hi lovelies in this video i will be showing you how to make chicken feeds gizzards and throats or better known as thingy la tinsambo nimaguddwana in my language which is the swati before you begin cooking make sure that all your meat is thoroughly washed and all the ingredients will be listed in the description box below [Music] in a pot you will fry an onion and one pepper i've decided to use one full onion and half a pepper fry this for plus minus five minutes on high [Music] then add curry powder any amount depending on how spicy you want your food you will leave everything to fry for another five to seven minutes evenly lay gizzards on your bed of curry onions and pepper you will then leave that to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes on medium and there's a reason why i didn't add any oil in the beginning and that is because there is enough fat in the gizzards [Music] as you can see it's all fatted up and looking yummy yummy [Music] you will add your throats and feet [Music] leave that to cook for about 30 to 35 minutes on medium [Music] i then added this secret spice that my great grandmother said i should use and yeah i'm using it now of course don't forget to occasionally stir [Music] while that cooks make sure you prepare pop or if you want to have the meat alone that's also fine and also make sure to clean up your space remember to keep your kitchen clean when [Music] cooking [Music] then you will add your cube of chicken stock and the remainder of the onions and paper [Music] this tip is optional if you want your food to be spicy [Music] give that a good stir so all the meat gets all the flavors [Music] leave the meat to cook for another 25 to 30 minutes for all that goodness and flavor don't forget to add your spices remember the spices of your choice whichever spices you cook with it's really all up to you [Music] so [Music] after that's cooked for about 25 to 30 minutes you will add your soups i've chosen brown onion and mine strong [Music] um leave it to cook for about 10 to 12 [Music] minutes and to determine the readiness of your meat the meat of the throat has to follow effortlessly like so [Music] don't forget to give this video a huge thumbs up if it helped and yeah bon appetit [Music] you
