[Music] is [Music] well good day my friends at your old pal jordan the lion how are you all doing today i hope you said well i'm coming to you from las vegas and these are not going to be your typical las vegas vlogs that you're going to see while we're here because we have a lot of really amazing opportunities and i want to take advantage of them so today we are going to be exploring todd fisher's house once before i showed you a lot of the memorabilia that his mother debbie reynolds collected well they now have organized it into a museum at their home and i'm going to show it to you today days with jordan the lion it begins right now so right here we have a massive collection of some of the most famous film cameras in history some of the most famous lenses we're going to bypass all that because todd's going to do a little vlog with us about that in another video we're going to explore the museum today this last time i was here it was not put together quite like this but boy have they done a magnificent job now a little back story to this if you don't know todd and kat are related to debbie reynolds and carrie fisher todd is actually the son of debbie reynolds debbie reynolds collected the most amount of hollywood memorabilia in her life of anyone and had it together for a long time trying to put together a museum that through every possibility they tried just could not happen so they ended up auctioning quite a bit but todd is a collector himself kept a lot and we're going to show you some of the great history he has here so we can start here with a couple of carries director chairs carrie fisher princess leia there she is on set that's one of her chairs this one is i believe the chair from return of the jedi believe it says on the back of it [Applause] oh no well yeah that was that was i believe that's what it originally was it was titled that so there we go and there's amazing two paintings of carrie that's princess leia now the camera here this was the warner brothers camera and this was mitchell standard this camera filmed all of the most momentous movies that warner brothers made casablanca the maltese falcon speaking of maltese falcon debbie was gifted one of the maltese falcons from warner right here the resin obviously not the one that they chip away at at the end of the movie but that is one of the actual ones and then right here is debbie reynolds academy award unsinkable molly brown you can see the nomination back here just amazing to see someone actually receive an award she has a lifetime achievement award there's the screen actors guild life achievement award then we have um an award for tammy that is the cash box award right there and the gold record is also for her song tammy and then here we have a pair of the ruby slippers that mgm gifted to debbie isn't that amazing now moving on one of princess leia's actual star wars costumes and then if we move on over here this was originally it's very faded now but this is pink originally and that was debbie reynolds costume that she popped out of the cake and singing in the rain isn't that cool that was not actually a costume that debbie kept the owner of julian's knew that todd would want it and acquired it and made a deal with todd so todd could get it he has almost all the costumes from cnn at least the most notable ones now what i love is that todd has actually put together clips on these screens showing costumes he has he has that blue and white costume here he's got the unsinkable molly brown stuff and a tribute to carrie over on this screen but if we watch this a little bit we'll see debbie's costume in here it was really her first big break seen in the rain they a lot of people didn't want her to be cast in that part but i mean i think she was perfect and then some for awards down here an award for good morning is one of america's greatest movie songs and then singing in the rain award down here debbie and jean and then debbie's actual script that she had bound for singing in the rain isn't that incredible now look there she is in that pink dress right there that is that one [Music] and it just so happens to be next to a bell and howl camera that was a 1917 camera for sna studios in chicago that charlie chaplin once owned [Music] still works todd was showing me how it still works you can still this was an old crank camera [Applause] amazing huh what a piece of history charlie chaplin's camera and i'll explain this light in just a second but down here you can see that's the camera that the was filmed on here he is using it it was one of the very first lights they ever used to film movies there actually would have been fire todd said it was like a spark that went through there that that's how they originally you know originally they only filmed during the day because lighting and then that was the very first lighting unit and when we were over here looking at the warner brothers camera i didn't get to show you the side or anything but if you look down here it actually has one of the warner brothers boxes camera boxes so as we move along this is debbie's costume from i love melvin she played judy and there's actually a picture of her in it down here without the belt and then this was one of the very first costumes carrie ever wore [Music] when she started performing i believe todd said she was 13. and look at this debbie's costume from how the west was won you can see it right here todd and carrie with her on set that is right there that amazing wow there she is right there on my poster now right here we have the yellow dress from susan slept here debbie's dress and down here there's a picture of not only her wearing it but also she bound her rko script and there it is her original script from the movie now this i never knew they had i couldn't believe when i saw this i just didn't know they they had it they have a model of vivian lee from gone with the wind in the famous curtain dress and you'll notice she has a hat there they own the hat and it's right there that is amazing oh historic what a collection just to have it on display for your friends it's so cool now down here i was also blown away by this this is all mary pickford's stuff look how small how tiny her shoes were then