hi guys this project is a continuation to my earlier with the station project which I was uploaded in this channel a year before earlier I have made the circuit on a perforated board and it uses only a single VM a 280 sensor to report pressure temperature and humidity in my new weather station I have used a printed circuit board and added lot of additional features by taking input from the community now without any further delay we can move to build the new with the station [Music] [Music] this video is sponsored by Chelsea PCV jl CP CV is a company which produce high quality professional prototype p cv to make this project first you have to gather the components the link for buying the components is given in my video description I have soldered the components on PCB according to their height first I have soldered the resistor then the slide switch then head up in then skew terminal and at last the bigger battery holder solder the mail header pins to the emos board the vemos d1 mini pro board have an inbuilt ceramic antenna along with provision for connecting an external antenna to improve the Wi-Fi signal range before using the external antenna you have to click the zero ohm resistance from the inbuilt ceramic antennas towards the socket for the external antenna you can either use 1/4 in I 2 C or a 16 version of vme or BMP 280 sensor [Music] in this pair I to support on the board you can use any other way the sensor light UV sensor apart from the eye to support there are four additional photon the board to hook up more weather sensors inside the 18 650 battery to its solder and be sure the polarity is correct you can download the arduino code from my instructable project page the link is given in video description [Music] open the Adina code and comment out this line of code to select whether you are using blink up or things speak now you have to enter different credentials like Wi-Fi SSID password blink auth code and things pick write API key after setting all the parameters you can upload the corner I have designed an enclosure for this weather station in Autodesk fusion 360 and then I printed it out in my crea Leticia Dennis 3d printer the dot STL files are available on Thingiverse the link are given in video description the enclosure is consists of two parts main body and the cover lid [Music] install the PCB board by securing four knots or the four corner of the PCB moon [Music] then I soldered to s 2 B 2 terminal of the solar panel glue the solar panel by using a weatherproof epoxy glue connect the solar panel OS to the PCB board seal the hole by using weather resistance epoxy glue now you can install the external antenna connect the external antenna to the emos board [Music] switch on the power switch at last close the cover lid you can taste the weather station by opening the blink up or by thing speak the detailed procedure for setting of the blink of and things peak is given on my project page the link is given in the video description if you liked this video don't forget to share it hit the bell icon so that you will get notified whenever I upload a new video please subscribe my youtube channel for more DIY videos like this thank you so much have a nice day
