so isaiah chapter 28 we are trusting god that um this year 2021 there's going to be uh an increase in the momentum of the move of god in this place um and we are already sensing uh great things that the lord is doing uh one more time i really want to appreciate uh anthony and claudia and um i want to say that my wife and i together with the apostolic house we believe in what are you doing here and we are part of what is going on in this place now let me read this scripture and then i'm going to share with you uh what we are going to share today isaiah 28 from verse 5 in that day the lord of hosts will be a crown [Music] or for a crown of glory and a him of beauty to the remnant of his people now i want you to take note of every word that we are going to read here please take note of these words so let me repeat again in that day which is this day the lord of hosts will be for a crown of glory and added them of beauty to the remnant of his people verse 6. for spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment and for strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate but they also have held through wine and through intoxicating drink and are out of the way the priest and the prophet have heard through intoxicating drink they are swallowed up by wine they are out of the way through intoxicating drink they air in vision they stumble in judgment for all tables are full of vomit and filth no place is clean whom will he teach knowledge and whom will he make to understand the message those just wind from milk those just drawn from the breasts for precept must be upon precept precept upon precept lying upon line line upon line here a little and there a little for with stammering lips and another tongue he will speak to these people to whom he said vast of this is the rest with which you may cause the weary to rest and this is the refreshing yet they will not here but the word of the lord was to them precept upon precept precept upon precept line upon line line upon line here a little there a little that they might go and fall backward and be broken and snared and caught now if we have the king james version the authorized version i want us to read again verse nine uh the authorized version verse nine if we have it uh i think that will be good do we have it okay we don't have it so i'm reading from the new king james version now the old king james version puts it this way i will not quote it accurately but i'm just going to show you a word there he says whom will he teach knowledge and to whom will he make to understand doctrine doctrine now my version here says message i think other versions uses a word teaching but the old english uses the word doctrine whom will he make to understand doctrine then he says those just wind from milk you can see we we have it but it's a different chapter okay those wind from milk those drawn from the breast verse 9 okay so this is good so can we read uh on the screen let's read only that verse one to go so you see there there are two questions asked and then the answer is given in two ways okay whom shall he teach knowledge that's a question and whom shall he make to understand doctrine that's another question so there is knowledge and there is doctrine then he answers he says those just wind from milk but then he qualifies that because you know when you say milk you can mean many things you can mean cow milk caramel milk there are different kinds of milk but then he says it is milk from the mother's breast in other words the person that will understand knowledge and doctrine is someone who has been winned from the mother's milk praise god now i want to talk about the topic of what i'm going to share and i want to ask you to write it down is doctrine activating a move of god doctrine that is a word doctrine and then my intention is to show you how doctrine activates a move of god now today because i want to speak just for one hour you will allow me to rely heavily on my notes okay i'll rely heavily on my notes and i want to ask you so that you also try to avoid sleeping or dozing off to write down you know when you write you will be helping yourself cindy because i want to be very systematic today and to teach you things that are going to be of great help to you so doctrine activating a move of god before i begin i also want to say that what i'm going to be sharing today is what we may call strong meat so you need to pay very keen attention and to follow very keenly because i will move quite fast but these things honestly it may take a whole conference or two to break it down completely so i'm giving you something that you can get in a full conference in 45 minutes that's a heavy dose all right so i think after this you will need to take a lot of water so that you can dilute the the dose all right so are you ready now there are certain things that activates a move of god i'll mention a few of them number one is preaching the message of christ preaching and teaching christ that is opposed to preaching other things but concentrating on christ because when we preach christ then jesus christ becomes the center of our lives and the center of our focus and that is very key in activating a move of god the second thing that activates a move of god is brokenness and humility when people come to levels of brokenness in their lives it activates a move of god the third one which is very important is consecration consecration when we consecrate ours ourselves not just leaders but the leaders and the church and one of the things or the two things that are going to be very key in consecration is coming back to the ministry of the word and prayer and that's the principle the early church used in acts chapter six when the apostles said we will give ourselves to the ministry of the world and to prayers and we are not going to to serve tables in other words trying to solve all the problems in the church fourthly is what we also call personal and corporate persistent prayers prayer is very important in activating a move of god and that is why as a church this uh 40 days we are consecrating to fast and to pray corporately and i believe also personally you are taking time to pray because this will activate a move of god but then fifthly is what i am talking about doctrine and i'm going to qualify myself why i believe doctrine is going to activate a move of god now there is a problem here pastor t because when you use the word doctrine people don't like it especially spiritual people because we are coming from religious organizations and denominations that thought doctrine and that word doctrine was used so much even to oppose the gifts of the holy spirit you know you'll stand in church and begin to pray loudly and then an elder of the church will come to you and say you're praying lively and that is not our doctrine so people began to fear doctrine because of the way it was brought out but i want you to know that doctrine is a biblical word and it is so important for the church so that we can see a move of god so if we are to understand doctrine the way we should understand then it must be explained so that we are able to get it now i will give you this statement and i want you to write down we'll come back to it as we continue doctrine is the number one key that secures the destiny of a generation a generation will go the way their doctrine goes and if we don't go back and begin to concentrate on doctrine i am sad to say we may lose a generation fire is important but fire alone if it is not