescription medication that you've just bought today so he just got all these scripts filled parva coming up here so he sold you the entire prescription yeah he got the prescription of oxycodone which he solved it the whole description made mention over the phone about the xanax which is this year he's got a full script as they announced on fact he's got another strip here that we're gonna talk about this will we've been working on with this pill task force targeting these people that go and get their prescriptions and then they go and they immediately sell them afterwards and today
