[Music] [Music] [Music] thank you foreign [Music] hi everyone so it's it's a real pleasure to be here today and uh today we'll talk a bit more about gaming talk about blockchain and it's a great pleasure uh to welcome Diego Dimitri Kiran today on our conference and we'll talk about blockchain for gaming we will avoid the impact uh in the Creator's economy and clints at the stage uh I'm Vitali I am part of epam epam is a platform protection company and so I lead our given Division and work on a scale of around half a billion players and supported one of the largest AAA Studios and titles over the next course of 45 minutes uh our panelists will share their insights and experiences and share me the lights about the impact of blockchain and shaving the future of gaming and the opportunities it presents for creators uh through the discussion of Hope to gain a little bit deeper understanding of how blockchain can Empower creators and revolutionize the gaming industry uh lovely it's a great pleasure to see you guys we connected it all over the world uh and connect today from uh North Carolina uh Diego uh you connect from Texas Dimitri from uh turkey and Kiran you also connect from uh from Europe part so uh left at the stage uh Diego would you mind to make a quick uh introduction of yourself yeah I'll keep it quick because obviously we want to get to the discussion I'm one of the co-founders of moon Ray we are a melee multiplayer game so essentially PVP strong Esports Focus not a first person shooter it's melee if you know games like for Honor naraka blade Point that's the kind of game we're building we'll have uh the open Alpha later this year I mean obviously it's a web three game so there's nfps um there's going to be a token or your tokenomics all of that sort of worked in as a way to enhance the gameplay Dmitry yeah hi everyone and dimitrisio and co-founder free to play and what we are building is web free infrastructure for web 2 Studios gaming Studios uh what we do is the API for Games built on on real engine or Unity which provides it's a transactional API so imagine a player an end user can purchase some in-game asset like a character or a weapon in form of nft inside the game with his credit card and all this uh done automatically with our system so instant wallets uh like payments like everything uh very smooth and easy for end user that's what we do great thank you Dmitry and Kieran hi guys yeah uh pleasure to be here so my name is Kieran I'm the gaming director at Formula E um I was previously co-founder and CEO at Excel Esports which is the UK's leading gaming and Esports entertainment brand and then I thought I'd go get a proper job for a bit and now I'm essentially an In-House Gaming consultant for um Formula E which is the world's leading electric Motorsport um and yeah uh I have been across that Journey um exposed to obviously the the web 3 world and everything that's developing here um I'd say I'm I'm learning as as I go along but uh but I'm supposed to be the uh the in-house expert here so hopefully I've got some um some good information I can share that's really great and um lovely great so maybe let's start with the with a couple of questions that we have and uh little Diego with you so uh Diego how do you see the creators economy evolving with integration of blockchain Technology and what is the role of decentralization in empowering creators and enabling new revenue streams uh for them yeah yeah so I think certainly blockchain can facilitate Creator economies right to be clear the web 2 world already has Creator economies that are working that are functional I think blockchain makes all of those transactions easier makes the question of ownership of getting you know future revenue streams of the content you create much easier um it to my opinion and I'm biased because we're building you know we're a game five project but I think it's one of the best use cases for blockchain because you've got that question of ownership sorted out the transactions um become much easier so you're able to reward players and not just creators which is I think the way people always think about value creation is I made an NFP I made a level but also just participants like there's value in having the people just play the game take part in the missions things like that and you're able to reward them as well with a tangible reward which you can't do on whether I think that we're on web to excuse me I think that's one of the big things um that blockchain lets you do decentralization component is interesting I do think it helps it Fosters a sense of community obviously it's not necessary right some of the largest content creation platforms today affect all of the largest they're centralized whether it's tick tock Instagram whatever it is um so we know that we can get content creators to take part in a centralized system I do think decentralization when the community owns the project is going to Foster more people to come in I think my advice for anyone who's having a hard time with that decentralization part just figure out you got to be centralized you're building a game you're building a you know D5 protocol whatever it is that's a centralized job get the project running get people started and then worry about decentralization on the back end it'll help with the community but don't trip yourself up over it yeah if I could just jump in there I think the I think the the web 3 world has still got um somewhere to go to convince the I suppose the the traditional AAA Publishers of the value that the tech is going to add to to the gaming experience um I think if you look at you know World of Warcraft which is getting my place in 2007 um you know they've found a way through web2 to create a kind of fully um circular you know economy through through web too right with the use of wow tokens Etc um so I think that you know the industry has still got a bit of a way to go to convince um yeah convince Publishers Etc where the value ad is right like where how how are we ultimately making the experience better for the community and the players um and I think there are some use cases I just I don't know if everyone's doing a good enough job at the moment of explaining those um but yeah it's uh just the right I'd chip in with my my two pets there with you guys and I think that in future and this process has already started uh Triple A titles and web to gaming Studios will uh will integrate some parts of web free and decentralization like uh providing real ownership of in-game assets uh to their players and uh also I think that uh that topic like digital identity uh which will provide anyone to use his metamask or crypto wallet with some nft as your avatar like 3D avatar and 3D image which you can use inside not just games but different metaverses and different websites from paying taxes to purchasing some foods with delivery and to your lovely Games like World of Warcraft Etc and all this uh can really happen based on blockchain infrastructure and even now so I see some parts of this happening inside of different games or platforms simultaneously but in different parts of the world and like games and metaverses but sometimes I believe the big players will take it all on all together and make it all happen and I love the ideology that maybe you know the xla company is the daughter of quite big company exola uh they're building something like metaverse and they believe in Revenue share Economy based on nft decentralized ownership which will provide any Creator uh with the ability to make revenue from all that he has done for the game uh wherever he was uh like always with warranty based on the blockchain so no one can just steal it and do something with their things and that's great I think great which I think so it's a really good point so uh I think next stuff is everyone is talking about it right now it's it's all about gen Ai and uh it's happened it's gained a lot of attention over the last a little couple of months uh people talk about it for years and Jenny has gained attention as a tool for Content creation and gaming and how can gen AI be integrated into blockchain games and what the advantages does it bring to both developers and players uh Kira maybe let's start with you what do you think about that and uh what's your opinion yes I was speaking to this about this to someone the other day and the question I was asked was do you think that and games will be released in the future which will be pretty sort of blank and white paper and then you know gen AI will look into this person and create a game that is perfect for them specifically now super interesting question kind of blew me away I didn't really know how to answer it but I think you know the the point here is geni Gen AI can create some real personalization of experiences right so I think whilst I I don't think necessarily his question is it will happen I think because what that misses is if you're all kind of playing your own games it misses that Community element which is one of a lot of us play you know games for um you know that kind of social side of it but I do think we'll start to see games that incorporate it to create levels of personalization for players um which you know could be down to just Cosmetics but I think realistically it'll probably go deeper than that into sort of storylines and experiences um I mean think like think about like doing a Dungeons and Dragons campaign where it's actually gen AI you know creating the storyline and that's got way more information about you as a person you as a character could make it way more interesting for you um that could be cool so that's that's sort of where I see it go okay I'll jump in quickly just on the developer's side since we're game developers um I think it really the potential for AI in game development is tremendous right now there's a concept of a triple a studio big budget you know thousands of people on staff um and that's what you need to achieve high quality already with tools like Unreal Engine Unity you're seeing that change a little bit we're small Indie Studios can actually develop incredible content you know to compete with the big studios I think AI is going to enhance that even further we're already using mid-journey to come up with concept art the problem is then you still got a rig it there's a whole process from the concept art to getting it in the game that is still you know manual let's call it I think AI is going to streamline that and you know create the concept art skin it rig it put it in the game all automatically or much more automated and again it just means that a smaller team can build a better game and I think I mean we watch GDC you know a month ago whenever it was in San Francisco the number of good games I'm not going to say tremendous blow your stocks off games you know there's still something about storytelling and things that you know make a game really really good but just a just a solid game everyone's creating them right it's a very competitive space and tools like AI are going to mean that even more people are able to jump in and create good content that people are going to be willing to play so I think it does revolutionize things a bit on the game developer side we haven't seen the full potential yet you know obviously we're still on that path but no it's getting competitive and it's getting crowded in terms of the ability to create content yeah absolutely I I agree and I've seen with my own eyes several products which uh I believe using me Journey maybe too and they generate some characters and not playing characters very fast and very good quality even now so this might cut the costs of gaming Studios like tenfolds and it just great it's uh it's unbelievable result so maybe we will see even more games coming up each year maybe we will see we will see more quality games coming up from smaller Studios into AAA so this will uh this will go through all the markets and make it easier to build more quality more interesting more engaging gaming experience for the players well I'm just in in well in business school I was talking to one of the founder of a midsize studio and he's sending me a code snippet and started by AI yesterday I quit the game like literally in 10 minutes for this I have to do like mid developers I can work on it for last like months and a half I'll be like okay I got it so what we're going to do next I mean we don't know but the whole point that uh the content creation and the game question was way faster will it is it better for players probably yes is it cheaper probably yes we'll create a better games likely yes too so we'll see how it will impact but that's some of the things that all of us needs to keep an eye on just to add to that sorry I'd say I'm less fussed about the cost cutting just because I don't want it develop aside and I'm more about sort of the community and the you know full-facing piece but what it will do is you know when you used to play Gears of War and you had a choice of going left or right like you might have a choice to do a lot more things and the game will kind of adapt to what you do right like that's that and that makes the experience so much better for players so yeah there was if everyone saw it in video the CEO of Nvidia he did a talk recently and it was uh NPC character but the conversation was AI generated so it wasn't just the script and every time you meet the character they say the same thing it was adapted hey how was your last mission how was you know and it just little things like that are going to be so much more interesting every time you meet an NPC he knows what you did previously and he's sending you on your way again with you know with new things instead of you touch the same guy and it's the same little bubble with the same words and you're like okay so things like that are going to enhance gameplay tremendously looks like you can play for some hours just with this single NPC and it's very interesting and exciting yeah yeah open world fun things uh cool uh I think some of the things we also wanted to talk uh it's it's also some of the things about the uh also the monetization uh if it's possible and what can be applied to the decentralized finance and the gaming so okay A couple of years ago game five emerged and as a fusion for gaming pedestal Finance so how does GameFly impact the Creator's economy and what opportunities does it provide to creators to monetize their work now with the millions of people are trying to create a Content they use right now they use ufn for fortnite they can use Roblox tools or Minecraft more and more games will have an open uh Creator economy so let's talk about this maybe Dimitri let's start with you so what's your opinion about that and how it will level over the next couple of years uh first of all I think blockchain is a good like database for any transactions uh as as we know uh blockchain is used even for somewhat uh exchange transactions when you have a lot of per second uh transactions uh written on the blockchain and all the uh all they can be like transparent you can find any information you want and I think it's good for gaming first of all uh let's imagine a triple a game with like millions of players uh and they have a lot of transactions and a lot of in-game assets and uh there is a lot of uh like black markets dark markets of these in-game assets and gaming Studios lose a lot of money on this uh dark marketplaces but when you have the blockchain and everything is transparent and you have the only one smart contract which provides all these abilities to buy I sell like rent or just send it to your friend and get it back then a game developer can control all the markets and I think it's good because there will be less fraud or maybe zero fraud uh for for the players they will be better retention of the players more like uh more likes from the end users of this game uh so I see a lot of potential in the blockchain in its structure in its transparency in its absolutely warranty of uh ownership of the asset that you have purchased or earned inside the game itself uh that's where the future for games and I think all we from players to the game studios just need to be more Brave and try experiments and do it that's all and it's called Diego yeah I I also think you know so content creation obviously I think that's a very good use case for blockchain we also see it um you know we call it value Creation in general so you're not creating assets but you do create value think of an Esports player he's playing whatever it is that you know web 3 game wins a big tournament he can sell those assets he can sell the Avatar he used you