what is happening today guys we are back again with another patreon quest this one is for sandra thank you sandra so this is i'm gonna butcher this name dimash i should probably just leave it there kudai bergen kudeburger however you say it man and this song is called uh jesus christ what are you doing to me here sandra sos dun teriyan and de trese i'm just going to read to you what she said to me so that you understand exactly where i'm coming from here so this music might not be your jam and understood based on what i already know about him but i know you love good vocals so it should be okay for me everyone should experience dimash at least once in their life this performance is three or four years old and showcase maybe only a third of his capabilities uh he's from kazakhstan it's a cover of a french song and he learned it phonetically and he's participating in a talent show in china uh that's crazy i mean like all the different languages and cultures coming together right off the bat is enough for me to want to hear this thing but uh what i do know is this guy is supposed to be one of the best singers in the world now i'm not gonna lie i'm gonna be totally straight up with you guys i don't see how i'm gonna be super impressed by it just because like i feel like i've heard some of the best singers in the world and i've heard singer the best singers in the world doing stuff that i love like doing the music that i'm into already it's gonna have to be something crazy this has been hyped up and not just because of sandra just because i've heard it from everybody all the time i mean the amount of dimash reactions on youtube is just like obscene all that being said i'm almost too hyped and also trying to curb my hype at the same time because i don't know how it's gonna actually reach the hype level that has been that he's been given i am uh very curious at this point and pretty excited good looking young man [Applause] i also just realized i don't even know what uh oh what an accent from kazakh stands out so i'm not gonna notice shut up everybody oh man i got serious fast turn this up [Music] is [Music] [Music] wow ah wow okay um i'm already happy with it with this that's crazy he he's kind of started out with this really really high tone um and just one of those notes was way lower and then glided smoothly into the really high tone again and um the amount of control with the vibrato and the uh air that that he allows to escape from from his mouth sometimes but closes it off other times to try to give that that more forceful um less breathy sound i mean he's just been he's able to just go in and out of it instantly so that's a that low note jesus christ [Music] the fact that it starts there at that low note and ends up on this high note is nuts [Music] okay i get it i got it you know i didn't i didn't want to be like that guy that that you know that all the reactors are i'm going i have no idea what to expect even though they know it's going to be awesome and then they hear it and they're like i didn't know i didn't expect that though and it's like all right dude calm down come on take it down a notch but like uh what i'll do you know i can't really say anything else dude's clearly amazing um his everything i i there's not even like i i keep thinking i'm going to compliment this part or this part of this part but really it's like every single aspect of singing right now he's killing it so let's just stick with [Music] that sustainability i mean like [Music] a lot of vibrato also he's almost got like an operatic town you know a tone he's almost got like an operatic tone i knew i could say it sometimes vibrato can sound choppy you know like if you're to less than a band mate who who i listen to a lot psyches got uh she uses vibrato a lot but it's kind of choppy and intentionally that way you know the the the each vibration isn't the exact amount amount of time till the next one it's got that kind of raw sound to it this sounds like it's almost like so insanely perfect that you you could draw it you know you could draw the lines and have them be exactly the same pretty nuts and this is just medium voice too like this is his mid tone right here his mid tone flawless but when he started the song i didn't think he was even going to go into this because it sounded like he was gonna mostly sing in a high tone it changed that instantly it's all over the place [Music] jesus christ what the hell man oh and he hit that and he threw the vibrato and ju just at the end there too great he should be aladdin you know what i'm saying like dude should be playing like aladdin and jasmine at the same time in an aladdin movie like i just feel like he's got that voice of like you know like a musical or like you know something like that where he can just play every part because he's got so much range [Applause] [Music] it doesn't look like he's straining at all either jesus what the hell [Music] that's so high man [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] nice feeling it too man [Music] [Applause] [Music] is [Music] oh [ __ ] dude i mean he could hit that mid-range belt the same way that he hits the high range belt like with the exact same sense of vibrato the same emotion and passion it's just crazy and when he starts off some of these these lines he's actually so deep that i don't even hear the first note the first note almost gets like filled in by the instruments which are playing that note also and then you don't realize that he actually went that low until he hits the next note which is a little bit higher and you go damn dude that's crazy [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] i have never cursed this much in a reaction i'm sorry guys i am uh having a hard time containing myself [Music] oh [Music] man yeah that was incredible let's get this bad boy alike right here he's so young too he looks so young at least [Applause] thank you very much thank you very much i spoke a little english there too thank you very much oh he's thanking the instrumentalists too that's i appreciate that i can i can get on board with that like i said before this all started i knew that it was gonna be good uh i didn't know how it was gonna be so good that it was gonna blow me away that [ __ ] blew me away man that [ __ ] was crazy that [ __ ] was crazy like everything i said plus just like the ability for him like you know one of the things i kept noticing was sometimes he goes into his head voice sometimes he's in his chest voice right but sometimes he likes to start in his chest voice and then go into his head voice in the within the same uh word you know the same note like it'll start off uh and then it'll go into the and then it'll go back into the and you're just like dude you just went through like this chain of events in one word like what are you doing man it's crazy that you could do that he clearly could sing i think anything that you gave him i would love to hear what he would sound like if he tried to do some metal screaming you know because it's like the one thing that i didn't hear him do there yeah i'm a huge christina aguilera fan she's always been one of my favorite vocalists and uh she's got such a crazy range too with the the low to the high and also the ability to use the the head voice and the chest voice going back and forth she's also got a little bit of that rasp in there i heard him go a little raspy sometimes dude i think he could sing anything i've ever heard before just based on that one performance i think he could sing anything that i've ever heard before nuts all right anyway thanks sandra that was i knew i was gonna watch him eventually but i'm glad you forced me into it because uh you've opened the door for me i think anyway like
