Studio 54 you mean [Music] it's a little out of there louder and hotter but you can't say that this is really not it it's good I like it how old are you Sally seven seven how exactly did you get involved in Disco isn't that a little outrageous for someone 77 years old to be doing that or is that a way to stay young according to my brother it is not only miserable but outrageous nice what's this go ahead sorry I asked you early what are you going to do his best and you said whatever strikes my fancy what does strike your fancy tonight I wouldn't mention it in public where do you pick your moves up from from Studio 54 down in New York or do you hit a lot of the neighborhoods down there 54 is run by a genius little Steve rubell's a little bit of a guy very shy a little paranoid he thinks nobody loves him however every man is a little peculiar nobody loves him but he's a genius that's why the place is popping all the time um you've got to be nobody in order to get in if you're really somebody and don't look right you can't make it like Henry Ford III once try to get in you know what no nobody let him in nobody let him in he said you know who I am no he said I'm in before the third so they said is that so no [Music] Nathan what kind of dances were you doing when you were in your 20s we just saw a history of uh dance with Randy Dietz what kind of things were you doing when you were a young gal hoofing it out loud the Charles turned the Big Apple and the Box how do you relate those dances to the Disco you think that disco is really an on an evolution of all of those different dances Yes except the Disco has more sex in it the others were a little too um conservative you know it's true you held your partner what there wasn't that feeling of go do it you know what and those days it was very dignified what do you think that says about our society Now versus uh when you were a young gal well I like what it does I don't like when I come to Boston and they say you can't walk in here with the jeans that's on civilized I said without with jeans what's wrong with jeans we couldn't get into what's its name Howard Johnson for dinner what do you say to people who think that a 77 year old lady isn't acting her age by going out and hanging around the studio 54. it's where you are at where things should be at I say who says I'm too old I can out dance them I'll say them I dance all night they get freaked out Danielle you think uh disco Sally can out dance you definitely I'm not gonna measure myself to you oh I think I'm going to be an old lady not like you you're staying beautiful young I have a goddaughter she's 41. you know she doesn't want to stay up after 11 pm you know I go to bed at nine that's it I never go to bed Greek god I'm gonna marry him one day I know you already asked me if I could be a flower girl right he's 25 will be 26. what's the name of your Greek god his father has already disinherited him and one of his sisters doesn't want to know but he doesn't care he says he has more fun with me than with any other chick thinks I'm a chick just go Sally are we gonna get a chance to see you booging out the Dance Floor during the course of our five hours live right right we're gonna let our cameras catch you and see just how good your moves are young lady because we're looking for the best Disco couple in New England and maybe we're going to put them up against you and find out just how terrific you are good all right good we'll look for you out on the floor just go Sally ladies and gentlemen they're a 25 year old Greek god up from Studio 54 and the New York Manhattan scene