can sell the weapons he used it's almost like sports memorabilia um except that that market has like 80 fraud and in our Market will know that that's the asset that he used so it opens up a whole new Revenue stream for a lot of Esports guys streamers same thing you stream a game and then you can sell the assets that you use during the stream millions of people watched things like that I think the ability to capture value in new ways I think people haven't really thought it through yet but it's going to you're going to see people you know entrepreneurs kind of going out there and trying these new revenue streams I think that's a very interesting thing to keep an eye on yeah just just to build a Diego was saying that um completely agree and what you know we're going to use the word value a lot here and but when we're talking about like adding value to the to the player base one of the biggest bits of value that that this is adding is actually the attribution of value of their items right so um the the digital items that there for instance are going back to World of Warcraft some of the most um you know rare items in the game the legendary items you can't trade with anyone and therefore you can't really put a put a value on them if you can if that every item is tradable and you can put a value on it but also and I think this is the really important bit you can see the history of where that item has been um that creates so much more value for the player because if asman gold is selling you know an item like everyone's gonna want that item if you can see it was owned by him at one point right and so that just creates a cool um yeah memorabilia piece through gaming um obviously Esports as well but just more broadly just gaming I think it's um it creates a really cool kind of memorabilia chain that we haven't been able to have in the past yeah just tracking like one of the things we want to do is we're going to track kills so you know you can buy a sword that has a thousand kills by an avatar that you know its record is 500 and oh right undefeated attitude just things like that people will go for it and be interested in it um and I think that you know good players you don't just have to enter some big tournament to win prize money Esports guys on this side can do these things and have another Revenue stream so yeah and kind of just a few words here I think that infrastructure is evolving very fast too like uh like an example the immutable X blockchain providing zero gas fees for transactions and especially for games it's just great and I believe that there will be more and more crypto wallets uh made especially for players for in-game assets nfts avatars and something like that and that's perfect that's uh these basements will help a lot of gaming Studios to build on its uh very good products that's really good I think moving slowly to another part of our discussion it's about the assets so actually with the rise of Greater economies how can blockchain and Technology enhance the ownership and control that creators have all their digital assets and what impact does this have on their ability to monetize and collaborate future on uh maybe Diego uh maybe let's start with you and then we'll switch to Kieran I mean I think we've talked about it right it's the two types of value creation let's say you know the people who actually create an nft that cannot be used in game or create a level or you know however the game is structured that the creators can can participate and then it's just value from participation playing the levels using you know leveling up an avatar and then being able to sell it um that kind of ownership that you can then go out to some Marketplace and trade it you know and it's clean and it's not like you said it's not the dark web where it's not just the studios that lose money a lot of players get ripped off in those as well right having that certainty that what I'm buying is what I think I'm getting and the transaction you know will go through I think that just gives you know it helps the community because everything's above board nothing's you know no one's sneaking around everyone knows what's going on I think it just in general helps the entire ecosystem of that game um so it really yeah and it facilitates transactions as well I think it's you know credit cards things like that if you've got a wallet and you're sending things to a wallet and it's on the blockchain you can see the transaction again all those all those little things help create confidence that uh that everything that's going on is legitimate I just got to send a live chat comment by Dominic that says Leroy Jenkins boots used during the infamous dungeon run which yes uh those Infamous boots that have tried on a lot of welps would be worth probably quite a bit of money and some taste Market I would imagine great example um just uh I thought about the Heritage and inheritance of different assets which you earned inside games uh when you keep them on the blockchain even if the game itself like cease to exist uh you will keep them all and I believe that in the future uh we can use that same Avatar or same in-game assets on different platforms and different games uh and that's interesting uh because you can use you can see your like crypto wallet with different in-game assets as your own treasury as your own like saving account but your assets now are not just stocks and bonds but some assets that you earned inside your lovely games and uh from time to time like year by year the best it really will grow up and that means that maybe in 10 or 20 years even if you're even if you're a mature player a mature gamer not a pro player uh you will have some capital and you can sell it and maybe even buy a house or for this like long-term period yeah maybe it sounds futuristic now but who knows uh so the blockchain is is great uh maybe even like cyberpunk uh style blackout can make it uh not happen but uh until the transaction uh was written on the blockchain it will exist forever and that's great Okay cool so uh I think some of the other parts that uh we talk to talk about it in a bit about the personalized experiences uh for players uh by uh using gen AI so uh maybe let's do that with this question how can this General technology utilize for enhancing gameplay and create unique in-game content tailored to individual preferences uh Kieran what do you think uh what's your opinion about that yeah I think we touched upon it earlier with um you know the idea that you could uh spend you know hours with one NPC because you could take that NPC on you know your own journey and that NPC learns more about you and the gameplay just becomes way more like intuitive and interesting for you because it feels you know really relevant as opposed to walking up to an NPC and you're not supposed to be quite at that point in the storyline yet and they're saying stuff that you have no idea what what they're talking about right so right whereas in this case you might come to NBC and they say Hey you haven't done all this stuff like what are you what are you playing at like you don't talk to me you need to talk to this guy or whatever right so it's just like stuff like that which will make games so much more intuitive to play um and I think you know one of the most frustrating things for any gamer especially in like a storyline based game um is when they lose where they're at in the storyline or like they don't feel like the storyline flows necessarily correct um and yeah if the game has a I suppose a a flowing storyline then there's no right way to play it you kind of play it how you play it um which I think it would be awesome for for those those sorts of games um I don't know from like a multiplayer perspective maybe it's more like it's more cosmetic at that point I don't know but um but yeah maybe some other people got better better ideas than me yeah I think from from a multiplayer perspective so right now there is you can procedurally generate levels but the quality isn't really all that great I think it falls short of Triple A quality we actually started looking at that and then our art director was like no I'm not putting this out there this is it's not good enough right so like okay we're not going to do that but the idea like right now you know pubg any of those multiplayer games um Battle Royale or Arena type games you're launching into the same level every time right and maybe there's a patch and update and they have a new level that comes out but then you're playing that same level over and over and managing management parachuting into a new level every time because you're generating something with AI That's new and unique every single time you'll have the ability to do that and to have the quality that triple a quality that I think is missing right now so I think again it's you get a unique experience every time and I think that'll be interesting to players maybe on a certain team this is sort of a desert level okay fine but you change where the valleys and the rivers and the dunes are and then you know you have to kind of learn it every time as you go I think that in the future uh a lot will go around of the personification and personal experience and I think the easiest method to make it happen with generative AI is just to parse uh the players social webs like Facebook or Instagram or maybe some Messengers and find your lovely soundtracks from there and put it in your game on some I don't know exciting levels or come into a boss or something else uh bars photos with your friends and maybe making some NPC characters looking much like the people you really love or just know inside your real life and it may dramatically change the user experience on that level and with the Technologies we have in repossessed now uh it looks like like very close to happen to to come to reality and it it might be scary a little bit a lot of questions with uh like personal data right and something like that but uh again some Brave entrepreneurs will try to do it I believe it and we will see something like that uh come to real life soon and that's cool and also we're switching between like every time between Creator economy and also blockchain and also the gamification so uh and game five so we talk we start touching a bit about the game fine it's also incorporates as a play to earn models and how does this shift the Dynamics of the Creator economy and what challenges and opportunities does it present for both creators uh and players so Dimitri if you finished the previous uh question maybe we'll start with you in this case so what's your opinion about that and uh how is it the shift in Creator economies and Plato models over time uh I think maybe we have already touched this question and and talked about it uh so the blockchain itself uh is a big uh database as I see it it's a good infrastructure for making transactions and keeping all that data forever and make it transparent and providing uh uh ownership rights to everyone so that's maybe the basics uh which we all should know and keep in mind when building something on the blockchain uh for me uh like personally I don't really believe too much in uh in Webster games like play to earn mechanics because the economy model is very questionary but when a game like a classical webto game uh will interact and integrate some solutions from web free space uh keeping in mind that basic components of true ownership of transparency of uh keeping the data and keeping it fully transparent for all uh you can use it for good uh like I have already mentioned that uh you can just uh stop uh the black marketplaces of in-game assets uh taking your revenue from you just at once uh making a smart contract letting your players trade on these smart contracts just using some blockchain layer with zero gas price and everyone will be happy so it's uh like gian's paradigm shift for gaming world I think I like what Dimitri's saying now I'm just going to build upon that because I I don't like the the play to earn uh piece uh at all personally like for me it completely takes away from the whole purpose of creating a video game right it's played to have fun it's played to come back and enjoy it and enjoy the experience now if whilst you do that you can earn digital items that you know have a value and you understand how much they are valued at that's fine that's great that's just more information for the players that's value-add that makes sense that any game that describes itself as a play to end game is probably a rubbish game like in my opinion so um yeah I don't I don't like it we saw this the first wave of game five was really a lot of D5 protocols with a game bolted on top and instead of staking the token your avatar went to do whatever little thing and then you've got a yield on the token but it really was just a D5 protocol the games themselves you weren't getting paid to play them you wouldn't play them I think the new wave of games it's much more gameplay first we're seeing web 2 Studios not in the US where it's still sort of blockchain has cut the Norms like the way but in Asia there's a lot of web 2 Studios that are starting to incorporate web3 into their web 2 games it's a game that people want to play and it's like okay how can we make the blockchain enhance the gameplay and I think that's where you know the industry's moving and if people keep that in mind gameplay first the blockchain enhances that it provides an ownership model maybe you know some interesting missions and the blockchain can be a part of it keep that in mind I think we're going to have better games but yeah 18 months ago you looked at the game that were in the market and it was like oh man how will anyone ever play these things and a lot of people did and I think that's the reality yeah that's I I can agree more about that so we play video games just because we like to have fun and we would like to make another 10 or 20 or 50 dollars by playing that so and uh that's nothing else to say uh cool another part is about the Creator economy so Creator economy are really relies on community engagement and collaboration so how does blockchain Tech Foster a sense of community ownership and encourage collaborating between creators and players uh within the ecosystem uh Diego maybe let's start with you so what's your opinion about that I think we're solution between questions we talk about the same every time we're trying to go deeper and deep yeah no it's interesting looking at the community and we didn't touch it a little bit but you know we'll focus on it um you have that decentralized model it doesn't have to be fully decentralized obviously we're developing the game that's a centralized function right we have game devs where they're all working it's not like the community just gets to say hey code it this way right you're never going to build a game that way um but having that blockchain component having the decentralization giving the community a bigger sense of ownership in the game they have assets um that you know will be worth something maybe if the game succeeds will be worth less if the game fails you know I think it's you know we succeed or fail together having a community that has that sense is immensely helpful for games and you get that with blockchain used to be wag me but I think with the crypto winter we realize that no we're not all gonna make it unfortunately but you can still have that sense that hey guys you know you get to you get a little slice of ownership of this game um we can give you that through the blockchain you can sell it someday if you decide you want to move on that's fine but while you own it and you participate you can help the entire ecosystem grow and get something out of it I think that's a very strong incentive for Community participation that isn't there in web 2 games right now cool uh the Kieran Dmitry and it comes from your side we have a couple of questions from the audience too just just I've seen some games trying to create like um where land masses or buildings are like part owned by different people in the community and I suppose that's a way where you can bring different players together to sort of work on a project together because they own different parts of the same same project that's kind of cool I think I can see some some cool stuff coming out of that um you know I work in Formula E we're talking about like having tracks where different parts of the track are owned by different people and you know they've got to keep you know the upkeep of the track for instance and yeah I think there's some cool stuff that potentially can can come out of that um but not not too much more to add