married with doctrine may cause people to implode now what is fire excitement passion evangelism you know and and and the life that you know i've i'm enjoying here you know this is the fire this is fire and we need that fire praise god but now if we are to lay hold of destiny ladies and gentlemen we need to marry that fire with what doctrine now so doctrine secures a generation and i want you to help me to convince your neighbor look at them and tell them doctrine secures a generation if they don't they didn't seem convinced tell the other person tell the other person doctrine secure us a generation i've been preaching for many years actually last year november i was celebrating 30 years of full-time ministry and most of them have been a pastor you may not appreciate what i have said now but we are here for a long time in the next 10 years you'll come back to me and say pastor now i understand what you are telling me better and the more older you get in the kingdom of god the more you'll appreciate this praise god the more you'll appreciate this so it will secure our destiny now what is doctrine i'm going to explain it in few words doctrine is simply a teaching it is teaching teaching it is teaching but it is more than teaching it is teaching that lays out the whole council of god it is teaching that lays out the whole council of god because you see you can teach anything you can teach uh many things but then doctrine is that teaching that lays out the whole counsel of god now it is opposed to this kind of teachings number one motivational teaching motivational teaching or preaching and we are coming from a reason past where most of the teachings most of the preaching were motivational motivational teachings motivational preachings go like this it doesn't matter where you are god is coming now we are not saying there is no place for that there is a place for that there is a place for that but that is not doctrine motivational preaching and teaching focuses on encouragement and nothing else encouragement and nothing else and that's why it is very appealing because it encourages the people sometimes you come to church and you're feeling so down what you need is just a word to lift you up but now that is motivational teaching or motivational preaching and many books many celebrity preachers who are well known globally right now have reason up into the global stage through motivation of preaching or teaching people like td jacks people like joyce meyer people like creflo dollar you can mention the miles monroe but of course mice monroe was a bit more of something else which i'm going to explain but most of them have risen up through motivational preaching and we have we have a generation right now mr t that their understanding of ministry and the word of god is primarily based on motivational preaching and teaching if you bring another dimension of ministry they they don't appreciate because this is what they are known they have known praise god who is a preacher td jx that's a picture now so and i want you to get this we are not saying we should not listen to them they have nothing to add no but you are saying that's a dimension of ministry but we need to go beyond that now the second um kind of teaching and preaching which is not doctrine but it is it is uh it is common it is what we call educational preaching or teaching that's why now people like miles monroe come most the ministry of miles monroe has compared also to other few people that i know was primarily educational preaching or teaching now this is a kind of ministry where you are taught about things to do with life you know purpose destiny how to be a good wife seven keys to financial breakthrough how many of you know those kind of preachings seven keys to distinction distinction and as i describe these things you begin it begins to make sense because this is what i have been exposed to now it is important it has its place it will not stop but that is not doctrine that is educational teaching and preaching it educates you so that you can know how to handle money you can know how to handle your wife you can know how to handle your husband you can you can be able to know how to get to where god is taking you it is educational but then there is a third kind of preaching and teaching which to me i love dearly this is my we call it forte this is my this is my age for me personally is what we call prophetic preaching or teaching prophetic teaching and preaching it is where you get a word of god for a people like this you release you receive something and then as a preacher because a preacher gives receive seed from god you take that seed you dwell on it you pray about it and then you produce bread out of it right but then it is it is situational it is contextual you are speaking to a particular audience a prophetic word through preaching or through teaching and most of my ministry pastor t i can tell you most of my preaching is prophetic teaching i just receive something and then i teach it there's another person who will receive and they preach in other words preaching is proclaiming teaching is explaining okay so that is prophetic teaching or preaching but all these three they are not doctrine it's not doctrine and what god is doing right now he's raising ministers men and women of god who will rise above motivational preaching above educational kind of ministry above just prophetic expressions to doctrine because it is doctrine that secures a generation and the move of god that we are going to see is going to have different expression but i can tell you this because i have heard from god i've heard from god that the move of god that is going to be in the front line will have a lot to do with doctrine will have a lot to do with doctrine now the challenge of doctrine is this you must develop an appetite for it because now it is getting to the world and bringing the whole council of god so that people will know a subject matter from the book of genesis to revelation so the man or the woman of god must be thoroughly educated in the world so that when they stand to speak they don't just pick their ideas they don't speak what they heard another person speak but they have the scriptural basis and they allow the bible to explain itself not us explaining the bible let me come again doctrine is not the preacher explaining the bible based on their opinion based on what they see but they allow the bible to explain itself for example you get a scripture and you bring that scripture but instead of spending all the time explaining what the scriptures say show us at least five more scripture scriptures that explain what that scripture says now that's doctrine so it's going to be going from one scripture to another scripture so that you can bring out the whole council of god and when we step into that level servants of god it is when we are going to be object matter we can handle it even for a whole year just one because the bible is wide so that you go from scripture to scripture but let me tell you these are the kind of ministries that make people to sleep and they fall down we go we resurrect them and then we continue bringing doctrine you know it happened in the days of paul that man was a man of doctrine you know most of us and i think i said this here before most of us the caches we are used to nowadays it is um music kesha you know artists lined up like 20 of them are ones one thing after another the whole night hence people still don't come vocation another question that