another lovely day eh with the rain like as long as it's hitting you you're gonna get hydrated so it's a bonus gee whiz come on what's this all about imagine two servants with a beast alanine jet would have been like obviously jack has this thing about trying different pre-workouts right just you know with every delivery of whatever he gets supplement-wise he just gets like special pre-workouts and um he just nearly had a sachet but didn't realize there was two servants in it and he would have had 700 milligrams of caffeine my spaghetti senses tell me this is gonna get tasty baby it's enough to explode supplement people put the small print bigger 700 milligrams i'll be flying to the moon on 700 milligrams so choose [Music] so it's tuesday that means it's pump day obviously everyone got the memo about the the vest apart from josh [Music] all right so we're mixing a bit of the strength program today with a bit of the just normal crossfit program we ain't got long so that's i've kind of made it so it's like two a time so we're gonna do ten down to one strip pull-ups strict handstand push-ups so i'm gonna rest five minutes and a ten minute iman five ring muscle-ups so you're gonna fatigue a little bit with the pull and the push and then we're gonna hold on to some ring muscle upset bring muscle ups just i haven't done them in so long since you know through lockdown and stuff so they just feel a bit rusty so we'll just yeah it's gonna be fun then we've got some more pump stuff [Music] look in the car it doesn't even look that green on here that's a shame well it tastes like vodka vodka vodka vodka we're on something even i'm gonna try the first bit today i'm just gonna have to use the band and some fun tiny tiny tiny sticks everybody on [Music] wow [Music] [Music] down [Music] [Music] i think it was eight minutes four quickly went to singles on those chester bar very quickly [Applause] [Music] oh [Music] now feels feels rusty but feels quite good way harder than it used to be but we'll get it back had to miss one minute which was annoying so like a couple years ago i would have done that can't do it now but happy we're happy with where that is from the time not doing them it's just the conditioning of the movement all right team tuesday today was a good solid pump session we kind of went off programming a little bit and i'm going to be honest with you last couple of weeks of training have been incredible but like i just when i got going in today's session i just couldn't get the engine firing that makes sense you know like i kind of got going and then i hit a point where i was just like there's supposed to be a workout at the end a couple of them and i was just like if i do these now i'm literally going to hit them at like 30 and i'm not going to get anything out of them i might as well do something that i can kind of sustain and get something out of one of those things you know sometimes people look at programs and like i have to do everything on the pro but also you have to understand your own body and i've been doing this now for well crossfit specifically for like five six years don't know exactly and training pretty much my whole life and i know when my body is not firing on all cylinders and that that was today so instead we did an awesome pump session and then we finished off with something that like i took from tia claire to me and shane good old shane or when we were in south africa training with them that they do for like an accessory workout every so often and it's it's a great pump but it's also great for capacity within movements and it looks simple and it only involves a barbell but it's terrible and one i want to come on and kind of dedicate this vlog to to say like if you just want to do something pretty fun but tough with a partner or just by yourself at home give this a bash low impact high burn what it is is 100 reps of each movement but how you do them is you do them 20 reps at a time you go i go or if you do it by yourself you'll do 20 reps you'll rest the time it took you to do those 20 reps and then pick the bar back up and do the next 20 reps until you complete 100 reps or if you do it with a partner you do 20 reps they do 20 reps you do 20 they do 20 until you both done 100 each do not put the barbell on the floor is the only rule what we did it with was with bicep curls shoulder press bent over row and skull crushers and you know the first couple of sets they feel great you know you're like oh okay yeah this is all right and then by about middle of set three you'll be like all right or if you're really fit maybe middle of step four step five will definitely get you and it's fun to do with accessory movements you know the weight isn't heavy the reps aren't crazy but you know especially when it's in the off season a lot of the time you'll do a decent amount of bodybuilding but you'll also do a lot of heavy lifts so it's nice to counteract those heavy lifts and compound lifts with a good load of accessories that you can kind of do in a fun partner way see i just wanted to highlight it and uh if you do give this a go with