uh I like how fast sometimes communities uh come around some interesting gaming projects I think it's it's like a very good speed and also I'm Keen off nft utilities and uh this uh like things uh link to marketing campaigns uh when you have a community and you issue some nfts and you provide the real utility like getting a discount in your Nike shop or uh like some entrance to VIP level of the game uh and so on and that things that are going all together with uh Community uh which provides support to such like marketing campaigns and sharing work to each other about different things uh interesting things and interesting opportunities inside the games not sometimes uh not always economic opportunities but just interesting as Diego said uh we all keep playing games because we love them we don't want to earn some money inside gameplay uh that's what I like about the communities the spread world is really fast the speed is very fast and like thanks to blockchain I think uh I think it happened because the blockchain projects uh like uh Gathering a lot of interest from the first uh players first communities and then just go next let's go we have a couple of questions for the audience and only five minutes left but let's try to cover them at least partially and feel free guys to pick up any questions you want so uh one of the question is uh Alexander asks how does blockchain games ensure that game developers cannot manipulate gameplay or given Fair advantages to certain players or developers I think Diego you're yeah there's an easy answer to that what do you think yeah it does it doesn't realistically it doesn't you know there's nothing to stop you know our lead Dev from giving himself god mode going into the game and just whooping everyone you got to remember people talk about oh what chain is your game on no good game no true game is on a blockchain you have the game code it's built on Unity Unreal Engine whatever it is and then you've got the blockchain that helps the economy you know helps payments whatever it is Fosters creation but the blockchain itself can't stop shenanigans on this side of of the development world so unfortunately that's one thing that I don't think blockchain can do yeah and and you know because you're adding value to all these items you are going to have people you know rich people that are going to pile the best items or at least you know maybe it's not the best items maybe it's just the best looking items right and it's just cosmetic but um that would be ideal um but certainly they're going to buy the you know the best items and hey that's uh that's capitalism so that's where we are yeah I was muted yeah even if we're talking about a clear web free game like later on title uh which was uh built on a smart contract 100 uh then okay you need to be a developer a little bit just to read the smart contract and understand that game is not tricking you maybe this is a way that will help but uh it looks like futuristic for a lot of the players which are not possessed such skills so but usually yeah I agree with the Diego that uh the best games are built on Unreal Engine and unity and uh uh they don't have too much touch with smart contracts on the gameplay side some economy and transactional site yeah of course uh if if they have a pre mechanics yeah it's cool uh so uh one of the last questions so uh and it's Community question so what are the most interesting blockchain projects to join as a developer right now so that's probably there are hundreds of them or dozens of them but in your guys opinion what may be something that the top three at least so is this where everyone I would like their own projects is that one yeah yeah obviously ours obviously ours and then and then to next I mentioned already I think that immutable X is a good protocol layer 2 of ethereum for gaming uh I think it's the feature of games at least who wants to have touch with the blockchain and web free and maybe some crypto wallets for the players is also an interesting Niche now in in the blockchain and in gaming when the player can keep all the avatars and in-game assets and easily trade it with their friends uh that's my personal opinion I would love to build some of the products if someone will ask me where would you go to do what will your next slide project all right that's really great oh we have two minutes left and uh so maybe like maybe on the closing notes uh looking ahead for how do we see the envisioning of uh create our economy generative AI any potential uh gamification or game fight that can evolve in the future so what kind of opportunities and Innovations we do you guys foresee in these areas so what can be the next next big thing uh in uh blockchain and gaming uh right now I think that's an interesting question I mean I'll pick two examples you know you've got games like eluvium which have a very sort of let's call it robust tokenomics model you can stake they've got Landis three games in one that component's very big then you've got games like br1 which I love the Simplicity you pay one soul to join you get paid for everyone you kill um and that's it like the tokenomic model is about as simple as it can be right so you got those two bookends everybody else is going to fall somewhere in the middle I don't know what's going to succeed with players probably there's multiple versions um you know the multiple models that can work I think it remains to be seen I do just caution people don't let the blockchain take over the game right we saw what that looks like it's not great build a good game first the blockchain supports that in whatever way you know you have that you want to do your tokenomics and then it's you got to test it in the market I think AI all those tools they're great they'll help you develop but again it's not going to build the game for you you still have to get out there and build it and figure out what you want to do great I think oh yeah Dimitri yeah any closing notes yeah uh if you're talking like from business angle I think they that businesses which will provide AI generated content in some form uh like non-playing characters levels of of Games Etc is a very interesting uh things which uh game studios need now uh maybe some infrastructure which will provide creators and players and game developers with the easy transactions and revenue share between these in-game assets and the microtransactions happening on the blockchain between different games uh maybe some infrastructure that will provide opportunity for the player and any end user actually to use their personal Avatar which he's keeping in his meta mask in form of nft uh to login into any web page any website any game Etc uh I I would probably see uh in these fields yeah thank you my my simple closing note is I just want to play a game that I really enjoy and want to keep playing that has web 3 technology embedded into it because I have not done that yet but I'm looking forward to doing that I love it I think that was a great closing comments thank you everyone for uh joining our stream today uh we have tons of nice sessions uh after this one so enjoy have fun and thank you participants uh thank you Kieran Dimitri and Diego for joining thank you for having us thank you thank you [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] thank you hi Alexandra Alexandra I don't hear you uh your microphone is muted uh Alexandra I don't hear you Alexandra I'm here oh yes hello oh yeah uh yes I'm not sure why that keeps happening um so um as I was trying to say welcome to day four of blockchain community today's 2023. I'm Alexander marginano I will be your host for today's session on metaverse psychology before we dive in I'd like to remind you that the session is recorded the recording will be available a week from now talk will last for 45 minutes um q a session to be held in the last 5 10 15 minutes however much we will have left uh feel free to share your comments and insights in the chat upvote the most interesting questions if there's a multitude of the of them we'd really appreciate that you do about the ones uh you like and now that I got that out of the way I'm happy to introduce you today to Anna grin the founder of mayam luxury fashion metaverse business and entertainment virtual space of infinite Beauty and eternal use with 20 years experience in the fashion industry Anna is an expert in creating personal avatars digital apparel virtual fashion shows and fashion spaces Anna green thank you for joining us today the floor is yours hi Alexandra glad to be a part of this event today as you see I performed by my personal Avatar and I'm going to talk about human's Behavior inside the virtual spaces and how blockchain can help us to create long-term interesting relationships within the metaverse let me show my presentation one moment please um one moment I don't see my presentation no not here oh I see it finally uh yeah is it okay do you see my presentation Alexander tell me something I don't see it really uh I share with my uh with my screen oh yeah somebody see it great okay let's start sex on the city yeah uh since 2019 I'm engaged in creation of virtual copies of people uh and in the work process I had revealed many interesting lore which I want to share with you now my conclusion will also be based not only the experience of our studio but also on the study of a large number of sorts of reports from game deaf and social networks a good thing this industry is at least a couple of decades old it's not secret that in um any internet spaces we present ourselves as a kind of virtual personality which is not a hundred percent reflection of our real self but there's a mix of reality and like me now and our ideal imagination of ourselves uh and the metaverse's idea continues this trend uh avatars what is it the concept of avatars come from Hinduism and means the Incarnation image or appearance of a deity or Spirit on Earth in the modern context of digital worlds and meta world the navatar is embodiment of a user in the virtual reality meta verses without the person are dead spaces a person and his virtualized Ringo is the main element of virtual reality creating our own digital character is largely based on the psychology of our self-presentation and we do it not only in Virtual spaces or social networks but in the real world we also try to present ourselves in the best possible way but in the reality uh we are limited by so many physical aspects and in the virtual space Not only only by our imagination on one hand this gives us wide opportunities and on the other hand huge space for fakes and speculations uh let's dive into psychology there was one guy remembered as a jolly he's a psychologist who introduced the concept of of sub-personalities and by observing his patient he derived a certain button that explains the relationship between us and our alter ego according to his theory if we identify with certain things we naturally become to depend on them and at the same time if we take something Beyond of our identity we can easily change that content simply put it is one thing to give someone advice about how they should live their life and another thing to change our own life we know how much harder that is and it turns out that little was a kind of like this interesting reality that allows us to be or not to be at the same time 19 and 20 centuries and died in 1974 but his theory of sub-personalities is perfectly superimposed on the modern reality of the internet world it turns out that uh that uh by identifying ourselves with the character we pump ourselves up in a playful way uh with any fuck-ups also happening with us falling on the shoulders of our character very convenient I I think um scientists have already digitized how we choose or create avatars for ourselves I went through some reports that explore this experience and want to share with you the highlights this theories are based on several Concepts that play key role in defining one's virtual alter ego first self-expression and identity and identity theories focus on how people use avatars to express the Avail individuality and values and to identify or pick out themselves from certain social group on all communities these translates uh into choice of style of one's character their strong skills or all model and game uh second part is social comparison and group dynamics theories a look at how people use avatars to compare themselves to others and how they are influenced by the norms and expectation of their social group and community uh it is more about the player's internal experience and feeling as they play the game or acceptance are not acceptance but they have util community there is an observation that some users unable to dominate in the real world try to fulfill this need and virtual reality and often this has negative consequence for other players for example uh when older users manipulatively engage the younger players and tasks devoid of moral or ethnical standards we know a lot of these cases and third self-esteem and self-regulation theories focus on how people use avatars to protect and enhance their self-esteem and confidence as well as to satisfy the basic psychological needs for autonomy competence or leadership in general uh all these theories suggest that people choose avatars that reflect their own desired in the identities values our social status they Aspire tool as well as that help them to navigate and feed on the society that not them us I should say us of course and games where it's possible to customize the Avatar more than 60 percent of users create an avatar similar to themselves but improving on their original qualities like me for example more than 80 percent of social media users show Society embellished life and use apps to retouch their photos I'm sure we all fall into this category surprisingly that gives users more self-confidence in these qualities are transferred by the person in real life that is creating the virtual image of oneself like a superhero helps him to relieve shyness and introversion in the real life I mentioned both that the virtual worlds are when used properly can be such training before reality and can be compared to the training of airliner pilots who first practice their skills in an airplane simulator before being put in the real machine uh science has already given this special name the protels effect and it is idea that people's digital avatars or personality can influence on our offline Behavior the term was introduced in 2007 based on the Greek myth of bratels who could change his appearance as well the concept was applied to the way people present themselves in a digital space through their Avatar accidentally the creators of online games keep fairly accurate statistic on user behavior in the virtual environment and scientists have not failed to take advantage of this and digitize further human behavior in the real world for example May on behalf behave more confidently if when they use a dollar or more muscular avatars in VR I can confirm this with my experience after I create my personal Avatar which you see it now by presenting her with such an ideal version of myself my self-esteem went up and I started to feel much more confident in the real world I had the kind of imprinting where the image of my avatar is so deeply embedded in my memory that when I imagined myself that Perfect Image emerges in my mind moreover people behave more friendly if their Avatar some more attractive and others noticed it the effect words Works uh um the other way as well the people reported more negative and aggressive thoughts after their Avatar were dressed and sat and exact outfit or the if they had to be a negative character or kill a lot of people uh but people with more dominant and confident avatars also tend to be more assertive and confident in real life uh in the Avatar user constantly received positive feedback if attention from the others in the virtual world they may develop a more positive self-image as a result on the other hand negative or dismissive interaction can damage a person's self-esteem uh humans are social creatures but uh while uh but while in the real world There is almost no chance to make a first impression twice in the virtual world the chance are there this data is so interesting that I think it is could be used in Psychotherapy or personal drone training for example since it is easiest and the least traumatic experience but unfortunately not all data is so cloudiness as I have told you here and there are two sides to every coin and the uncontrolled use of avatars and Virtual Worlds quite often attracts people with various mental deviations manipulators