is a bit it's a bit good is worship kesha we come we sing the whole night but then we know very well there is another question which is very hard we call it preacher where you come the whole night you do what now let me take you to the next level there's another kesha it's called word you come sit down the whole night to hear the word how many of you can endure that very few very few very few if you are to endure that kind of occasion you need an appetite for the world where everything in your fiber longs for the word of god long for the word of god i've already seen time is up then the things that we want to share today and that's what apostle paul did he he went to the church he gathered all of them the way we are gathered and the bible says they came they sat down they sat down they sat down and he began to teach them up to daybreak and one of them was sitting in a window a young man was sitting in a window of course you can guess why he was sitting there because but then he slept but apostle paul did not even bother to wake him up you sleep but your ears are open let me just continue preaching and then he fell down and when he fell down apostle paul stopped preaching went down because i think it was at the top floor he went down resurrected the boy and interestingly they did not turn that meeting into a revival meeting i mean someone has resurrected someone has resurrected but it does not turn it into a revival meeting why because miracles were commonplace they were commonplace miracles were commonplace so a dead person rising it's not it's not news may god bring us to those days may god bring us those days but then he goes back and he continues to teach them as if nothing happened till they break so why dedication so we need to have an appetite for the word of god i want to submit this is a it's a humble submission uh we are just going to see what is going to happen i feel in my heart the key that will activate the miraculous is when the church goes back to doctrine yeah is when the church goes back to doctrine because god confirms his word not our opinions not our excitement by the way we are not saying those things are bad but it is the issue of what the word when when the world is given the preeminence the holy spirit will always be there glory to god you know there are so many things now they are coming into my mind and i really want to be disciplined to finish this amen so at least you can endure for some few minutes video not a whole night at least few minutes now so that is doctrine but then so doctrine is not motivational teaching it's not educational teaching it's not prophetic teaching but it is what the new testament calls apostolic doctrine that's what now doctrine is referred to in scripture as apostolic doctrine that is much to say about that but then apostolic doctrine is important because at the center of apostolic doctrine is the revelation of jesus christ every preaching that we do every teaching that we do it must boil down to christ i will come back again this is now doctrine every preaching that we do which is the whole council of god must boil down to jesus glory to god it is not ourselves paul says we don't preach ourselves but we preach christ but what kind of preaching do we see nowadays it is the preacher who stands here and throws goodies at us i declare to you it is all about you you you and it even gets worse there are certain preacher who stands it's all about them it's all about them they tell you about them they tell you about them everything is about them them them them i i i me me me me my children my wife everything is about the preacher if they are generous they throw it to you but we need to move from there it is not about you it is not about me it is about christ so that when the preacher stands here of course they will declare things to you of course there are things that will be applied to you but their interest is when you leave that service that you may know christ better oh yes because you will never find yourself until you find yourself in christ i'll come back again you will never find yourself let me give a good example we can we can have marriage seminars and we will have them educational teaching and teach you how to be a good wife and you will write notes but that does not mean you will go and become a good wife the day you'll find yourself as a wife in jesus not the wife of jesus you find yourself in christ you say in christ this is who i need to be as a wife the day that revelation hits your heart you'll become a good wife so we need to reduce time spending on discovering ourselves self-discovery self-discovery is not the key oh i sense a seed of greatness in you my sister you will sense all of that all your life it is not the key it is not the key it is not self-discovery it is finding christ and finding yourself in him and for that to happen ladies and gentlemen we must we must and i know i'm using a very strong word we must go back to doctrine in the worship team for example when doctrine comes at the center of our expression of ministry and life even the songs we see my friend and i have no problem with the songs we sing by the way you guys you sing very well and you know in the apostolic house i love the content of of of of music but let me tell you how many of you agree with me let me be a bit old-fashioned how many of you agree with me no matter how many songs we release there is a place for hymns rock of ages clever for me why is it these songs our songs have a very short lifespan but those songs even your children will sing them is because they were songs of doctrine listen to those songs you you'll think like it is a pastor who is preaching to you because every verse is a scripture and even when you sit down and and this i think is a bit um above us but those of us who are preachers who understand theology if you begin to read those lyrics of those songs i bible school i mean it's theology is doctrine from start to finish many of our songs that we sing and notice we have no problem with the worship team because i've even said the preachings that we preach you see but many of the songs we sing the songwriters their interest is more of experience they want you to experience god it's important but we need to go beyond that we need to understand god you should not just experience because this is the issue of experience is it's connected to feelings so we experience god we whip we go on our knees man the glory of god comes powerful we need that we need that we need that but beyond that we also need to understand god because what will change your life is not an experience only but understanding glory to god so we need to go back to doctrine because doctrine will activate a move of god now let me move first now let's go to isaiah 28 verse 5. you can see uh we are on time we are still in time glory to god if it's warm remove your coat and it will be okay so i want us to focus on isaiah 28 but um let me begin um by showing this verse verse seven and i want us to read out together verse seven isaiah 28 verse seven will begin there isaiah 28 7 i think that is 29 so we can do 28. okay so let's let's read this together let's try one to go through wine through intoxicating aha yes yes they are in vision they stumble in judgment now i will come to verse seven but let's look at verse eight again because i want to tie two things together verse eight now where we read we can read again it says for all tables are full of vomit and filthiness so that there is no place