[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] oh oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] from the sound to the looks uh it's stance and and colors the wheels I don't know it just it all sort of came [Music] together I mean serial 9 was involved from the very beginning of this project they make sure the fitment is perfect and um they were instrumental in this build we did full bolt on modifications on the car so basically everything you can do to the GTR we did except touch the [Music] turbos we did uh intakes exhaust uh army tricks full exhaust from the down pipes midpipe all the way to the back controllable through remote I can run it as a straight pipe with a touch of a button it's [Music] beautiful even though people will see the car and then love the car in the exterior when I open the hood and when I open the trunk and show them the the audio in the back people just get blown away again ax is actually one of the coolest features of this car we did a stealth install behind the driver's seat and having the adjustable suspension and the remote control it's one of the best things I love about this car to describe Liberty Walk in North America we equate it with the body kits and The Styling right but in the greater sense they are out to sort of revolutionize the world with their style so when someone buys these kits they're taking a chance they're taking a chance because they're cutting into their you know half million doll cars they're taking a chance because they're they're putting on a kit that may be outrageous to some I would um always I guess think of of doing the Liberty Walk kit and when I finally did that's when um I connected with K Facebook Facebook [Music] this gentleman I mean he's created something that transcends like a few generations of car lovers and uh to me he's he's a very important individual in the whole history of of automobiles and that's why I was excited that he actually responded to me and and and recognized and was excited about the [Music] build for [Music] [Music] [Music] when I saw Kato and the rest of the Liberty Walk crew brought their Liberty Walk vehicles to SEMA and the roll out and the the exhaust and the revving and I thought oh my goodness man this is definitely something special [Applause] [Music] I was able to um to get to SEMA on the media day and um I uh I rushed from the airport basically to to the to the outdoor Booth the dub Booth meeting KO for the first time was was phenomenal I actually crept up on him and I had a big box of shirts that I had designed for the uh for the whole Liberty Walk crew and when I saw them it was fantastic they were like a big family and and I felt like they welcomed me as a family member he was very excited to see the car for the first time even though there was a language barrier there was definitely a common understanding between us seeing the car alive actually is is where it's at I mean you you get to really appreciate the car and the curves and and the kit when it's live right in front of you when he was able to see that I think I think it validated his thoughts on the car I could tell that he really enjoyed it [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] to how would I describe Kat wataru when he was a Youngster he would do modifications to his cars and create these like you know Ken Mar Sky lines and shakotan if you will and um and you know work on them all day and then and drive them around all night sort of thing he's kind of like kind like the Walt Disney of cars you know he's like he's like someone who had a vision and want to share it with the world okay [Music] when the Jeep crashed into the 458 his reaction was okay you know make sure everyone's safe and and you know we check the car literally his his reaction to that was you know Bonsai you know like like this is nothing you know this is nothing let's move on let's let the show go on a true artist that's their attitude I think you know the show must go on still got to do this Liberty Walk me you on [Music] you know that Kary uh I'm so glad he brought that to the United States I believe it's one of his favorite cars and this is a guy who owns millions of dollars worth of cars and it just is a statement to this gentleman who really hearkens back to the pure roots of his love for vehicles [Music] when you can take your your favorite car or the car that you love and share it with the world I mean that's a beautiful beautiful [Music] thing you know when I'm at shows folks will ask me you know can I sit in your car can I I do this and maybe after the 100th person I say no but but I'm pretty eager to let especially the little kids you know go in there cuz I was that kid once you know when I was when I was younger he was on the other side of the Rope you know looking at cars at the car shows and dreaming about you know what car would I own one day that's the kind of vibe that KO gives to the world even for you know older guys like me he still lets us dream and and and build these these toys if you will these these dream cars spe [Music] [Music] I truly enjoy the car if even if I didn't have a single person like it I would enjoy it because it's what I wanted to do and it's what I wanted to build it is truly a global thing though like there are people from all over the world that have that have chirped in chimed in and said hey you know we love the car and we're watching you Wai need to see what's next you know what's next is is great great things I've purchased a Ferrari 458 and um already bought the Liberty Walk kit for that I think the uh the Jeep crash inspired me I have to make one that's uh that's Jeep proof maybe or something like that but uh I'll um I'll be building a 458 Liberty Walk a very special edition you know a wonderful sort of example um paying honor to Liberty walk once again [Music] w [Music] [Music] [Music]
