This video features how to make a cardcase without stitches. It requires only a pattern, several tools, and a few materials. I used semi-hard leather. You can use faux leather or fabric if it is thick enough. I'll put more information about the tools in the caption. This cardcase can contain about 12 cards or 15 business cards. Ok, shall we begin? You can capture this screen to get the pattern or, just download it via the link in the description. Make sure you you print in 100% actual size. Cut the leather about the same size of the pattern. Hold the pattern on the leather with a tape. Cut the sides first. 10mm diameter round punch Punch every hole and corner with it. Like this Cut the rest of the parts. You can use a coin for the curves. After cutting, smooth the edges. I used a 400 grit sandpaper. Edge beveler : It bevels and rounds off the edges Tokonole burnishing gum : It's leather edge finisher. Put it on the edges or backside of the leather to burnish. Wood slicker : It's a burnishing tool specially for the edges. Glass plate : It's used to burnish the flesh side of the leather. Electric creaser : It's used to make lines on the leather. You can do so with alcohol lamp as well. Mark with an awl 3mm diameter round punch Punch according to the marks 10mm diameter snap button snap button molds The upper and lower part are different. Now, we just need to assemble. Put the sides together from the bottom. Remove the vinyl, and done!