clean then verse he says who shall he teach knowledge and whom shall he make to understand doctrine them that are win from milk and drawn from the breast now if the minister if the ministers if the church is to come back to doctrine we need to be delivered from two things there has to be a deliverance session and this deliverance session is not to remove demons it is not deliverance that takes place through prayer but it is a deliverance that comes because we have grown in understanding okay there are certain deliverances you need in your life because you have under your understanding has grown you know your understanding has grown so this is one kind of deliverance now so the minister or the church the saints need to be delivered from two things number one intoxicating drink intoxicating drink drink that makes you intoxicated inoculation [Music] you see wine is addictive so when you taste it and this is not the holy spirit this is a negative one okay so alcohol is very addictive so when these people came to the table they found wine intoxicating drink then they drank the problem with it is that now because they became intoxicated they did not get the vision clear they aired and the people aired because of intoxicating drink but then he says now god is angry verse 8 he says you people you have filled my table with vomit i want to say this ladies and gentlemen it is unfortunate that we have filled this table of the lord with vomits now i'm being harsh but please allow me many preachings many teachings that goes on in pulpits are vomit a preacher comes opens his mouth wide release words but when you see them in the spirit are his vomits because he is intoxicated and so we open our hearts to receive the ministry and all we receive nimatapico vomits we must be delivered from intoxicating wine and the second thing we must be delivered is from milk so let me dwell there wine and milk so that we can get to doctrine because doctrine is meat okay so i i want you to take note of this especially for those who are writing down three three three you call it them diet or what the three kinds of food there's one intoxicating drink number two milk number three meat so now isaiah is saying you people you must move away from intoxicating drink you must move away from milk so that you can come to meet glory to god which is doctrine now what is intoxicating drink let's use another word juice these are strange doctrines that are in the church strange doctrines that are in the church and all these strange doctrines in the church ladies and gentlemen can be categorized into six kinds of doctrines so please write them down number one we number one is the doctrine of men the doctrine of men now what is the doctrine of men is in the book of matthew chapter 15 verse nine matthew 15 9. now the doctrine of men is what we can call the traditions of men motara and many denominations have their own doctrine okay if you go to full gospel they have their own doctrine when omega if you go to pca they are doctrines of men if you go to anglican they are doctrines of men otherwise traditions that have been embraced so that they can inform our expression of ministry and christianity traditions of men those are doctrines of men that is intoxicating drink that's not the doctrine of christ number two we have the doctrine of pharisees and the doctrine of sadducees now that is in matthew chapter 16 verse 12 and luke chapter 12 verse 1. please let's move a bit fast so just write quickly matthew 16 12 luke 12 1. now the doctrine of the firs pharisees and the doctrine of the sadducees the bible clearly says is hypocrisy but it is hypocrisy that has been informed and empowered by a legalistic spirit that is why where the doctrine of the pharisees is there is sin because it is it is hypocrisy and that hypocrisy is empowered through a legalistic spirit how many of you know when you are told don't do this you will do it if pasta tea paints here with a wet a new paint wet paint and all nowadays the paints don't smell you just paint if people come to the service and this is wet i tell you the truth you will have no problem until the day you will write here wet paint after the service everybody will come is that true everybody will come automatically why what empowers that the law legalism so every time a church a ministry now begins to institutionalize laws don'ts and dues they introduce the doctrine of the pharisees and what will happen is going to be hypocrisy people will dress in a certain manner and i'm not saying dressing is not it's not important it's important by being led by the spirit but when you put now dressing codes according to the law people will dress that way the way you want but in their heart it's like the father who told the boy sit down sit down the boy was not willing to sit down but because the father was threatening him he sat down but in his heart he said attack man he met kitty mini miss mama the heart is standing but the body is sitting down that is legalism legalism is dangerous and one of the things i've learned as a parent we need to be very i'm speaking to parents we need wisdom i have learned that you need wisdom as a parent because as a parent you need to establish laws but you also need to be careful you can establish so much law until you kill the creative abilities that god placed in that child so we need to go beyond the doctrine of pharisees and sadducees which breeds hypocrisy empowered by a legalistic spirit the other intoxicating drink is the doctrine of devils first timothy chapter four verse one two three first timothy four one two three doctrine of devils what is the doctrine of devils mysticism and demonology you know there is so much we can say in these areas but i'm just moving fast to give you the syllabus for the new season glory to god so maybe now we'll have another day we'll come and talk about the doctrine of devils alone so doctrine of devils is mysticism misses him and there is so much of that in the church and it is mysticism coupled with demonology doctrine of devils genie aina saba ambassadors in avon dawah you know if you introduce a message like that this place will be full this place will be full gini saba ambassador feder zarco everybody will come but those are doctrine of devils over emphasize over emphasis of generational curses do you know i discovered something my friends you can preach generational classes and through your preaching you bind you bring people to bondage emphasizing on the devil does not deliver people i know i'm talking to somebody here mysticism what kind of mysticism selling of anointing oil nowadays i hear there is one that is very popular now working with a bakura no don't laugh at this it is serious it is serious and i know i'm speaking to many people and this message will offend some people there is a certain doctrine that is going on right now pastor t that every man of god must have a bakura one of them in in a nation i'll not mention in a major conference thousands of people came with this bakura and lifted up it up and he said everybody pray as you look at this bakura and as you do that you will get your breakthrough if i mention that name you will shake because you know the person he blesses you even he blesses me but that is the doctrine of devils it's mysticism so the men of god are working with bacoras and what they do especially when they are going to do a a transaction a business transaction these are things that are being taught they say you go without bakura and then