prone to destructive actions and because Avatar helps to hide by bad intention children or careless users often fall into the straps uh somebody is probably familiar with Roblox Brothers where children fall into or neuro-linguistic programming or simple money related fraud all of these things that lead to mental trauma for children and teens or a lot of money or accounts and accounts or property these are usually hidden by developers but the mid and the media or the public but that doesn't make them any less so and here I see a great solution using blockchain to identify one less and accumulative digital reputation how can it work with Alex told us last year we all know nft that allowed us to get ownership of virtual things but there are things there are things in the world that cannot be solved such as our look our achievements or reputation we can buy yourself clothes or car or object or objects of art but we cannot sell our knowledge by transferring it from our head to someone else we cannot self our sport medals or our status in society in the last year announced uh southbound token as a tool for accumulating and presenting one's achievements the creators of the SBT uh this is short of southbound token you know the creators of SBT a concept wrote the white paper titled decentralized Society the search of Seoul web3 where they uh outlines the basic of fully decentralized Society driven by its users and house how and how Salman talking can function as a credential that we use in our daily life SBT will allow people to build a verifiable with web 3 digital reputation based on our past action and experience now if you are not familiar with this document I highly suggest you to read that it is on the public domain uh it lays out a lot of users but for SBT but in the context of today topics uh SBT is the best tool for people to preserve accumulate and present the your reputation and virtual world uh so um according that document is a con um is the account or cryptocurrency valid uh containing southbound stocking attached to it uh each of them is attached to some live situation uh for example to avatars and different worlds uh it can be you issued as a document confirming user skills experience or achievements uh a person is expected to accumulate these token for the rest of his life uh each each one confirms some experience skills achievement social connection and so on this is really reminds them is a theory concept of the soul is receptacle uh all-person goods and bad Deeds or accumulated Karma the concept admits that SBT can be released by the individual himself but then they would have no more value there than a personal blocker or a line on the resume tokens issued by other Souls uh would become much more valuable for example it could be a token issued by University that confirms a degree or a token issued by the metaverse to accumulate to accumulate uh all the behavior in that space companies and that organization would be able to verify a person's seniority with token and serve as a letter of recommendation at the same time I personally created the artwork or text also can be validated with tokens but I think in this nft is more suitable here in my opinion um SBT is exactly what is missing in the metaverses because when meeting a person in the virtual space each of us cannot be a 100 sure that behind the Avatar there is a person who can be trusted and without trust it is very difficult to build a healthy Society this album talking is a natural regulator of relationship because the level of trust comes from any outside organization or from the people and most importantly SBT cannot be sold and if avatars are issued by SBT are those reputation will be confirmed by other people when we will have much better chance to reveal the centralized society that we are all striving for today um everything I just told you about uh was the basic of our project Miami uh it is a virtual world of infinite Beauty and eternal youth which allows users to order from the artist a unique Avatar the best version of yourself not from the Constructor but with the truly individual approach uh buy fancy outfits have fun with your friends get fantastic emotions and also educate yourself meet the best ambassadors of your of humanity in their ideal Incarnation uh in our virtual Club all avatars are released as SBT which increase trust between users and allows us to build healthy social connections um that's all guys if you have any insights or question you'd like to share in the process I'd be happy to answer them uh if you're interested in to become a part of our virtual club with custom avatars digital fashion fancy environment or maybe investing in the my metaverse um uh keep my contacts uh that's all yes I'm back um Alexandra your microphone is muted oh a microphone Alexandra your microphone was muted again uh can you hear me now or not yes yes I hear you now great I'm not sure what this shenanigan with the mute is but thank you so much Adam um we can start the Q a session so uh I did spot one question in the oh yeah I see the question yeah uh-huh uh yep just for our audience uh to also know it uh will smart contractor creators be specialists in demand for the metaverse um I think it is already you don't think so uh you know I I'm the teacher in one School uh who is uh teaches um a 3D 3D designers and uh we have a very huge community of good guys who is creating um Avatar's digital fashion environment and so on uh and I know a lot of guys who is blockchain developers so I think it is already okay great um another question um over the past year dozens of metaverses have appeared what are three fundamental differences between ma'am and the rest what's your uniqueness um uh is a virtual private club we are not for all only for respectable VIP audience and we provide this is first uh private club uh second we provide high quality graphic private service and safety and the third um we offer not only communication but also premium entertainment such as virtual karaoke for example uh in which you can appear in a general way where you can feel and sing like a world star golf courses for games and easier Communications um for more urgent users fantastic car racing and adult entertainment all of this make us different from the other meta worlds with cartoony graphics and obscure community awesome thank you for your answer um and another one what have you decided on the use of sbte for your avatars and not nfts by invested in an avatar I'd like to monetize it in the future but I cannot sell SVT in the process um many people wants to monetize or monetize everything you know um we are building our virtual Club not on not for speculations and Miami itself is a value of for to the Comfort by our community that um that is formed around us um you will be able to monetize your club membership through new contacts um networking uh interesting common project with our members uh and the quick access to the club from anywhere in the world this is uh very valuable in our time so but you cannot sell your avatar at all oh right and uh I think this will be the last question is none others show up uh how can I join your virtual club uh what is the price um we have three participation packages uh for investors um this is package start from fifteen thousand dollars um you get the shared of the company uh a personal Avatar and the lifetime access to an entertainment in Miami and the ability to influence uh development of the platform uh second package is business uh cost uh seven thousand dollars uh you get an avatar a wardrobe it says to meet ups education programs entertainment for a year Uh custom four hundred dollars uh you've got the Avatar wardrobe it says to open meetings uh ability to stream the avatar on The Social Network like I do now um and if you are a luxury brand or already United Business Club or something else uh or Community maybe and want to be presented in our space we also have the offer for you um please contact me and to discuss the details um that's it okay thank you so much Anna for all your presentation and for being with us today um I'm looking at the chats um we still have time guys so if you want to shoot with questions you're very free to do so going once huh twice I think that will be it for today um thank you for your presence for your presentation your avatar is very beautiful and very colorful and I like it oh thank you and uh and thank you oh we can we can discuss we can discuss uh some some things from my presentation with you if you have if we have time maybe you want to ask me some more questions um sure we do have the time uh I was wondering um if uh most of the things that you can do are related to entertainment um how much variety is there for that and how is that entertainment regulated because you've also mentioned that um people with certain problems or manipulators are there in the metaverse so I was wondering how you account for that in Mayhem how do you make sure everybody is secure from that perspective I hope my question makes sense yeah yeah I I got it uh so uh all the entertainment um um is like nft so you can buy nft ticket you can buy nfts it's uh something like this uh about um security uh I'm I I cannot answer the uh you um the exact uh I cannot find the exact question because I'm not a developer but um if some Community comes to our metaverse and want to uh to have some office in our metaverse uh they put we put their office in on their servers so it is not keep on our server that's why um they have their own uh Place uh put in a line on their own their own service that's why um we can keep security inside some Community if it is open space for everybody so we use the SBT for avatars for people to to make people uh recognize each other if you meet somebody in the space you can recognize um you or somebody else and be sure that you talk to uh that guy who who you expected to to talk so and um all the assets um you will have like nft so you can you you cannot sell your avatar but you can sell your dress or tickets or car or something else I see thank you yeah I think that is the one question that I had that okay what I was curious about uh just one last look at the chat stand all right so we do have one question that came up and it is are there any similar metaverses like yours I I I I didn't know I don't know any similar meta verses like a private club no I don't I don't see um we are unique now how did you come up with this idea um I used to work with VIPs um already 20 years and I know all these all the pain so their thoughts maybe that's why I'm I decided to create some space for a VIP and because you know they choose um exact restaurants um it's places to have a rest or something else they they choose things where nobody else except that Community that's why I decided um to create a virtual space for them foreign thank you again Anna um one more question how many people are already there in the metaverse community uh now we just started um we have uh 10 people still but we just started uh in this year and we created um the first space in our metaverse uh and um now we are going to develop it but we already have 10 people who is using it okay and we have another question that popped up what's a commercial outcome you think about in 2023 do you see commercially profitable business cases in the metaverse yeah yeah yeah yeah um no in in this year not I think in this year we just spent the money for developing uh if you mean uh what's uh how we are going in the future uh we are going to monetize our project um through Marketplace uh where people can order the Avatar can buy the outfit or some uh some assets uh tickets and other things and uh that's um that's the way we are going to monetize this project I see um we did get a clarification on the last question um Andreas love is saying is asking in the fashion industry specifically if there is commercial outcome you can think about in 2023 and about profitable business cases didn't got it didn't get it one more time please uh yeah specifically for the fashion um industry if there are any commercial outcomes for this year or um profitable business cases in the future ah okay I see I see I'm not not in our metaverse just for fashion business uh okay okay there is a lot of uh you know there is a lot of cases with the fashion brands like uh uh Adidas uh Nike um a lot of uh Dolce Gabbana they um they launched the nfts they uh try to take apart from you know on some metaverses like um the centerland or some Roblox I I think um and um bayak metaverse which is launching is launching this year so they try to earn money uh in these cases so I think I think for um fashion business it is very good to sell virtual assets uh to try to not not to sell nfts like uh like um like a tool to get something in the in the real life uh this is this can be uh better if um fashion business try to sell virtual assets and some metaverses and I think this is the future of fashion because the people um uh people stop buying a lot now it is all all over the world and you cannot you cannot sell more dresses more uh shoes or more something in the real life that's why you can start selling virtual assets uh I think this is the future of fashion all right um and another one uh what do you think about services like Clubhouse which flourished during the pandemic and are losing popularity now would this also affect the metaverse and vpcs in particular I believe in metaverse you know um I don't believe in um Clubhouse for example because I know that 80 percent of people are their visuals um we um we got the information from the world from the world using our eyes not our ears that's why Clubhouse is not flying at all uh and metaverse is a much more visual tool that's why I believe in metaverses thank you I am browsing for yet their questions I don't see anything else uh we still have five minutes left Anna if there is a conclusion you'd like to draw a summary for your entire presentation for this session um this might be the time uh you know I believe uh that blockchain helps people to connect each other in the meta verses uh I believe in metaverse like a future in Communications and the future of the fashion industry and I think this is um next level of social move networking and um you know I I see that blockchain is not a speculation uh like many people think uh I see it as like a great tool to create uh something valuable in the virtual spaces um that's all I think thank you Anna grin once more for being today with us for your presentation for answering all of our questions um thank you everybody for joining um I hope you will stay tuned for the next Talk of the day um if there are any other questions after uh we're done today you can still post them on on the we are Community page um where the recording will show up and we can pass those questions on to Anna um okay uh I think if somebody wants my contacts um you Alexandra will share with people my contacts um okay sure with your permission I can okay thank you um okay okay so I think that is for today uh thank you once more stay tuned for data ownership revolution in the AI or world that will be up next in three four minutes thank you very much welcome [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] thank you foreign [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] welcome [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] hello everyone and welcome to the blockchain Community Day 2023 it's our fourth day and I hope you are enjoying the program before we begin please let me share some quick information this session is being recorded and the recording will be available in a week after a session the talk will last 45 minutes and there's a speech from our guest and a q a session at the end if you have any questions please leave them in the chat it is with great pleasure that I introduce our speaker Sasha pitkiewicz who is going to talk to us about data ownership revolution in the AI world you may already know Sasha because she's the host of this event and the creator of blockchain professionals community such as leading upon blockchain and web 3 practice and is an active member of the world crypto Community she advises startups participates in hackathons and frequently Presence at various events please join me welcoming Tasha thank you Marta for nice introduction and I hope that people can see my presentation already right yes it's loading endless yeah yes let's start guys choosing my topic for this conference I select the most important and most relevant for me subject working many years in web 3 and uh focusing on web3 mass adoption and witnessing what happens recently with