like share and subscribe today I give you  a video about an artist that at one point   used to be a hero to me through his deep and  emotional impactful lyrics to his Appeal on   fans of all Races and ethnicities Draco  was an artist that taught me how to feel   or at least communicate emotion but today  I view him as a product of his time who's   grown complacent in his position at the  top of not only hip-hop but the entirety   of mainstream music and a man who's lost his  grasp with reality hey refuse to be forgotten   hey hey hey I took a chance with my heart hey  hey hey and I feel it taking over I better find do you feel like you are successful yes I do I always want more AR  Dr Graham known simply is Dr is a Canadian   rapper singer and songwriter Dr Rose to Fame in  the early 2010s and has since become the most   successful artist of all time you've already  won if you have people who are singing your   songs word for word if you're a hero in your  hometown if look look if there's people who   have regular jobs who are coming out in the rain  in the snow spending their harder money to buy   tickets to come to your shows you don't need  this right here I promise you you already won   being known for his introspective and  emotional lyrics which often focused on   themes of love relationships and personal growth  his unique blend of hip-hop and R&B has captivated   audiences worldwide and he has broken numerous  recording records from being named the artist of   the 2010's decade to Breaking single day streaming  records to being one of the highest sling artists   of all time through his music and Persona Dr  has inspired a generation of young people to   embrace their emotion and to be vulnerable love  him or hate him Drake is an undeniable force in   pop culture and his influence will be felt  for years to come do you feel like you are successful yes I do I always want more  um I'm for some reason like ready to go   back and start working on new music um  tonight even though everyone around me   needs this came out like last week everyone  around me needs a breather for sure but um   but dude you said you wanted to have $25 million  by the time you're 25 you did that now you say you   want 250 million by the time you're 29 I mean  this is given the modest way you grew up what   does money mean to you well I think less than the  dollar value it's just more about um the idea of   growth and business business mindset to you know  25 million um at the time seemed crazy crazy to   me but when you start becoming a headlining  touring act and you know Brands want to get   involved with you and you can go do private events  and whatnot it's you know you're capable of making   it and now I want to you know for sure obviously  keep touring keep making music but now I see that   there's other ways um you know as far as like you  know this Global Ambassador thing as far as maybe   starting I want to invent something I want to I  want to start a I want to start a company I want   to do something that has maybe nothing to do with  music why do you care so much about success have   you figured that out I'm just addicted to it  I just um I think that I've sacrificed so much   for it already and dedicated so much of my time  that um I have to push it as far as I possibly can and I just found myself saying things that  like one seemed really out of character just cuz   I was like deeply invested in the situation  and getting very angry um and saying things   that I I don't know if in two years I'd want to  hear myself say Drake being the king of hip-hop   has experienced a significant downfall in recent  years despite his continued Commercial Success his   reputation and artistic credibility have taken a  massive hit over the years one factor contributing   to his downfall is his increased Reliance on  ghost riders media and betraying his so-called   friends after being outed for using ghost tridal  on several tracks dr's credibility as a rapper and   songwriter have been called into question then  after being outed as an absent father who would   use his child as brand endorsement his character  has been called into further questions that was   that true that you wanted to reveal the child  with Adidas campaign and things like that I   wasn't r i i i i had a i at the time I was working  with Adidas and we were toying with the idea of   a name being the playoff of a name uh off of my  son's name I wasn't revealing my son with Adidas   like I wasn't going to have my son like um but  yeah no I was just um you know to be honest with   you uh I actually did a DNA test for my son  and um and they came back to us and they said   that the DNA test got ruined in transit um and  that they couldn't be 100% sure that that was my   son or not um so I was in a really weird pending  situation where I didn't want to go tell the world   um that that was my son despite being exposed in  every beef he enters into he doesn't really face   any form of decline whether it be his beef with  common exposing his obsessive behavior for women   or the meek meal beef and the ghost riding  allegations push and his son all the way to   Kendrick expanding of those points 10 times over  the biggest contribution to Drake's downfall is   Drake himself uh recently was the you and Drake  kind of went back and forth oh yeah but when you   look at that you know that situation now what's  your take on it I mean I think that was uh for   me I think it was an emotional thing like meaning  I was feeling like it at that time I think it was   the Drake Serena situation I didn't't know what  was going on with that why would you mention my   fiance wow like I you know no women no children  what's what's up like what we doing you know   what I'm saying but you know I I looked at it  I was just like you know um it made me it made   me sort of dive in to like oh wait a minute who  am I like really really dealing with here like   like I say I get up here first thing you ask me  about is the back and forths I'm like yeah man   it's competitive blah blah blah you know cool you  mentioned my fiance you put a name in this song   like bro she don't even listen to rap like what  you talking about right now what do we what are   we doing he also name drops his wife Whitney with  this line that references Whitney Houston's The Bodyguard without the impact of Drake T pay and  Kanye every rapper sings and every single raps   without him hip-hop wouldn't be as mainstream  or as universally accepted as it is but Drake's   music since 2016 has been formulaic existing  in only three Realms of thought money wom and   competition Drake isn't the first rapper to be  Bland and generic but he has encouraged it within   mainstream hip-hop Drake today only experiments  for the sake of numbers and Mass Appeal Drake Zen   experimented to lay out his heart through timeless  music [Music] as much as Drake is being exposed   for being a shady character not just in music  but behind the scenes I doubt he'll ever really   fall off or lose any cultural relevance he'll be  remembered in the leagues of R Kelly or people   will just forget what he has done and still be  seen as the biggest artist of Our Generation   regardless Drake to me is industry made there's  too much of a machine keeping him at the top   Drake was made to numb the masses who only use  music to vibe to or add to workout playlists my   problem with Drake is the same problem I have with  popular music in its entirety he's so in offensive   that you can Nei love him or hate him he doesn't  spark any thought within the listener or for a   bitter lack of terms pacifies them worst of all  he claims to be the greatest rapper of all time