what they do if it is in a land they just point at the land like this and they believe that bakura when they point at anything it will transfer to them these are our fathers who are doing these things that is intoxicating drink how many of you bought the key to your breakthrough you went to a church and you you were told by the man of god buy a key i know there are people who did that did not tell you personality they can't tell you but the battle has been too hot they go to buy that anointing oil they will not tell anybody by the way let me tell you and i want to help you if you have an anointing oil in your house please do this now i'm not saying oil cooking oil to anoint yourself i'm meaning that special or anointing oil if you have that anointing all in your house please i want to advise you now i'm not saying you have done wrong but there is a better way go home take that anointing oil bring it to the past because in the new testament the anointing oil can only be used by the elders of the church so if things are bad you go with that oil you point on your door bring that oil to the pastor kiku mana ask him pastor you remember that oil i gave you please come with it we need to be delivered from these strange doctrines can you begin to see why these things are important i'm telling you the truth so doctrine of devos mysticism demonology then there is what i call now this one is very sensitive doctrine of balaam revelation chapter 2 verse 14 doctrine of balaam now what is the doctrine of balaam the doctrine of balaam is interesting let me just explain it so that you can really understand how many of you remember balaam in the bible old testament [Music] now this is what balaam did he was called by balak to cast israel and he could not cast them and that narration i think deuteronomy 22 23 i can't remember very well so he numbers so he did not cast them but if you continue to read later in the bible this is what balaam did some of you have never seen that but it is in the bible balaam spoke to balak and told him now that i cannot cast these people this is what you will do organize beautiful women in your in in your city send them to the camp of israel let them sleep with their men and then god will be angry at them and god himself not you god himself will destroy them that was the advice of balaam and that is why god told moses kill that man it is not because of those things that he prophesied and in the mountain it is the advice he gave to balak and it happened that the the the city i think the city of moab balak sent some of his girls and they slept with the boys in the camp of israel and the bible says god was angry with the nation and some people are killed that was the advice of balaam so in the new testament in revelation chapter 2 verse 14 karusa it is referred to as the doctrine of balaam now the doctrine of balaam is not just causing people to commit adultery no it is something bigger than that it is activating the lusts in the heart of men a kind of preaching that when you hear that preaching what happens your last is activated lust for things and this is where my friends and i know i'm in the right house when i speak this because i'm covered by this friend of mine this is where prosperity gospel is is a doctrine of balaam because we preach prosperity in a way when people live this is what people this is the attitude people have i need to qualify myself okay can you bear with me because i don't want to confuse anybody now the bible teaches prosperity it is god's will to prosper you it is not what the bible says about prosperity that is wrong it is how we package the message how we and i have listened to many prosperity preachings and i can tell you this with all humility most of the time the way we package prosperity we preached in a way that instead of stirring up a love for jesus stars up allowed for money let me tell you my brother before this year is over i will be a millionaire agree with me i'm stepping on toes now i tell you barracuda i tell you the truth my life will not be the same again thank you my brother thank you your life will be the same again but let me let them explain what they mean i'm telling you i will never be broke all my life your message i'm going to buy a car now those are lasts in this season let me prophesy now in this season it is not the message of prosperity that will bring prosperity god is tired with those vomits what will bring prosperity is doctrine that's a prophetic word for somebody sit under the doctrine of christ that every time you come to the church the world charges you you live for jesus ah i must know this jesus more my life must change i must be more holier i must be more consecrated i must revive my prayer life those are the things that must be starred when you come to god's house and when we bring doctrine and we build god people prosperity will be a by-product many prayer meetings man of god many times when people gather to pray i wish we were god but even if i'm not god i know because i have pastored people 90 percent of our prayer is about finances and god is tired of that so the doctrine of balaam is covetousness conviciousness we have converted things until now we are converting believers properties my brother i thank god that he has blessed you but i tell you even mine i possess a car like this no that's covetousness that is not spiritual that is tell your neighbor tell your neighbour that is covetousness and these are the things that are killing people a brother has built a house you go to dedicate and then instead of thanking god for blessing the brother and dedicating the house with him with joy and celebration in your heart you're saying god i am next what is that and then we we we we spiritualize it as faith you did not go there to possess your house you went there to thank god with the brother and you need to leave that place with jesus saying lord i thank you you've blessed him with that house don't attach your desires to that house i'm helping somebody here today put yourself aside i tell you this the day you will learn the power of celebration that's when breakthroughs will begin to happen in our lives let's appreciate the lord for that i tell you the day we will understand the power of celebration celebration do you know celebration was so important in the nation they were told the nation of israel seven times in a year you will be celebrating the seven feasts it was all about celebration some of them were sweet celebrations were bitter celebrations but they were celebrations celebration is a key to breakthrough especially when you celebrate other people glory to god you know as a pastor i can come here and then begin to look at how beautiful this place is instead of rejoicing with the man of god i say wow this is beautiful you know what is in my heart i will do something better than this i'll do something better so nina's khan corner valentine proof i mean that that is the doctrine of balaam covetousness i i read god's generals how many of you have read god generous a book by robert landon he says this what stopped the healing movement was this viciousness because you know i think the first person who had the largest tent was all robots at the largest tent and then jack ko one of the another healing evangelist he went to that tent he said i'm going to build something bigger than on a robot stand you know what he did after some few years he died and then a allen another healing evangelist bought that tent that jacob had built and he used it