the generative Ai and how literally everyone has started to be involved I couldn't pass that phenomenon and naturally started to think how these two adoption waves will coexist but first let's start from the far angle where both Technologies connect to each other from the data point of view with the increasing amount of the data that is streamed and processed daily many companies have realized non-traditional and innovative ways to use this information such as data monetization data monetization is the process where a company or business generated data is used to create a measurable economic benefits this can include setting data to third parties during monetization or using data internally to improve processes or realize new Innovative opportunities indirect magnetization when they did like now with their emergence and generative AI the possibilities to derive value from the data set grew enormously it's where the biggest Improvement happened actually recently by applying AI powered algorithms to the data set you can better connect it you can better analyze it and the ways you can use it actually grows AI creates a bigger and better opportunities for data monetization it motivates industry players to invest in it and it creates the bigger demand for data for example let's take the manufacturing industry its manufacturers can see the new use cases the need for third-party data increases it makes data both volume and variety more wearable on data exchanges the broader the better connected the more detailed is the data set the the more value can be produced using it and keep in mind that it's not the generative AI model that has a value the model is built using the data the value is in the data itself and the productivity of using it more effectively to produce insights content or other commercial benefits most of the companies are starting and growing their data Collections and collecting connection frequently they explore the possibilities to connect the already existing data with the new source of the data and also the build logic around this and while Gathering data of such a breadth the logically touching the space like connecting data in between businesses in between companies raising the question of whose data is this and and it is not such a simple question to answer you could imagine where your the information uh about your geographical locations about your consumptions of the services about the usage of the certain products and historical usage is collected that's partially your data for surely the seller data actually the OEM data and that's almost impossible now to tell who owns the data currently that's like who collects the notes uh but now uh let's put aside the commercial situation where like I hope that's more or less clear for you and let's look at the uh public situation in a public space uh tragic PT has been all over the news lately quickly becoming one of the most well-known large language models as a lamps LMS are deep learning models that can generate actual content they can generate summaries it says advertising simply produce answers to the questions in a text form and based on uh and they do that based on also the textual information and well basically the charger PT is not only the llm you may also know about the deepmind's author Google's bird and T5 and also Microsoft Turing analogy but all those models they require massive volumes of the high quality and diverse data for pre-training and pre-training means that you train the model to do one task to help it from the minimal parameters that it can use uh what is derived to solve the downstream tasks and currently you have only two main options for obtaining data to pretrain your llm uh the open source data sets and there are commercial data sets one of the most popular free sources of the web data is common cold uh you'll find very few common crow competitors however other sources of the public web data they include the Wikipedia database hugging face and cargo but let's focus on the main one what is Common Core it's an open source repository of non-corated web crawl data going back to 2008. it contains petabytes of data obtained by crowding Veterans of the web pages with trillions of links the common curl data set is currently stored on Amazon and it's a popular data source for a training language models like chbt the chemical organization they realize the the release new sets of the data every one two months and each file usually contains several buildings of the web pages and this commercial alternative to that that webs ior and it's a platform that extracts and formats data from the sources across the open dark and deeper web they Supply the data in the form of the structured feeds you can integrate into other platforms using their data apis the fitscom and jsonx emergence history formats and the platform provides a predefined data verticals as news blocks forums and in the reviews and nearly uh also like all the data and all stairs goes back to the same 2008. and and they provide data from the government websites but but not that is important the important thing is what data is that like let's look at that much data that's the websites and there's a social media that's the posts commentaries that's Facebook Instagram Twitter that's all the data we and our businesses have created since 2008. that's our data our content which is being scrapped and being used to train artificial intelligence and in many cases those services are provisioned to ours on a commercial basis uh and like you don't feel the the strange things like you create the data and then the data is used to sell you the services first of all the first question which comes to the mind how legal is that and looking quickly through the uh licenses of the most of the common uh social media uh we will find out that you own the content you post in social media but you've given each platform a license to use it as it spelled out in their terms and conditions the licenses are slightly different from each other but all of them Grant the social media platform the right to use your copyrighted work in whatever way they see fit theoretically they could exploit it commercially and even sell or sublicense their license to the third party to use and and as each uh social media specifies uh and the license is royalty free which means that you would never receive any part of the profit and you cannot really do anything with that okay with social media that's clear like you gave that out uh then uh what about the web crawl data uh so the the the data which is scrapped from the website uh also the usage of this data is legal so scraping publicly available information on the web uh in estimated way is legal as long as the script data is not used for any harmful purposes and is not damaging the website's business or operations and uh when the personal identifiable information Pi is not included or masked so we are quickly come into the situation that is fully legal and at that moment I'm I would like you to realize that we are now own a blockchain conference and would like to uh remind you one of the concepts we're speaking about web free foreign which operates using incentives and economic mechanisms instead of relying on a trusted third parties based on a transparent economic relations in between content and service providers and consumers well I guess most of the audience know whatever three is and I'm switching to the uh like The Logical uh conclusion page so we want a new free demonipilized and trustless internet we want those economical relations we want to be rewarded fairly for our work intent we want to fear ownership and monetization of that and at the same time we'd like to use artificial intelligence which is created on a basis of the con and like which is trained on the base of the content we create and thanks to the guys from the big data we already know that the data is the new currency my if you will think about that it's very very logical what I would like to add to this statement is like I mean looking to the uh to the challenge here where we would like like there were three being combined with AI and the statement that is new currency I'm just doing the a little bit of magic I'd like the data to be cryptocurrency I'd like to recognize the day which will actually solve the issue combining the data sources with the ownership we would be able to point the magnetization to that we would be able to trace the sources of the data to this Origins and the reward for the user would become possible so let's decentralize this and monetize the data especially because the incentivation has already the core like institution monetization is already your problems it's very similar to the situation of how the ownership of the creative pieces is control traditionally remember you own the photo if you can't demonstrate you have the original raw materials of that by connecting the uh a regional creative materials or the data at the age Nation to nft we can fix the ownership of the data content piece and store it with the network evidence there are now enough protocols allowing us to do so this traditional year c721 and those tokens I am already many tokens who are connecting the graphical and music information and there are a lot of marketplaces I mean the current slide it just shows you the types I'm not saying that the openc is the only place I'm just giving the examples for the various types of the content which can be nftilized and there are already text nft protocols you can check in writing IO and again it's not the only one but that's an example and there are even marketplaces and a ways to nft wise the uh AI pumps check the prompt CIO so in is sort of the data can be converted to the trackable piece and published at the marketplace and at this point we can merge two concepts together the tokenized data with the ownership taking and the data mesh approach towards the Big Data sources so tokenizing and connecting the data on a meaningful way we can achieve the desired state of the interconnected data with tracked ownership and monetization and I was combining all these thoughts together in April also making a proof of concept in children in my company trying to trace intellectual property creation uh effort from the uh from the sources and up to the point this intellectual property is being used and how much this being used and uh and I was doing like in April we're still doing it right now and in May I mean last month the Nokia have has published the announcement about interconnected and traced data Marketplace industrial data Marketplace uh and the process of blockchain that's exactly what I'm speaking about look at the speed in which the adoption now like emerges this and I'm basically thinking that this actually uh this data transability the traceability of data ownership and the monetization of the data would be the next big thing for the for the blockchain solutions because that's where the money is and that's which is connected nicely to the new hype of the AI and what commercial place we already see the examples let's look at the public place uh AI to your own concept again in medec late April May check their crypto GPT token they recently remember their name to the layer AI but that's exactly the same that's the promise to return to the generic public the reward of AI using the content they've created that's exactly the realization of concept I've been speaking about that now and while you're probably thinking like because it's always happening happening exactly right now probably thinking okay what's next where we should look next uh definitely we will look to the data ownership to Communication in all possible Source industrial like private permissions public permissionless uh we will definitely see uh the extension of the nft protocols and extension of the nft use cases to accommodate to the rich variety of the digital assets to the evolution of the digital assets remember the data was also not stays intact it can lose the value gain the value in a course of the time it can uh like the data formats can be uh very complex also bye uh by the desire to add semantic to the data storage we will definitely see the algorithms of identifying the data and here probably did and the centralized identifiers and verified credentials uh specification will come into the place also combined when we are marking data we are identifying the data and we have the algorithms we already have the protocol which can check the data ownership based on a decentralized identifier also look into the commercial needs it's definitely there would be the need to hide the parts of the data and here zero knowledge proofs and partial knowledge proof algorithms will play its logical role so the merge with the nft zika pay uh partial knowledge Pro would be permissioning again who can do that in a data operations uh who can snake will take care of who can see what and a permissioning will take care of who can do what and definitely on top of all of this is always encrypted we will see the rise of the commercial mechanisms and there would be like like the new commercial patterns new financial instruments we now see AI to earn models uh and definitely I do foresee that it would be quite some of the ownership economies and uh and again uh I think the good example of the um of the complex data or the complex approach of the data would be production markets and yeah with that I would probably close the main content part and would be happy to answer questions Martha do we have any questions I'm stop sharing unless we need that ownership is very important and Hot Topic when it comes to the AI for example some time ago the Italian data protection authority temporarily banned the use of chat gbt in Italy due to the Privacy concerts and also as a result the open AI disabled access to the chatbot in Italy there was also a theory that it was because the AI said that pineapple is great for pizza but that's just one that there is but let's go back to the questions uh because we have some uh so first first one I agreed that data ownership is going through a transformation and it's becoming more and more important but will an average user even care how the data is on and processed I mean nowadays nobody pays attention to where his Instagram posts are stored and when the web 3 finally comes will it change anything in average user's approach I do believe that it will change a lot when there would be a possibility for the users to earn money on their Instagram posts by others uh copying that copying the content of that using the content I mean you post on Instagram you do the usual life you post on Tick Tock but you have the associated account to this Instagram and when somebody uses the parts that uses the materials or parts of the materials it will naturally send the money to your account you know I think it will change a lot because the people are normally motivated by mining movements so if you can earn something by posting the nice content I mean everyone will become a blogger everyone would like to get paid for that especially if we will reach the full website concept where the users will be also asked to pay for some sort of the services it means that you are paying and you are being paid and you want to keep that in Balance you're basically the minimal one you want and you want to keep your account to the zero while surfing internet or while consuming the services and if you are like creative or something you can probably earn more much more and that's the business and I do believe that with the possibility to in like to start the business to to participate in a business for everyone but it will change a lot it will change the perception people look at their content I also believe that this probably will raise the quality of the content that's true from another angle like Marta from another angle it will also give people the possibility to choose between content you watch when the content consumption and provisioning is uh is decentralized when you are not pushed the content somebody wants you to see when you're choosing consciously yourself which content you're consuming it will change not only this monetization stuff it will change our perception of the data our perception of the news you would be able to choose your data sources which is currently not existing thing yeah that's interesting and also I think that people could be motivated very much as you said but by the money because sometimes I am even like amazed I would say but what people post and put it like all publicly and don't even care so maybe also they will think before posting um especially if it will they