THROUGH THAT AREA THIS MORNING. THAT'S YOUR UPDATE OUT OF STAFFORD STEVE. >> PROTESTERS BACK AT GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY OVERNIGHT, ONE DAY AFTER THE WEEKS LONG ENCAMPMENT WAS CLEARED OUT. >> POLICE QUICKLY DISPERSED THE PROTESTERS LAST NIGHT. FOX FIVE'S MOLLY ALEX, SHE IS BACK LIVE IN NORTHWEST WITH THE LATEST. MELANIE. GOOD MORNING. >> HEY GOOD MORNING GUYS. A QUITE A DIFFERENT SCENE. IT WAS LITERALLY TWO WEEKS AGO TO THE DAY THAT WE FIRST ARRIVED HERE AT GW, WHEN THERE WAS THE ENCAMPMENT SET UP HERE IN THE UNIVERSITY YARD. NOW YOU CAN SEE THE VERY TALL ANTI-CLIMB FENCING AND WHAT YOU'RE HEARING BEHIND US ARE THE SOUNDS OF SOME PRETTY HEAVY CLEANUP THAT IS GOING ON IN THAT YARD. YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THE GUYS, THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS, UNIVERSITY STAFF IN YELLOW WITH THE HEAVY GRAFFITI BLASTERS TRYING TO GET THIS YARD BACK TO NORMAL. THERE WERE SOME SKIRMISHES LAST NIGHT THOUGH, SO THINGS NOT COMPLETELY BACK TO NORMAL. AT LEAST NOT IN THE HEART OF THE PROTESTERS. AS THEY VOWED TO COME BACK. AND LAST NIGHT THEY ABSOLUTELY DID. TAKE A LOOK. WE KNOW THAT NOW. WE KNOW NOT SO. THE CROWD GATHERED AROUND 5 P.M, MEETING NEAR UNIVERSITY YARD AND THEY MARCHED TO THE UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. THEY HELD SIGNS SAYING CEASEFIRE NOW AND LINKED ARMS AS THEY BLOCKED F STREET NORTHWEST BETWEEN 19TH AND 20TH, POLICE OFFICERS FORMED A BICYCLE BLOCKADE ACROSS F STREET, DENYING THE CROWD ACCESS TO THE BLOCK WHERE THE UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT'S RESIDENCE IS. AS NIGHT FELL, THE CROWD STARTED CHANTING ABOUT INTIFADA REVOLUTION. SOME SET UP TENTS, SIGNALING AN INTENTION TO POSSIBLY SET UP ANOTHER ENCAMPMENT. A FEW OTHERS CLIMBED A BRICK ENTRANCE TO A UNIVERSITY BUILDING. AT MIDNIGHT, POLICE GAVE SEVERAL VERBAL WARNINGS TO DISPERSE OR BE SUBJECT TO ARREST, AND MOST OF THE PROTESTERS LEFT PEACEFULLY. NOW, THERE ARE REPORTS THAT AT LEAST ONE PERSON WAS ARRESTED AND WE'RE GETTING AN UPDATE NOW FROM FROM D.C. POLICE. AND THEY DID SAY THAT ONE ARREST WAS MADE. WE BELIEVE IT WAS HERE IN THE AREA OF THE UNIVERSITY YARD, AND WE BELIEVE IT WAS FOR SOME KIND OF A CLASH WITH A POLICE. BUT THAT'S AS FAR AS WE KNOW, JUST ONE PERSON ARRESTED, EVERYBODY ELSE PEACEFULLY DISPERSED, AND WE DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THIS FENCING WAS GOING TO STAY UP HERE. AND WE DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES THESE PROTESTERS PLAN TO COME BACK. THEY SAY THIS IS NOT OVER FOR THEM. SO OF COURSE WE'LL KEEP AN EAR TO IT AND LET YOU KNOW. BUT RIGHT NOW, THE UNIVERSITY