to do his only his own crusades and radon said that competition and covetousness is what killed the healing movement in the u.s celebration okay now i'm preaching another message let's come back tell your neighbor doctrine so the doctrine of balaam is covetousness then we have the doctrine of the galatians now the doctrine of the galatians is revelation chapter 2 verse 15. that is vomit is compromise and subjugation compromise and subjugation now subjugation why because the nucleations according to history are the people who came up with this doctrine there is a difference between the people and the preacher so the people are called laity the preachers are called clergy up to date we follow the doctrine of the recollections now there's nothing wrong with honoring okay but the problem with that those times lady and claddy this was a meaning laity means you have nothing to do with the things of god whichever way and then clarity is everything you do has everything to do with god so that doctrine was very bad because it said for the laity the people to be connected with god you must connect with clergy so that killed personal ministries that god had ordained for the church so what is that subjugation what it is not important nothing it has nothing to do with god happened but we forgot even a nurse is a minister in equal proportion to the preacher let's not move beyond that so that's the doctrine of recollections and then compromise and i'm going to say something another thing that is sensitive here we'll deal with it at the right time compromise the nicolasians thought that for you to be spiritual you must involve in some carnal activities they believe for example if th this is what they believed is very strange there are levels in the spirit you cannot access until you sleep with a woman who is not your wife i'm coming close you know some of you are saying so they say the carno nature aids the spiritual nature so feed your cannon nature for your spirit to be healthy so the spiritualized immorality now we have that doctrine camouflaged in our time it is called hyper grace there are places you cannot go and preach anything if you try to preach and he do not steal do not commit adultery what are one day you are bringing the law to us as we want grace preach grace my brother hey jesus preach grace and grace has become a license to sin there are places right now and preachers again i will not mention names they don't believe that as a believer can sin they don't believe that they say once you are saved you cannot sin you can only make a mistake so if if if a believer goes and steal from his company and they are discovered that is not a sin as a mistake and they say therefore you there is no place for repentance in the church so when's a believer sins don't go and repent just make a statement and say i am the righteousness of god in christ jesus these things are taught that's the doctrine of the recollections because it entertains compromise that's why there is too much sin in the church and anyway there's so much we can say about that tell your neighbor that is not your portion do you still have muscles we continue hallelujah number six doctrine of jezebel doctrine of jezebel that's another intoxicating drink it's a vomit the doctrine of jezebel revelation chapter 2 verse 20 to 24. the doctrine of jezebel works with manipulation intimidation and evil control jezebel was a figure in the old testament but in the new testament it became a doctrine it is a kind of teaching it is a kind of doctrine that is called the doctrine of jezebel manipulation intimidation and evil control now the doctrine of jezebel you read and you understand the context it is the kind of ministry that or doctrine that primarily depends on subjective revelation subjective revelation that is why in that scripture he says you have allowed that woman who calls herself a prophetess to teach so this person who was referred to as jezebel revelation was calling herself a prophetess it was a female a prophetess but then she had stepped in the shoes of teaching she was calling herself what a prophetess now how do we access prophetic revelation by seeing designing seeing things in the spirit so she will see things in the spirit court then she will come and teach and part of the teaching was this there is nothing wrong with committing adultery in other words you are saying this don't mind what the bible says there is a new revelation in town and that revelation cannot be found in the bible the bible is too shallow now i was raised in that environment and i know what i'm saying pastor i tell you i have seen something in the spirit i was praying for 40 days and 40 nights i saw something in the spirit there is nowhere in the bible you will find it these are mysteries that's why i don't like that word mysteries i don't like that word because we overuse it and misuse it so this there's a mystery i've seen pastor and i cannot even talk to people they don't have the capacity to handle it these are mysteries i downloaded from god directly william branham i know some of you don't know him that was brought his demise william branham i know some of you don't know this in history that man was the initiator of the healing revival i mean his life was he was interacting with angels like neighbors when he was born an angel announced his birth when he got saved it was an angel who preached to him and encountered an angel god saved it was an angel who appeared to him and launched him into ministry and that man did unusual miracles god used him powerfully but his demise was this when he stepped into the shoes of a teacher so what he will do he will go to the bush guy to to get revelations and then he will have angelic visitations and angels will begin to talk to him then he will come and teach what the angel told him and he did not teach the word and what happened when you set yourself up even if the initial one was a divine angel you have opened a door to demonic spirits so a spirit will cloth itself as an angel of light and appear to you what will stop it nothing because good angels are angels bad angels are angels so when you break the parameters of the word you expose yourself to demonic spirits and he began to teach error and what happened kenneth hagin by then he was a young man i'm telling you deep things today it's like a bible school today hey kenneth hagin the lord appeared to him he told him i'm going to kill the prophet because he's leading my per my people in error before that year was over branham died in a road accident this is in history and let me tell you these are vomits these are strange doctrines and we need to be aware praise the lord bonus if you are young people let me tell you this this is not pastoral advice not every powerful meeting you should go to you know you hear a man of god coming from south africa my friend let me revelation and then you go and sit there you don't know where they are coming from you don't know what they are preaching you have not you don't even have the capacity to judge but because they have good english and they are able to articulate words only heavy but all you have taken is intoxicating drink it is doctrine that's a cure as a generation hey jesus in my day pastor t the early 90s late 80s the major message was the doctrine of devils demonology you know that's when satanists would get saved people like rebecca brown emmanuel annie all those people i remember in 1989 some of you are not even born rebecca brown came to kenya you