could make money of it some of the legal aspect here because I mean everyone can post babies like little kids can post too and then again all the monetization I think like when you're asking what will change like try to think about that in perspective like you're five years old is putting the content and like 10 years old is putting the content and probably like I mean so the uh people are watching that and you're five years old uh suddenly earning money probably earning more than you like I mean I'm speculating now I'm just saying the size of the change it's actually huge and when we are connecting that again to the data sources the ma like what we were discussing so far that's web three but my main topic is we are using AI more and more nowadays like almost literally like everyone is created content based on other content and if that will bring you Revenue that's actually motivates the good content to be created and it also that's a new ways of the monetization and that's the new approach that motivates the quality data it motivates the good semantic over the data and that's both commercial data and the public data which means that it naturally motivates the data structuring and this being decentralized I mean allowing everyone to contribute to that it gives the huge movement to improve the data have interconnected data set which gives another possibility to new business services and to improve the businesses I totally agree and out of it I have another question like how do you think well the mass adoption of generative AI affect the mass adoption of web3 yes definitely yes because well initially like when I looked at this craziness where everyone is looking like a look at charger PT use it I said like okay when they say I scrap all the internet and uh uses that uh for the commercial benefits we will lose the speed in web 3 adoption but looking at that deeper I actually think that it would be the the positive like uh the positive cycle because uh because if I said because of the possibilities of monetize decentralized the data sets and monetize data sets that will provoke the better and faster web thread option they basically uh first of all they go along with this data ownership monetization like with data monetization but at the same time the improvements on the AI side they give decentralized Solutions a new twist because you can have the you can now starting to think about the managed by AI Solutions and when you have that decentralized solution which stores data at the same really and having the management piece based on a data managed by artificial intelligence you can create much better and much higher quality autonomous companies and Anonymous Solutions you can easily remove the human beings from equation which actually promotes The Wider use which is uh promotes well you know the drop of the prices of the common Services uh like I think about the autonomous cars being managed by artificial intelligence think about autonomous libraries where you scan the books and all the Logics behind the books and books repair is managed by artificial intelligence the cool information exists it exists you don't have you don't really need to have the humans there so with this raised of the artificial intelligence with the improving the data quality of making the data again available and interconnected and indexed and all of this we entered the air of more autonomous Solutions in every sort of the business which like the possibility of that the economical uh moments behind that they will provoke the better website adoption I think so I think they coexist together very nicely okay thanks a lot and coming back to what you said about also this um job professions and like people won't be not needed I remember that they read some article that now people are searching very often the internet well my job profession will be taken by AI like no it's a bit people some people are scared that the profession may be taken away by AI um but that was just my comment and I I have another question because we are talking a lot about the data privacy and you mentioned that the data is the new question me I don't hear Marty so I think we lost Marta so just a second glad to see you yes we are backstage just doing all that processes and operations with the stream and unfortunately yeah we lost Marta and I think I can pick up the wars at this point if needed but uh I'm not sure if if I lost the topic what you were discussing but I see one question that one is actually from me in the live chat and it says something like I agree that data ownership is going through a transformation and is becoming more and more important but will an average user ever care how their data is owned and processed I mean nowadays nobody pays attention to where his Instagram posts are stored or anything else is stored and when the web3 finally comes uh will it change anything in an average user's approach I'm so sorry it looks like maybe I don't know the a I wanted to cut me out no that's a bad joke but okay yeah so yeah yeah the floor is yours yeah I'm so sorry it was of course perfectly working unless of course I'm in the talk uh I don't know if you heard heard the question which I was asking you probably no okay I thought I was cut out cut in the beetle I didn't understand what was asked yeah okay sure sorry sorry for that uh so basically what I was asking because you said that the data is the new currency and so that's why I wanted to ask you do you also mean that any content item should be registered as nft in principle yes any available content item I mean if you think that uh it can make sense that's nice to register that as nft I also believe that it's difficult to answer this right now we need to see how the data market will develop we can uh check like in writing IO which I was given as example like deliberately given us as example of the text nfts and you can check right now like one can check right now what actually being nft waste at this particular moment and we will see the market develops how those data is going to be consumed how would be the rise of the ideas how this data would be used the same is with big data the same like where like five years ago nobody didn't really like everybody has like the standardize of the data and nobody knew how to use that and the approach of how to digest the data and how to use it emerges the same will happen more and more there are already certain ways to monetize the data to derive the video from that and it would be bigger and bigger and we will see how uh and being incentivized economically it will naturally adapt For What from what to create nft basically if you can make video out of this create an nft and in public space or in again in business space it would be derived by natural economic motivation which is a beautiful blockchain Solutions actually so but but we can already see the good examples where for example protocol they inequivise now their economics and there is a possibility to turn your account into nft and sell it and trade it and that's the good example of this energy ineftilization of everything which is happening which was its development of the idea of churning all sort of the content in turn of Chase I'm curious to watch that and I'm closely watching how it develops yeah for me it's a bit new I'm just like it was digging a bit and checking everything about this non-fungible tokens but but it's an interesting topic and yeah I think I would be digging even more into that I don't see unfortunately any com any comments or any questions and I'm I'm pretty surprised to be honest because that's a very interesting topic uh however maybe there is very new topic that's wearing also big I mean that's really really at the age so all these new sort of nfts those data connections AI I mean we all started to use charge BT like months ago probably six weeks ago nowadays yeah so it's it's what happening right now that's why we're speaking about that let's kind of boring to speak of what happened a year ago that's probably like well established easy to talk about uh but this one is is is a New Concept and the New Concept of the combination which which we all need to watch the professor blockchain professionals conference guys we are talking to the professionals and I'm actually like what they hold my motivation to bring this very new topic and I also was nervous to like presenting that because literally all the solutions appear to be a month ago like they being thought right now and that's actually again the another side of the motivation of me to speak about this is guys if you have ideas whoever have thoughts about that you know where to find me let's talk let's discuss because it's definitely the fruitful to look at that there are a lot of money behind it's an interesting move and I do believe that like bringing this topic to always the blockchain professionals we are trying to create the momentum we are trying to create a discussion and basically progress that professional effort yeah I totally agree and I will share also the links to your social media so I guess the people um can get in touch I will to be honest do it now so then everyone has a your contacts also and to be honest I was also like once I hear it and read more about the video I was also the one who went there who went to try uh I had some uh also like unsuccessful I would say cases when it give me no not the real information but I guess that's also the point that you always should verify what you are getting as a as a bug from from the from chat GTP GPT you can ask chargpt to verify the information and provide you the sources I mean I would say for now definitely there's a new technology it's matures to the matures but it's already mature enough to be effectively used right now and also I mean if you are unsatisfied with the first try and with the second try my answer to my colleagues with whom I'm motivating actively to use that and I'm going to uh lecture the topic to the kids next month and I'm actually saying guys read the medal there are a lot of ways how you construct the prompts how will you get what you need from charge apt so that's in many cases the low quality of the information you get back is uh not because of the AI is not able that's because you are shaping The Prompt wrongly or not specified enough so for all those who have satisfied try that second third fourth time trying to get more wisdom in your prompt yeah I agree I saw some training about like how to ask a chat gbt for a getting the nice and well fitted training plan and they were also like first they were just asking like give me the plan but then when they The Prompt was very well designed like act as a trainer and and then like give me the sources I want to spend that much time Etc like everything was precise then the outcome was really really nice like I was even impressed to be honest basically let me conclude all while I was speaking about and because I was speaking about not about AI there there are the people there are other Specialists I've been speaking about decentralizing and monetizing the data sources which is used for to full like to fuel the AI which is used for the basis of the AI trainings and we all know know now that the usage of the AI will only go this whole llms that will nicely feed in every area we do and making sure that the data they are using is Rich decentralized and properly monetized will bring all of us a lot of benefits thank you very much yeah it was me who went The Habit in a different different topics but okay guys if you will later have a question please leave them on the talk page and Sasha will get back with the answers and then you can find them on the talk page on the Community page page sorry and of course first I would like to thank you insightful presentation thank you so much for organizing and hosting the event and for sharing your knowledge and experience with us today thank you yeah so sorry yes thank you everyone who was listening bye bye guys [Music] [Music] thank you foreign [Music] I'm really happy to see you again today and the talks since the very beginning have been very enjoyable since the game five panel about the meta verse within the discussions about data ownership with Sasha and now we are coming to the next session with our good friend of the blockchain professionals community and my colleague at epam RC Universe who is a elite designer and also arsenic created the artificial imagination exhibition which is conducted during the conference period and I'm sure Arsenio will touch on this topic in his today's talk as well and today's talk will be dedicated to AI art and the future of creativity so before we start I'd like to ask you to leave all the questions in the live chat and we will go through them at the end of this session maybe the last five or ten minutes or so so please uh without further Ado I will need to give the floor to your city Hi how are you Hello nice to meet you thank you for introduction um yes thank you so much I hope you can uh everyone can see you and let us just bring your screen yeah and you can start your introduction or maybe a couple of welcoming words and about yourself your background uh yeah can we share the screen just a second my presentation oh once again so here you go okay good luck yeah I hope you see my screen right now so the artificial imagination correct me yes everything is fine hello yes hello and welcome to the blockchain community day as you understand my name is Arsen Ives in and I have been exploring the and curating the best of visual midiarts and design since 2003 and it's 20 years ago by establishing design collector dot net the website as a leading online media resource for New Media art design and other creative disciplines since 2013 to celebrate 10 years actually of design collector I have been organizing the annual initiative called digital decade which aims to reveal still aims to reveal and show the upcoming digital artists uh digital decade is an annual exhibition it already took place 10 times in different creative hubs including metaverse but firstly in Barcelona in Saint Petersburg in London we presented a nearly 20 nearly 200 pioneering and celebrating artists working between the physical and digital realms so the digital decade is an exhibition platform and since 2020 I have been creating and exploring nft art scene and nowadays I'm focusing on AI artists as well so if we if we talk about what is AI artist AI art and so and we can say the impact of the AR uh on the modern society is very vast and it's touch uh different areas such as Healthcare Transportation communication entertainment in the realm of art AI has emerged as a powerful tool with algorithm capable of creating stunning visuals music literature and a lot more and you have seen it already today we kind of gather to explore the Myriad of ways AI is transforming the Arts and discuss the implication of the technology on our understanding of creativity originality and artistic expression so what is defined in the AI generated art the main distinct distinction between a AI generated art and traditional or even digital art created by human lies in the creative process so you may know that the the in traditional art uh artist employs their skills imagination personal experience to generate to create actually how to generate to create a piece of art using physical materials such as paint canvas paper sculpting modern dance body body art everything so this this kind of they have a direct control over the various elements and techniques used in their work and in contrast the digital art is created using obviously computer software which can result a different feel and appearance and digital offers artists amazing flexibility and control over their work and the digital nature of the artwork allows artists to create multiple copies distribute their work to a wider audience and even collaborate with others seamlessly through the web through the different ways of communication AR generated art relies on the collaboration between the artist and the AI algorithm the machine the artist usually provides the initial input such as a textual description as we call it from style references or set of different parameters and the AI algorithm trying to interpreter and transform the input into an original piece of art in this process the AI acts as a creative partner mostly As A Creative partner with the artist guiding and influencing its output but not kind of exerting complete control over the final artwork this is very very hot and debatable topic a lot of Articles flowing an internet so how the AI art and AI can be translated is it a tool is it a creative partner