Destiny 2 - Every Pinnacle Reward Source! Get To 2000 Power!

hello my marvelous sausages now I don't know about you but I'm looking at my power level and thinking oh that could be a bit higher because you got to remember I'm looking at my power level here that's 2002 but I'm getting an 11 bonus from my artifact there so really I'm only on 1991 now we're looking to get to a pinnacle cap which means that all the gear can't drop higher than a certain number and for the final shape it's 2,000 so I've still got nine points to make up in order to get myself to the highest level to do it now of course the only way to get this stuff is via Pinnacle drops and a lot has changed since last time since lightfall as to where these Pinnacles come from so I thought I'm going to look up all the ways I can get all the different Pinnacles throughout the entirety of the game and then I'm going to list them here for you so you know exactly what you can go for each week and which ones are repeatable and all that kind of thing just before we jump into W's Pinnacle sources just a quick heads up on the power cap here you can see my power level is 1992 now then once you pass the 1990 power cap okay so that's the powerful gear Cap all the stuff that you get if it's a powerful reward won't drop plus anything so what I mean by that is let's say you're 1989 okay and you get a powerful reward tier one it'll drop at possibly 1990 which will help edge up your your power level but if you're above 1990 it'll only drop at your actual level so any powerful rewards I get will only drop now at 1992 no higher it'll never increase my overall power limit Pinnacles however will do it up until the top level which is 2,000 okay so make sure you've done all your powerful tier rewards before you do your Pinnacle rewards otherwise you're wasting the Pinnacles do you see what I mean you want to push your level up as much as you can with a power first every week and then cap them off with the Pinnacle that's the way I would do it right then so here we go every single Pinnacle Source in Destiny 2 as of the final shape so here we are in the pale heart massive map and you want to go all the way over to the right hand side and we got two things here you've got the uh salvation's Edge raid we'll come back to that in a minute but this the excision Mission now this one is a pinnacle if you want to check if you hold down L2 or whatever it is you can see what you're going to get as a reward it says Pinnacle gear there as well so you got to complete this excision Mission this is one of the easiest and fastest Pinnacles to get to be perfectly honest not to doing the grandm of course but jumping into the narrative because you'll be matchmade with 11 other people and you can't fail it really we're going to go through complete the mission and then you'll get your Pinnacle lovely now next to the pale heart we've got these missions these are our Co-op missions so you need to go in with a pre-made fire team cuz there special elements within these that you can only do in a fire team of three okay uh but these one of them each week will have a pinnacle associated with it so you can see that's got the little Medallion next to it we have a look as you get a pinnacle deep site weapon and Ascendant Shard and ghost reputation if you look at the others look they only offer ascendant shards and a weapon so that changes each week in which case this week it's Ascent but of course it'll probably be descent or whatever it is for the next time around so there we go there's another Pinnacle there for you now coming to the hell and for the episode stuff for the episode Echoes we'll have a look at out what is seasonal really our seasonal activity here which is called breach executable if you have a little look at this you've got one Pinnacle available at the top there complete breach executable on any difficulty so you've got to do that three times on normal but we've also got complete seasonal activities on higher difficulties you do that three times and you've got another Pinnacle available there so what that means is going in and picking the expert difficulty level there and then you'll qualify for that so there's two Pinnacles available from the breach executable and then going over to the Enigma protocol you can see we've got one challenge available there open chests within the Enigma protocol activity so that's just building a progress bar % there you open up as many chests as you can to get The Pinacle gear reward there's fan now next we're going to look at the weekly exotic Mission you know this week for example we had Star Cross but it might be whatever it is we only know two so far we've had the Vex caliber and we've had this one these count as a pinnacle as well I've already completed it this week and had my Pinnacle drop but there you go the Exotic mission of the week will have the Pinnacle attached to it and then the weekly dungeon just so happens to be the prophecy this week you can see on the screen here that baby that will have a pinnacle attached to it as well that's a completion okay so you got a complete the dungeon to get that Pinnacle and now moving on to other dungeons as well the Warlords ruin at the moment you can get a pinnacle from every single uh activity yes every single encounter so you don't just have to complete it every encounter you get you'll be able to get a pinnacle drop from that that is active until a new dungeon comes along and that stays the case until what ever the next dungeon will be we'll probably get one well we're going to be getting two aren't we so we'll probably get one around about September time so we shall see but Warlords ruin at the moment really worth doing to get those Pinnacles in because you can get one from each encounter and from a completion now of course we get a weekly featured raid as well in this Cas has been the Vault of Glass and that will drop a pinnacle on completion but that of course rotates every week and the new raid in this case salvation Edge that will give you one Pinnacle from every encounter to exactly like the warlord ruin dungeon so that's a really good source for Pinnacles as well now moving on to the Pathfinders we have two of course this one is for the pale heart this one doesn't give Pinnacles it only gives powerful gear up to tier three so that means it's coming up to the powerful cap which is 1990 but if you come into the rituals Pathfinder here this one does give Pinnacles it can give two to three a week now I don't know what there whether that means well it depends on how many times you reset it really so look I'm going to reset this one now okay so I've got a sun chard in there we'll have that one and then I've done that one as well that's lovely oh I'll grab that one too while I'm here excellent and there we go there's my Pinnacle reward says Prime engram but we'll have a little look at what comes through there we go there's the yeah it's coming at 1995 for me which is a pinnacle my power level is 1991 really so that is excellent there we go marvelous so you can get three of those from resetting the Pathfinder now if you're unsure how to do that you need need to go into any of the uh Pathfinder ritual activities we just go into the Vanguard here you can do this from the Gambit menu or whatever once you're into the menu uh you can either click on it down there look where it says Pathfinder or you can just press tap left on your d-pad that's what I've got for the PlayStation there we go you can see now uh I don't think I can be asked to do anything else on there there's nothing I really want to do I can reset this for 10,000 glimmer that resets the board then that will give me another Pinnacle reward for completing this you can do that three times a week so that is worth doing two things to not here as well one it says primen gram don't worry it is a pinnacle reward definitely and also you can only do it three times per account it's not per character so that's three times across your entire account now Hawthorne also gives a pinnacle it's like a plus one Pinnacle which is pretty good really and you get that for doing the five commendations you give five commendations in a week and you'll get that Pinnacle that's nice to know and also if you're a PVP player the only Pinnacle that's available there is via Trials of Osiris look so you can get 50 points win rounds in Trials of Osiris earn additional points per match win on your ticket 50 points that's a pinnacle for your PVP activities if you come in here to the Vanguard playlist you can see the nightfalls they do have a pinnacle attached as well remember these medallions don't mean a pinnacle they just mean either a powerful or a pinnacle but if you come to the Nightfall here and have a look you can see there you can get a pinnacle for earning 200,000 points within a Nightfall but that one also applies as well to the grandm so you can get a pinnacle that way so there's quite a few sources of Pinnacles there but it's not very clear as to where they all are so I really hope the video there's helped you find out exactly what you want to do first just remember to make sure you do your powerful before you start working on your Pinnacles if you're below 1990 and 1990 and above it's Pinnacles all the way yes indeed let me know in the comments if You'