know i read her books very good there's some good things in that but now they will come they will come i need to be careful here because you may misunderstand me okay now i'm not saying people who are converted from satanism they cannot ex teach us some of the things that were done there that's not what i'm saying but if that is the only thing you teach that should be a side note by then i was going to a church in deliverance church of moja and when rebecca brown came the bishop masinde stood in church he said i forbid any of you from going to that meeting some people went do you know the level of fear that came on the people i remember those days i mean even when you're in your house a housefly enters your house you remember i know you you can remember those things everything was a demon you'll see a house fly you say you devil i bind you in the name of jesus you could not keep a pet because every cat carried a demon i tell you our sisters dare to put red what do they are they called cue takes and then you come to church with red and then you add insult to injury with red lipsticks the key jesus there are certain perfumes you could not wear because they were connected to the dark world for your sisters i mean these are things we went through why because there was an over emphasis on demonology so we also need to be careful so that we can balance things we preach christ hallelujah tell your neighbor we preach christ so that you will understand him and know him let's continue i need to finish in the next 10 minutes so those are intoxicating drinks but then we also need to be wind from milk we say that and being wind from milk is the foundational teachings of the christian faith those are the foundational teachings what is salvation what is water baptism baptism in the holy spirit all of those things hebrews chapter six verse one two three those are milk that's milk basic things we need to get them but we need to go higher to the deeper things of god i want to say this and then i move to the last section of this this preaching and hey there is so much to say imagine we are halfway so watch out to dictate right listen to this my friends as a saint what is your place and those of you who can write this down please write down because it is a major statement it's a major statement and i pray god will give you understanding as a saint you must be winned from seeking to have good feelings and to come to a place where you are looking for content let me explain i have seen something in the pentecostal circles spiritual churches and this this this thing has costed us a lot many times we come to church to have a feeling we want to feel something you want to feel something now there's nothing wrong with feeling but the problem comes that when you come to church and you don't feel it then god was not there i want to feel it we are addicted to feeling even the presence of god you must feel it to know it is there this is why it is dangerous ask this worship team ask those who preach there are times we work hard to manufacture a feeling for you for you am i lying you you you bring a song the worship leader they know this is the song of the lord for this service but the vibe is not good so you look at the people out washing some of them are dozing and you know he services and then what you do you switch into an exciting song true or false see we do that so we try to create what the feeling not that they are bad but they they are doing it for us because of the expectations we project a preacher comes and they know there is a word but they when they begin to bring that one they realize these people are sleeping so they tweak the word they said things that they know they should not have said because they know if we if i don't go this direction these people will not be blessed why because we have been formatted i i think i'll finish with this to say my grace we have been formatted to look for feeling we must feel everything that is a pentecostal christianity we must feel everything even we place a demand on god god we will not believe that you are here until we feel it we must feel everything i tell you this okay we leave the church we have no interest with content content content hey we don't want content we want to feel it why was the song powerful not because of the words but the way the keys were attached the way the keys were attached did you see mike did you hear that he's all kissing the words of the song don't count the minister comes it is actually people are not interested in what he's he or she said hey yosuti my friend ulyana villali match hey mr t ali and let me tell you people are blessed not because of content we are after feelings we have to i'm speaking deep things my friends these are no jokes what has costed the spiritual church from having impact in in society is because we come to church to feel that is why people like maraga the former cj has challenged us to the call charges of theirs sabbath they sit down they are taught the volumes of teaching that man has received when he sits there as a chief justice it's not the feeling i had last sunday it is the the word that has been impacted in him in that in that in their church he knows how to handle himself spiritual people we need to be winned i tell you we must be winned not that will not have feelings and experiences no problem but when you come to church you are not coming to feel it even if you don't feel it you can be blessed even if a preacher stands and speaks in a monotone if you are tuned if your mind if your mind and your spirit and your heart and your body is well tuned it is not the style of the ministry that will bless you it is the content you want the content so that when we come here there is a demand being placed on us by you you're saying man of god bring the word i want to leave this service with a greater level of understanding i don't want to feel anything if it comes i will rejoice but i want the world we are coming back to doctrine that's what will secure our generation not feelings there are places man of god have preached i've taught because god did not bless me with charisma i always pray that you still look at anikumbuka but anyway no problem there are places i've gone to preach and when i have finished someone comes pastor i wish you raised your voice a little bit what has volume got to what has volume got to do just be yourself if god gives you that volume be yourself if that's not our intention we are not transacting with style we are transacting with word one of the things mr t i must tell you this i appreciate your ministry because i've observed you when you stand to preach you're not moved by what you the projection you get from people i have seen that and i must commend you for that this man when he stands to preach you it doesn't matter what you project to him he's not like us you know some of us we have to say tell your neighbor he has no time for tell your neighbor i mean he just stands here and begins to release word release word release one my friend we want the content not the feeling that's why sometimes i feel even if we preach and people sleep let them sleep don't allow it too hard to offend you so that you change for them to wake up my friend you will please people but offend the spirit but my friends my brothers and my sister you young people because i'm telling you you are young people and you have a great future seek for content i want the word not to feel it i want to understand and i think we can finish this jesus now give