or whatever so the unique creative partnership is what sets actually a i generated art apart from traditional digital art opening up new possibilities for artistic Explorations and expressions so as mentioned discussion around uh surrounding Ai and creativity often skip the fact that creativity isn't absolute quality with a clear definition measurement or objective reproduction when we label something as creative such as child drawing we impose in our kind of cultural assumption into it and so art actually in fact sorry the sound is maybe you don't hear the sound I'm not sure art in fact never exists independently it always requires someone to assign it to the status of our our perception of art is influenced by both of our individual expectations and wider cultural ideas when considering AI in the context it becomes clear that no AI system or robots can be objectively called creative ultimately it is we as a human who determine whether the creation of AI considered art or not foreign so in in the uh late uh Century the 19th century uh you may know other level A's she combined her creative and analytical talents and becoming the first com computer programmer and creative coder and over a century later Ellen Turing developed the Turing test in 1950 groundbreaking achievement in artificial intelligence that measures a computer ability to mimic human intelligence by the late 1950s artists started exploring computer graphics and in the following years and kind of nowadays generative advertiserable networks which is called again or Gan marked a significant milestone in AR in 2015 Google's researcher Alexander Marvin Sev created deep dream algorithm that allowed to study how the machine actually learn visual concepts this technique of training Gans against on various images has since gained a lot of popularity among scientists and experimental creators so that's why we have kind of the the again it started last year open AI platform enables us to understand how the sophisticated AI system perceive and complicate and contemplate our work with our playing a crucial role in the process by examining the art produced by Ai and they Define the what captivates and Inspire us we can explore a wider array of Concepts and address potential limitations ultimately improving our AI system and if speaking about AI tools the famous One dull the second open a launched it last November and since it has come become the most popular AI argument generator on the market it's very hard to pronounce a i art every time kind of breaking the models also it has been lapped by being image Creator it's still very capable image generator and the site is very intuitive the website of Dell a second and you can produce the results in seconds so all you have to do is type A prompt and specify as much detail as possible to bring the your vision to life so it can generate the prompts the images from prompts so kind of very very popular system right now this is kind of funny pictures and so the this year actually the winner of a major award photography award has refused his price after revealing his work was created uh with the help of AI actually not with the help but just by AI the artwork of German artist Boris L Jackson entitled pseudomonesia the electrician won the creative open category at Sony award photography award so he said that he used this picture to test the competition and to create a discussion about the future of Photography he actually gave his money to the fund but this is actually the first kind of call that a prominent creators artists actually can't distinguish the difference between AI generated art and the real art this is very interesting and it's just the beginning so if speaking about if one of the most famous AR tool mid Journey majorities AI program and service developed by San Francisco based independent resource lab and they are still independent it generates images from like natural language description so it can create artworks and user can interact it through Discord board as and it's still kind of maybe a limitation to quickly on board on the mid Journey so you need to run the Discord you need to pay uh monthly payment so you have special hours that you can generate your art but still worth to mention that my journey was struggling with generating human hands it was kind of a meme last last half year because AI doesn't understand that hands are made of kind of five fingers with two joints each all it understands is patterns of pixels in uh kind of a 2d space and as far as I I can tell two pictures of the same hand in different posts look widely different from each other so I think from now in mid Journey 5 they kind of sold this program problem and you see this on everywhere from Tick Tock to Twitter to Instagram so people are trying to generate something interesting and funny and still it can be a mix of different styles different epochs like we see on the left uh the guys kind of having a Nike brand juxtapose with the range of sounds image so it's really really interesting how it's influenced artists and actually the next tool is a stable diffusion it's more harder to understand it's kind of a Latin diffusion model instead of operating the high dimensional image space it first compressed the image into the Latin space and the Latin spaces for 40 times smaller so it reaps the benefits of crunching a lot of fewer numbers that's why it's a lot faster so with to use stable diffusion you need to install two kind of software like git and minikonda from the official sources but you can also run interface interfaces like diffusion B for Macintosh and download trained text to image models from different resources like hug and face and others so it's really interesting how it's developing but still uh kind of Maybe yes it's the images that created by stable diffusion and recently like you know in last month maybe uh Adobe Adobe Photoshop presented the new generative AI tool that allows user to extend images edin or a woman objects using prompts so the feature is called generative field and it's one of the first Creative Cloud application to use adobe's AI image so generator Firefly and here is an example I did yesterday with the I have read the news about a recent discoveries in Istanbul the universities statue of Greek uh pin or phone and I was wondering because the statue missing the bottom and I was trying to recreate the bottom with the with the prompt using Adobe but still it doesn't understand the prompt like gold legs because Pawn or phone it has gold gold legs if you remember from the history of Art and it's trying to generate real legs and that's what I'm getting also I try to replicate its right hand or missing left hand sorry and yes so this is what uh what you do what you can do is uh recent tools with Adobe with me Journey making it real fun making it nfts a lot of nfts are selling right now using AI it's like merely started from November this kind of trend it's now raising and even it's a bear Market is still selling a lot so in 2000 uh 23 actually this year I focused my on my nft curatorial practices with my new sub platform Xerox Siberia zero X is like you if you know it's a part of the wallet number of the ethereum bullet and it's kind of replicates what we are working on on nfts on crypto art and it is kind of continuation of what I have been doing since 2013 like digital decade Legacy and we he had in 2017 in London we had a exhibition called Siberia where we explored the future of Arts the future of uh communities and here's kind of a legacy I have so it's called zero X Siberia and this current exhibition uh we have created together with blockchain Community Day we call it artificial imagination which kind of uh exhibition featuring outstanding works from 20 selected artists and the uh exploring different topics and the exploring topics like teams like perception Humanity obscurity and dreams how the AI dreaming how it actually what what they see in their dreams this is a kind of a interesting topic and so actually apart from my previous exhibitions uh I had yet to chose an exact topic for this one and artists were I selected after the open call we were free to reflect on this topic of interaction between humans and machines and this is the results we had like 20 artworks and the results were built expected and we got a quick support from nft Marketplace Foundation where our nft Gallery is presented so you can actually buy all of these artworks on nft Marketplace foundation.a app and yeah so it's X auctions there can be started with this small bid and then in 24 hours you can win this artwork and it's available so if you go to Xerox siberia.com everything is there and so these kind of exhibition was powered and is powered by metaverse gallery and metaverse environment created with the help of optimum media in collaboration with Ada streamlix so you can explore these metaverse during the conference and see the results of this exhibition so it's all interactive you can enter it through Xerox siberia.com or through the via community web page of blockchain day so and as a conclusion of my kind of quick exhibition I asked a few artists to answer the question how does AI influence your way of doing work now this is what I got sorry arseni I think there is no sound should there be some sound yes if you don't see a sound it's bad okay so it was like a string yard maybe uh I'm not sure how yeah maybe let's try to share the screen once again and yeah we've got enough time to listen for three uh three opinions and when you press the share button there is a check box saying something like share tap audio make sure that it's on yeah it's on yes and please let's try to do it once again and yeah if you have any questions just leave them in the live chat I'd like you to be some more to be more interactive and yeah we are now bringing the screen so do you hear the song unfortunately not okay so yeah maybe just You can conclude the opinions and after that we'll publish the answers somewhere yeah thank you and so this one uh this one was really interesting I I hope it will run the sound from the browser um but okay thank you so it was the end actually so uh okay until what was that about maybe you can just uh sum up it was like artist was expression their opinion on the AI yeah I mean you just try to generalize it just three opinions or I don't know how many opinions were there just to sum up the conclusion uh how did they perceive it let's try again maybe we can try it all right yeah share tabs do you see any screen right now just a second so bringing it and now we see the screen yeah I think most obviously yeah it works it was a sound right yeah it works okay but with enough imagination people can change the world we are with many people and creativity is our weapon artificial imagination is a simple so is the symbol of the future somewhere in the fall of 2021 I got acquainted with AI art since then I have constantly been developing in this art Direction because AI gives you creative freedom that is only limited by your imagination and in almost every work I use AI in both the graphic and musical components I also use AI to compose extended and more detailed text prompts and I'm not going to stop the journey is just beginning significant impact on the field of digital art for example AI based tools and software AI technology has led to the development of various tools and software that can assist me in creating glitch effects or enhancing my video works or AI can serve as a source of inspiration for me AI can expand the possibilities and push the boundaries of what is creatively achievable also a collaboration with AI I can collaborate with AI systems to create unique glitch or video works this can involve using AI algorithms to generate glitch patterns or leveraging machine learning algorithms to train models that generate glitch effects based on certain inputs or parameters it's important to note that while AI can be a valuable tool for all artists it should not be seen as a replacement for creativity or human input ultimately AI is a tool that can augment your artistic process and EE my name is Christina I am Christopher Robbins an nft artist the most important thing that AI has given me is time time to experiment with Styles time to create works of art much faster and with better quality time to not only create but also to relax [Music] time which is always scarce I have now [Music] AI has changed my usual pipeline a bit but I still develop ideas come up with compositions and draw by hand [Music] AI has opened my eyes to a new world of possibilities [Music] so as you see the do you hear me I think I was experiencing some lags so now I'm back you hear me right so as you see the main idea from what we heard from art is that the AI is the tool it is not the replacement of the artist and it will never be we hope so it may be near future but it's still like you need to have the the background in art maybe it's it's a it's a topic to another discussion and it can be a holy war do you need the artistic background to create uh art with AI or it's kind of possible just to create a super prompt like we've seen before and enough to have this kind of visual style that is generated by AI so it's kind of never ending topic and uh the opinions were very interesting I hope I think that they all they also may have been generated by AI with the help of AI the replies of the opinions and by the way somebody has just asked the what are the skills required to become an AI artist I think the there is recently a nice notion that the people who create the super prompts that create a really great uh visuals they call themselves prompt poets so it's like a poetry so when you create the prompt you need to understand the logic of the prompt it's a lot of kind of articles are written on this topic so you need to understand how to construct the the nice prompt not just typing like uh draw me a picture of like whatever but constructing the prompt and because you are talking with a machine so they like to be very strict and constructive so it's about like making the prompt and yeah so I think it's about working with text working with prompt scenes examples and deconstructing back the examples there's also a tools for this you can deconstruct the so kind of a reverse engineering of the prompt from the image yeah and also there are a lot of tools that help artists to create with AI but I don't want to speak that it will replace everything so you need just to use it wisely as a tool that's all I want to see yes and there is an addition from Carolina she adds should I be a designer or can I start this from zero you can start this from zero by looking at how it creates but eventually you will go deeper and deeper and you want to understand how what is this topic what understand more the history of art to create more interesting work yeah and so because you if you don't understand the words come from the prompts and your vision will be limited by your experience actually so we need to just expand your experience because AI is training every day it is training on the huge materials amount of materials and it's really hard to catch after it and you need to be also trained yourself so you need to train yourself with history of art with different uh Styles imaginations uh different ways of doing art so it will eventually do this you can just type prompt and enjoy the picture but then it's a human nature to be curious and to get inspiration from everywhere okay and that sounds like uh those are two different kind of skill sets to be an AI artist and to be a non-aa artist so my question is how do non-ai artists perceive the AI artists that's kind of tricky question because I heard a lot of Holy Wars and there is even a movement kind of uh to stop using AI no AI there was like actually um on the famous website there was a kind of a revolution when people artists real artists started to replace their avatars with kind of no a art or something like this so it's it's a really interesting topic it's a Hot Topic and but if you're kind of a wise man and wise artist you will understand it's just a tool because in the same way photography was created it was 90s at the end of 19th century and nobody understands how it works and there are still some laws in the US that you can't roll back that the they still say that photography is kind of a limited tool but it's look at the 20th century how it developed and we we experience the same so every time it's like history is repeating we experience the same we experience a Renaissance right now the crypto Renaissance As somebody call it or web3 Renaissance and the artists that are