do not let them fool you absolutely not do not let them fool you my brothers and sisters of the mega church of katakuri yes we are doing this again because it is my job as the head pastor of the mega church of katakuri to remind the world of who he is there's a reason why I have a picture of katakuri above me because it is my duty to spread his good graces because around the time episode 1062 dropped Zorro piece there was a lot there was a metric ton of katakuri slander it can only be defined as such and I am an elephant in size at times but in memory also at times two I do not forget particularly when the slander is against the one and only Charlotte katakari even though King the Wildfire was phenomenal in episode 1062 jaw dropping stunning Vince and chance art impact frame raid boss status stuff in chapter 10 35 ain't nothing 10 35 isn't even remotely close to what we get in the anime version but because the disparity was so different and King off fire is looking so much better in the anime people are running with it for the hills like King the Wildfire it was nuts like people at times on ironically said that King the Wildfire was even stronger than kaido I was like wait wait what are you guys talking about you guys are it was nuts back then of course they wrapped up katakuri kind of curry in my book is the number two yonko right hand man behind ototo Ben Beckman I would say of the older Yonka pre-wano country and part of the reason why is the Kata Curry tax now what is this mythical thing known as the katakuri tax you cannot deny the fact that Cotter Curry is the man that Luffy needed to catch off guard during the merienda to get his first shots on him katakuri is the man that Luffy had to run away from mid fight katakuri is the man who let Luffy transform into snake man as if he was training Luffy prepping Luffy for future fights and we're not done yet because the katakuri tax also includes being able to instantly adapt to the main character's power-ups when he pulls off a power-up Snake Man katakuri instantly adapted to that and after it was all said and done he was chilling with his little sisters and even somewhat happy that Monkey D Luffy was escaping not even yonko kaido got that treatment after he lost to Luffy it is only katakuri and the beautiful thing is that is it really a loss like the bubble title of the Los Angeles Lakers there's a lot of asterisks and stars on that quote-unquote loss because we know the World At Large deems Luffy versus katakuri and Ellen katakuri's part however given the context it is without a doubt a draw [Music] ah bruh karakuri was able to draw with the main character even though the main character is always repping that plot armor that is an undeniable astronomical feet not not even kaido has duplicated he's been Luffy a lot true but come the animal could you say that he actually tied Luffy no but you can absolutely with katakuri when Luffy crawls back out of the hole katakuri is there standing right there and then chooses to fall on his back and oh he's knocked out little sis what's up that my friend is the katakuri tax that tax has a hefty Hefty weight on the community it's undeniable I'm crazy enough to take on Batman but the IRS no thank you however there are the stats the figures the quote-unquote numbers and after 1062 it was the that King was at the greatest right hand man of all time even though Marco exists and Marco's phenomenal no no no getting the Wildfire even though Ben McMahon no no no no King the Wildfire okay okay in the wildfire and katakiri because that was like the main contention back then a few months ago King I think has the edge in durability the reasons why are pretty obvious dinosaur toughness lunarian abilities so that makes sense probably range and probably attack power probably and that's really it kind of Curry is definitively smarter has better skills stamina fall for Luffy for 10 plus hours in the mirror World undeniably faster clearly has much better abilities than kingdom Wildfire has a higher battle IQ and likely has higher endurance than King lawfire 2. I'm gonna say likely cause endurance it is hard to tell I got a lot the dinosaur cats are built to take a lot of damage but at the same time at the same time Kata Curry for hours on end took attacks from Luffy including his gear 4 Bowman and snake man plus he stabbed himself in the abdominal and continued to fight despite a hole in the stomach socata Curry has absolutely the better endurance Feats but on paper the dinosaur cats might be better part of me they want to give King the Wildfire better DC just struggle capacity because we did see things like the Imperial deep Pride steak in a chapter 1033 where he brings like his skull does he the orgasm face right and it's like a black laser beam that blew away a large section of that Island however cats air of effect is absurd people have a hard time conceptualizing that the mirror world is literally spanning all of taut land minimum even even though onigashima is a huge island it is a massive Island for sure Zorn King's Battlefield is just outside of the right skull brain Tower it's that side of the island where that whole fight takes place on despite the crazy over the top effects which are marvelous but for Luffy and katakuri the fact that Luffy can enter the mirror world through a mirror on the sunny go and then leave a mirror and then wind up in another Island in nuts Island that's not even the main whole cake Island that ends up as proof that this whole mere world is spanning the entirety of tall land and Carter Curry is manipulating at will so much of the area cause he has the Awakening the um he could just do so much so you factor in chapter 183 where you see him just control that gigantic ceiling at will with his Awakening he just points his hand up towards it and then we have added stuff in the anime too katakuri on ironically on God whether it be outside of the left brain Dome Tower or the right brain Dome Tower those areas on the sides of the island would be under his control the domain of his Awakening on ironically and casually and the terms of attack power I'm never going to let go the fact that Connor Curry decided to not utilize the mole spear the very thing that Luffy feared to the point where in the anime Luffy tried to steal the most spear away from katakuri that's how devastating of the attacks were you can easily argue that that's where his strongest attack power comes from the mole spear because one thrust and then Luffy's abdominal section was blown out I assume that katakuri's buzz cut Mochi is better than the actual mole spear thrust but that's my assumption but ultimately even though I give King the edge attack power I can't say it's that much more of an edge over someone like katakuri and honest to goodness honest to goodness katakuri did get some Buffs I argue I'd argue during wano country what were said Buffs Luke kaido in chapter 1042 displayed his fastest form the thieving drunk Dragon form to avoid and copy the movements of snake man Luffy Connor Curry hello was instantly able to time Snake Man Luffy if a young call like kaido needed to use future sight to avoid snake man and he had no way of effectively dodging Snake Man prior to that then this only bolsters the value of that ability of being able to distinctly see the future of oncoming attacks and the speed of katakuri who again was instantly timing snake man now I would say that because Monkey D Luffy has conquerors hockey infusion in that fight against kaido in 10 42 his snake man attacks are clearly more powerful we're not too sure if they're faster meaning is snake man Luffy on the rooftop against kaido overall faster than snakeman against katakuri but that's something honest to God I just don't know I don't make that assumption because snake man's properties are to what are to get faster and accelerate over the course of time per battle that's how Snake Man works at this point in time the only person that seems to have better future sight then katakuri unironically is God King Shanks what he did against chaos clearly better future sight than anything that Kata Curry has done but shakes he's the highest roller obviously let him cook because he's always cooking the best meals at the barbecue no doubt about that one hand or not but again that only bolsters the value of able to see the future tenkataka was doing that on the regular not even kaido could do that until we went to his fastest form the thieving drunk formed so it is what is the stats even though king-s things over caught a curry Kata curry in general has better stats on argue than King the wildfire and narratively speaking the straw hats needed massive Buffs after Buffs in one old country to catch up to Luffy's level when he's entering wano country that's correctamundo because over the vast majority of the Post Time skip it was Luffy who was getting a lot of that power creep and that love where the other straw hats mainly his best men Zoro and Sanji they were not able to catch up at all and in the process Oda maintains form with having Luffy fight the guys that are for the most part in the League of Their Own so just how it was with anel with Rob Lucci with crocodile with doflamingo Kata Curry is in the same vein not relative two of course big mom but bro out of to his crew and arguably relative to most yonko first mates because Luffy's guys have always
