[Music] stop [Music] [Music] [Music] what's going on guys welcome back to the channel I'm Charles and today I'm gonna take you on a little daily life as a network operating center analyst also known as a NOC analyst so yeah just take you on my my daily routine show you what I do at work some before and a little after make sure y'all like and subscribe and share it to your friends and family I'm not gonna tell you guys heads off so explain your story [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so that is not a financial side snow with Nixon going down okay just going on y'all currently back at home for lunch because you know home-cooked meal is the best kind of meal yeah but you know I just wanted to come in go on a detail about what exactly I do on a day to day basis so as a knock analyst throughout the days monitor the sights and the dashboards just to make sure everything is running smoothly and processing how it should be stores that we manage or up you know connectivity wise you know we provide level 3 support so whenever we have tickets come in work those tickets make sure that all the stores have all the devices up-to-date basically anything with an IP address we help out with connectivity wise so if their site goes down infrastructure goes down at the site room is just bringing them back up I mean the device that they have at the site goes down you learn the system getting it back up as well but my team is starting to really incorporate in our day-to-day is scripting you know automation basically writing scripts to making the tools that we use now a little easier to do our jobs that's not necessarily required for um like a knock position but it would help a lot actually one of the project that I'm working on now is sending a backup connection device to all the sites throughout the region just to make sure that whenever a site does go down in connection will basically be able to have them on a backup so until we can restore their connectivity on forever how long that may be unless they're in an outage or like really bad weather in the area on the at least want them to be able to still work be able to still function I'm actually creating documentation for my team just to go to some processor that were on the budget are implementing I'm about to eat and head back to my office [Music] right now I'm in the back warehouse I got to grab a backup connection device so I can ship it out to a store today one of the things I had on my list to do so when I find one I'll go ahead and set it up and then show a little bit of what's going on [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] you what's going on guys a little update I'm back at home the workday is over for the most part but I might log back on and a little bit just to finish up a couple of things that I miss so I tried to get as much footage for y'all as I could without looking like a crazy person in the office but I hope you guys got the gist of it thank you guys for watching again there's anything more that you guys would like to see from me or the other guys go ahead and leave comments down below don't forget to Like subscribe preciate y'all for watching this video see you on the next one
