modifier now it's winter and uh I can't make claws wet so I'm only getting 50 more damage rather than 150 but still yes if I had the pepper spice it would multiply up to 1.8 watch these Krampus get vice versa if the ball isn't wet then they're not wet so you have to kind of wait around dragonfly's spawn to wait for him to actually get where and luckily he was wet because I have a wormhole that goes to dragonfly that I've been using and he just got wet from the rain and so perfect time to kill him because the electric damage so should I be able to knock her down again knocks down some more damage now must be 100 oh wait does the lighter damage scale with how wet they are I didn't realize that was a thing I thought it's just a flat 2.5 yeah because I'm doing 170 damage I don't know how to quite explain this that doesn't stop like I was doing 158 159 damage but now I'm doing 170 damage so that means dragonfly's witness now must be maxed out therefore I'm getting the full electric our sanity while doing maximum damage with a lot of damage production and jelly beans and garlic jelly beans to be precise for extra damage reduction foreign foreign [Music] such a joke where you have to zero but also if your health is really low but your sanity is maxed out suddenly your sanity will now be really low but your health will be maxed out and since Celestial Champion increases your sanity really fast the idea is I would use the Grim galette to swap my maxed out Sunny with my reduced Health but I never really took enough damage to actually use it I'm going to take some calculated this this is a weird bug I'm gonna do this crazy maybe if we eat the garlic jelly beans first maybe that that might do it you know what I'm saying uh-huh oh wait what hold on wait wait hold on that sit back and watch as us oh my goodness they really get into it quick oh my oh Wilson speed running destroying the face oh no they're destroying Chester no oh goodness me that was oppressed and now Wally's old rankings from my old video best used for every character in that video I gave Wally a 5 out of 10 survivability 10 out of 10 for utility and 8 out of 10 for combat so let's start with survivability compared to Wilson Wilson can just choke pierogies to stay alive whereas while he can't do that the survivability rating is just outright wrong so I'm gonna lower that to 4 out of 10 and I think that's about right even even though he can make garlic spice to make you take less damage but still in the early days you're pretty vulnerable on to utility we're gonna leave his utility at a 10 out of 10. his food's giving you weird and wacky effects are just Second To None because well there's no one else who does it so yeah 10 out of 10 for utility and now we're kind of mixing his utility and combat together because his combat was also 8 out of 10 and we're gonna leave it there because it's not perfect because to get to the triple damage you do have to have things wet so it's kind of situational and I would only be able to do it like half of the year or a third of the year when things are wet but otherwise you get a 1.8 times damage modifier with vulgar jelly and chili spice which isn't as good as Wolfgang and it requires some setup and it doesn't last forever so that's why it's an 8 out of 10 not like a 10 out of 10. but still very good and potentially best damage it can offer one last thing to say is that if you want to learn how to play Wally even more I would recommend you go watch Jazzy's um series Thrill of the grill where he makes a mega Bass with Wally