her cartier jewelry case back there and if you notice it has her monogram in there you can see mpf mary pickford fairbanks there's her cartier jewelry as well as this is all hers as well wow then down here we have a letter from ronald reagan as president to debbie in a photo of debbie with ronald reagan and then some gone with the wind stuff they have signed picture from butterfly mcqueen and olivia de havilland and right here we have the belly up to the bar unsinkable molly brown costume which we can see right here her dancing in look how much it shined on the movie their original boots the dress which really pops on screen doesn't it look at that and then also her gun from the movie rifle you can see that right there i love it then here is the painting of unsinkable molly brown you would see in the movie debbie and the movie poster over here but you also have that same dress the red dress that actually she's getting hugged in right here we are looking at that right now with the jewelry and her script and an award for picture of the month and that amazing to see that's what she's wearing in the movie right there and in the painting now this singing in the rain this is a giant poster definitely for a theater it's one of the only ones in the world todd said that he knows of if if not the only one that's signed donald o'connor debbie and gene kelly all the stars of the the main three stars of the movie and right over here we have debbie's golf clubs and tennis rackets because her good pal lucy started getting her into forcing her to participate in sports with her todd was telling me he said lucy would just come over and get her and say we're going to do this and she was so forceful she and debbie didn't really have a choice so this is the guitar the singing nun now she actually bought this guitar herself to learn for the movie and then used in the movie and took it on tour with her so that is the real one from the movie that she would always use and then here this is great she was in a movie with joan collins it was debbie joan collins elizabeth taylor and shirley mclean called diesel broads and this was the clapstick for it right here debbie used to open for liberace they were great friends so that is one of liberace's actual candelabra awards to debbie you can see down here they put one of his real candelabras on there for the award and then a letter on the liberace stationery to debbie and another lifetime achievement award so here we have some more of debbie's awards we have her emmy award here and then over here outstanding guest in a comedy series and over here afi award proclamation from the city of beverly hills accommodation from governor pete wilson california 1955 torch bearer award look at all these awards lifetime achievement for american comedy awards just countless awards to debbie now this was the thing that they were showing me that was one of the most surprising things they could have ever shown me they said that is a wax head of sammy davis jr with his actual hat his actual glasses and his actual glass eye that debbie purchased very interesting yes if you are a star wars fan you recognize these these are carries 1977 star wars blasters one actually works and fires for the effect and one was just it never worked it was never meant to it was just a hand prop those are the real deal and down here we have carrie's personal scripts that were bound that's revenge of the jedi is what it was called then star wars here then a gun says maybe the force be with you and her lightsaber from rise of skywalker then here this is from star wars also and her empire strikes back script is down there here's a photo of todd carrie and george lucas then here we have a few items of carries her books that she wrote she was an accomplished writer and the sound of children debbie reynolds special script debbie's copy of ruth gordon's years ago more carry memorabilia there's debbie as a hirschfeld now take a look at this camera this is amazing this is actually the camera that photographed tammy and the bachelor the debbie reynolds movie with leslie nielsen but its most prestigious work was on orson wells touch of evil which was an absolute groundbreaking movie says that it also filmed alfred hitchcock presents mikhail's navy thriller with boris karloff wagon trade with ward bond before he died in the jack benny show same camera how amazing is that to see the whole unit he's literally got the whole rolling unit the whole thing in here that's some history and here you can see a picture of a young carrie fisher and then an interesting photo of debbie reynolds eddie fisher with mike todd and elizabeth taylor and mike todd was who todd fisher was named after mike todd was an amazing director and showman he developed a camera technique that was groundbreaking and here's one of carrie's nominations for outstanding guest actress in a comedy series on 30 rock for the emmys here she has spoken word album nomination for wishful drinking and then here we have her passport and a really cool old show flyer of debbie's show with carrie down here in the the corner as a guest star and she was young introducing carrie fisher thank you debbie for collecting all this and thank you todd for saving it and thank you todd for sharing it with us all and if you think the collection's amazing already i got a few more things to show you how about perhaps some original props from cleopatra 20th century fox cleopatra starring elizabeth taylor and richard burton yes that is from the movie you can see something is missing from the hands that would have been in there and then this is just absolutely incredible because if you look right here those guard cleopatra's tomb in the movie and there they are the originals how cool is that like i would have them on each side of the entrance of the house you have to worry about the elements getting to them but wow so cool to see something that historic because that movie was a real headache for 20th century fox to time and with that my friends we're going to call it a day i hope you enjoyed this vlog you know this is not the only one that we are going to be doing in fact we're going to make probably three four who knows how many vlogs while we're