me five minutes you see even our father is like that and as a manga five more minutes video give me five minutes literally five minutes and then i'll be done how what are the expressions of ministry doctrine doctrine when doctrine comes this is important for ministers and also for those who receive ministry there's more i wanted to say from isaiah 28 but i think what i've said is enough now the expressions of doctrine doctrine comes as seed a seed mark chapter 4 verse 14. number two doctrine comes as light psalm 119 verse 105 and verse 130 number three doctrine comes like a hammer nundo a hammer jeremiah 23 28-29 number four doctrine comes as a sword a sword hebrews 4 12. number five doctrine comes as a staff staff shepherd staff as a staff psalm chapter 23 we don't have time to unpack all of this but doctrine comes as seed as light as a hammer a sword and as a staff what is seed that is the apostolic nature of doctrine apostolic nature of doctrine a seed because seed is planting a new truth so doctrine comes to plant something new in you that's apostolic seed something that was not there is planted i believe today there is something that has been planted in your spirit that was not there light that is the teaching aspect of doctrine the teaching aspect of doctrine what is that when doctrine is preached light comes that is brings understanding so when preaching comes it must plant something new but it is also must bring understanding you say ah now i understand that's the teaching aspect of doctrine ahama hama that is the prophetic nature of doctrine when doctrine comes it comes with force it comes with power to break barriers and break hardness of heart hardness of heart so there is that aspect the prophetic aspect to break hardness of heart so that the hearts of the people can be melted to be soft to receive the word number four doctrine comes as a sword that is the evangelistic aspect of doctrine what is evangelistic aspect not just to convert people but to pierce the hearts of men and to bring conviction so true doctrine when you sit under true doctrine i tell you this my friends it will pierce your heart there are things you will hear that will not make you happy but it will pierce your heart and it will bring conviction so that when you are leaving that meeting you are bowed you are bowed because your heart has been convicted there is something about your life that has been convicted glory to god and then finally is a staff that is the pastoral nature of doctrine the pastoral nature of doctrine that brings comfort and protection so you see doctrine has an aspect of the five-fold ministry right there is a part of the apostolic the teaching the prophetic the evangelistic and the pastoral and what is the objective to present every man every woman perfect in christ i pray there's going to be a move of god hey hallelujah may the lord set you up in high places in the marketplace and the day god will set you up in the marketplace may you be faithful i want to finish now this this is finishing i want to finish my friends i want to tell you this and i think i'm a bit personal but let me be let me be you know pastor t we have lost saints when god elevated them in the marketplace we have lost many people some of these members of parliament and politicians we spend endless days accusing them because they have disappointed us a number of them have been raised in church they were preachers tongue talking fire demon casting they were powerful if i begin to give you names you'll be shocked but when god elevates them in high places they are not found faithful it is not that they have a problem i believe it is the culture of the church what we are seeing is an expression of the culture of the church there is a problem we are not raising men and women that will stand for christ to be very honest i want to ask you i know you may answer with the positive but don't be fast if god makes you a ceo right now will you be faithful to god will you represent him well i know you'll be very very fast to say yes pastor but let me ask you this what percentage of scripture has been embodied in your life we have a lot of work to do and i want to declare this ladies and gentlemen it is time we went back to doctrine hallelujah i like one friend of ours who says this how many of you remember when you were in school you remember anyone in school did you used to sleep during class okay this side they are afraid let me ask this side how many of you used to sleep during class how many of you thought your teachers are boring last question how many of you learned something so you used to sleep in class you thought your teacher was boring but you learned something doctrine hallelujah let's stand up on our feet as the man of god comes i want you to lift up your hands above your head and i want you to begin to pray for yourself and say lord give me an appetite for your word can you lift up your hands and lift your voice right now just pray and say lord give me a hunger for truth give me a hunger for truth there's some someone on the keys give me a hunger for the truth i want to give you this opportunity to pray pray just close your eyes lift up your voice and begin to pray and say lord i pray for myself i pray for myself give me a hunger for truth give me a hunger for your word in the mighty name of jesus come on somebody lift up your voice and pray lift your voice and pray lift your voice and pray lift your voice and pray somebody just make that prayer make the prayer everything will pass away but the word of god will not pass away the bible says that god has exalted his word above his titles oh this generation needs the word we have cried for miracles but the word is the raw material for miracles the word became the foundations and the frames of the world anytime there is a shaking of the world it automatically means we need to go back to the very foundation person allah is not crying just a lord this day i hunger for that i hunger for doctrine i hunger for the right sound there are many sounds where where elijah was there were thunders there was fire there was earthquake but he located the swift soft voice and he said this is the sound and this is the voice of the father the bible declares that indeed in a den there was a voice that visited man and at the cool of the day they will gather and commune with this voice let that voice and that sound come back in our time john the baptist arose in a time of apostasy and he said i come as a voice in the wilderness let his voice stand again in our generation the bible says in acts 2 that there was a sound in the upper room and then there was wind and then there was fire before fire we need the sound again men gathered because of this sound lord this generation needs the sound of doctrine we need the sound of doctrine oh lord we thank you because you have spoken to us as a father will instruct and teach and guide his sons and daughters we count ourselves privileged to have heard this truth today because truth makes men free thank you because freedom has already checked into our hearts lord we denounce every doctrine that we have entertained we denounce the level of milk and intoxication and we declare from today meat and strong meat shall be our portion the apostolic sound and doctrine shall be our appetites oh thank you jesus thank you lord thank you for sending your servant thank you for releasing him in such a time and it is in jesus name we have prayed and the church said hallelujah hallelujah [Music] you