included into this kind of cycle they understand the trends topics and they can elaborate on this and they can kind of train themselves and be more skillful be more creative and just by using new tools okay so yeah that really sounds like a very holy work question and uh I can't imagine how many holy words are there on Twitter on Reddit or anywhere else and by the way uh Carolina sends another question uh that's the author of the previous one about the skills required to become an artist she asks could you share some links or courses to start on this maybe you have any recommendations about how to start where to start where to go yeah it's it's I think you can actually the best way is to ask GPT [Laughter] I always ask judge GPT what are the best tools for creating AI art and he will send you like a list of them and you can explore them and you need to keep few bucks just to pay something and to check to to test these new tools because they all are under the payroll all the behind the payroll none of them are free uh even the mid Journey they have kind of limitation and as with the yes a lot of Articles yes you can also ask I'm always asking child GPT and stuff like this so they can help with the resource with the reference and this is very helpful also follow us on the design collector Twitter or Xerox server Twitter we have a lot of links there and you can comment just follow us and ask the question in DM or in Twitter and this is kind of where we are now so sounds very ironic I would say so to start with AI you need to ask us okay yes and that's also pretty ironic that uh the humankind was thinking that uh when the AI comes up we will get rid of all the uh labor in the world and do only this creative kind of artistic kind of stuff but when AI finally uh came up the AI took this creative Niche but the non-creative news are still under the humankind and uh they it took the creative news because it doesn't exist without a human request so yes it can exist in future so there are a lot of cases especially for example where an exhibition are curated by AI it is really funny and it's really interesting case so you are you have like AI curator and they create an exhibition based on their knowledge they select artists they evaluate them by scanning on the image so uh charge GPT new version can do this and yes this is this is interesting but if you kind of uh it's the same question if you switch off the machine it will not produce anything you still want the control I hope okay and what about the ethical issues are there any ethical kind of considerations about something AI powered yes it's a lot of ethical considerations especially in the terms of replicating the work using the um the models that were trained by other pictures that are specially copyrighted by pictures other artists and this is a whole topic also and in the art community nft community and a artist Community especially in Twitter it is very still very interesting how it's developing when the artist is kind of called red-handed by using some models that were trained on different artists and this is kind of uh uh the the topic that is not solved how to how to work with this and also the topic is still in good prompts I also heard this kind of artists are still in other prompts and creating their art and starting selling yes nfts and another artist who actually started first to use these problems so it's also a problem how to kind of it's not possible to copyright these images right now there is no law and there were a lot of cases especially in law where people were trying to copyright AI generated images and they failed because their the judge they decided that it's just a Generation image you can't actually have a copyright on it because you don't own them and you didn't created them well this happened actually with Photography in 19th century the same way there was copyright issues so we are in the very very beginning as everybody like to say like blockchain just starting nft it's only like almost five years and look where we are now so it's it's amazing okay so still no Universal agreement as I understand Universal agreement about the ethical issues and uh what about the copyright and intellectual property can I be can I legally confirm that I'm an author of that Masterpiece or anything else can I register it somewhere not yet not yet yes with nft you can sell it because nft is kind of a digital certification in terms of blockchain yeah but with the legal stuff with legal laws they are not designed uh yet they are not even they don't know what to do with charge GPT you know with like this Italy case when they stopped using chargpt and now they're using it again so the law is not ready the law is from 20th century and even for 19th century as you may know and these kind of huge leaps the this kind of artificial intelligence development huge leap so you you saw this later common letter uh signed by different kind of famous people that charge GPT need to stop uh developing the these intelligence and because it can be harmful in future and yes so we are on these now and we are we don't know what to do but we are doing this is interesting this is human curiosity cubes again okay and I think yeah we've got a couple of minutes before the next session starts and uh speaking about the metaverse uh that uh we created during this conference days and uh so we've got this uh our metaverse where we showcased the nft art and how is it generally done I mean how AI art is exhibited and showcased in the world uh where what are the platforms how how people uh come into a community or what are the platforms to do so I think the most useful platform right now is Twitter everything around nft AR happening there you need just to be on Twitter like 24 hours seven days and you need to gain the community you need to connect with people with like-minded people with people you like with people you follow artists uh entrepreneurs um creators disruptors a lot of people there you just need to search or to follow accounts like us design collector we have a lot of followers we have following a lot of useful people so you can just start from this is a point starting point and yeah so with other with metaverse metaverse is still uh the 3D object that you have to explore and you have to walk in and you have a lot of limitations maybe with the uh technology gives uh technology sorry uh stuff like uh we saw last this week Apple Vision Pro we will quickly go into this position where metaverse will be around us using argumented reality because steel metaverse that are commonly used now is just it's just on the screen so we need to have a computer we need to have to run and you need just to use your mouse and go inside or you can use Oculus in VR glasses to experience this materials so it's kind of limited we are looking forward what it can be done with ar with these argument reality so we can create exhibitions around us or we can create exhibitions that are connected to geographical point this is also like a new platform that is developing where we where they are where you can run something like nft and it will show up in different locations on the earth and you can even buy this part of location and for example make an exhibition in it and people who are having like a glasses or iPhone they can explore this location and they can see what's happening there so it's a lot of a lot of kind of entry points into this topic but you just need to be very curious and engaging okay yeah hope to see those days when all of this metaverse kind of things will be massively adapted so not only yeah it will be like back into the future like this kind of scene yeah yeah at least that's very interesting this topic okay so yeah I think we've got the time to continue to the next one so arsenius thanks a lot for coming thanks a lot for your uh input into the conference input into the metaverse gallery and speaking about the Twitter so our Twitter has really blown up uh since the last couple of months about the metaverse about all that artists so please check it out and check out our metaverse Gallery the links are on our website and thank you arseni once again thank you all for coming and after the short transition we'll be back with uh Alexander shiraguboff thank you so yeah thanks arseni so we are good to go thank you [Music] welcome [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] myself [Music] foreign session of the day and today we've got our next guest Alexander shitagubov who is a Genesis member at envelope and this the next topic will be a great addition and continuation of the previous one and we are going to talk about nft 2.0 use cases of implementation so Alexander Hi how are you yeah thanks uh feel good really nice to be here in such fun company um so ready to deal with these cases because without guys we've been developing this for about two years and we got tons of them and I'll just stop the most popular ones and most Pro prospers I think okay yeah I'm already very curious about the content you are going to deliver so please let's try to uh share your screen and bring it to the stage one second okay so it's loading yeah please make it full screen yes and we are good to start okay yeah stage is yours good luck yeah uh here what we see here it's a new step of evolution of digital assets everybody heard about nfts uh this cycle like jpegs eight pixel creatures but and not that we think that nft is more about economics there are programmability and functions so that's what we make so we deliver a kind of new free economic cooperation through programmable assets uh in our team there are 14 people so there are some our achievements for these years that we have done through working on the project uh in general I'll tell from start from the structure to have a more plain understanding what nft 2.0 is so uh to create such an nft we can use original one for example you got your crypto bank or any other piece of collection and you will add new functionality then you go to our the app enveloped potatoes and then create your wrapped nft so you use for example the original one then you can add different assets inside this nft around the NFC and set up smart conditions so smart conditions in the one of main features in the protocol so in general uh Repton FC will look like Repton FC programmable nfco nft 2.0 whatever you like more you can name it so uh here's the original nft around which assets you have put inside it could be fungible so you can stand fungible tokens or prepositions and all you can apply on auto layer and set of settings it could be the simplest one time locks so with this we can use uh if we speak about some derivatives tradable allocations wasted allocations value logs for example if you need if you made a model of value creation so transactionally and you can set up a layer a level uh after which we can take out all the s we get transfer log more famous uh s cell bound tokens so uh when we introduce this functionality it will just transfer log for us but then vitalik butyrian said that now guys that's SBT and we saw this name in his article and decided that of course it's much more suitable here uh you can set up some other functional things but I'll just talk maybe on on chain royalties which is very suitable for creators so you can make your royalty been paid transactionally whenever the nft is transferred so there's no dependency of from the marketplaces if the royalty will not be paid the transaction will not happen and so that's your guarantee that all the lifetime of your creation your interest will be secured and one thing that we are working now very important thing about NFC it's about storage metadata so uh in collaboration with swarm we made a new concept of Unstoppable nft so the main thing here in that nft itself will be able to pay for storage metadata that's a real big guarantee that anyway if um and if she's not used often it will be erased and you then can say that it's really Unstoppable or kind of Eternal thing um here's our supporters of our project and some renders we have achieved uh on top things I'll also stop further it will be a three breedless technology we are working on this case now and I think it's one of most promising and chain rule as I mentioned liquid uh arrested tokens liquid farming uh this one too is real nice and it's simple we firstly create for ourselves after radio and now we have several Partners who implemented it as for it's been easy and very useful for their Community because they are not locked with their liquidity anymore um he's just our roadmap you see that uh we we've previously planned a lot uh developing our protocol Oracle and the products and here we move in according to our roadmap even a bit in advance so let's go straight to the use cases um the first one is on chain royalty previously I said in general and here it will look like an interface how you can create so as I managed to go to envelope.s choose create reptility and here when uh you make your NFC you can set up an exact token which will be used to pay your royalty and in this example we support that uh the Creator like his community and marketplace where it's sold uh should be glad for their interest and here you can split up between them and what will happen on every transaction and they will get the interest I think this is good solution for the problem which we saw was widely discussed between the community and we had different solutions on the side of open C and blur so this is also one of the approaches we also shared this among animoco Brands demo day and it was assumed as one of um possible ways to solve so I also guys liked it and here's why this uh royalty thing is important because if you compare 2022 and definitely it wasn't the best year for the crypto but even there there are royalties for nfts overcome this social media world is paid previously so I think then the market goes better and the NFC more spread it so the question referrals has become more and more important every year so another thing is about games so uh we named it skilled tokens so now for example when you get an nft it's static a kind of new model to monetize so they can have additional sales of skills as well in uh in a row with nfts themselves but I think the better would be if they swap to the model when they distribute nfts for free to the white community and design their gameplay that players are motivated by the skills during the game to increase the performance of their and creatures podcasts whatever they can make and here the example of the use case when the guys created um amazing basketball players and they had two tokens it was attacking speed it's like was first designed and the guys had a very successful sale on crypto.com was here so just the beginning of this movement in games I think uh and as we were supported by animokura what we started from what the question of rental of nfcs and our solution that we offered on based on of our protocol was one of the main reasons they decided to support and develop down so in this um model we go and get rid of the rental when you pay for right now for a day for a week you just play nft for free and only when you generate Revenue uh you share this Revenue with the owner of nft and it can be multiple receives it can be game itself marketplace where this NFC is sold for rent and any other parties so this um is designed to reuse the entry barriers so that any person from anywhere need just can play maybe he will need some money to cover the good yes please but I think if it's a polygon or something like that so if you sense I'm sure affordable for everyone who want to try their luck and also it's nice because you don't need to buy an expensive nft you just take it play and then decide if you want or not and it's also very nice tool for guilds and Scholars so because they will not have any problems with the funds distribution because there have been some cases when it's calculated not on chain and sometimes the schools won't let about their price funds they have been given um another one case is about Unstoppable nft so here's this is one is under development but now you also can choose the way you want to store your metadata it could be IPS ipfs or swarm and the main principle here in that metadata is a very important thing it could be text video music design file whatever and now we saw through this year that there are frictions about the control the segmentation of internet and we have we need to guarantee the information to be free and this is the one of the ways where the infrastructure of decentralized way and our protocol Works to ensure that this info will be stored anyway if um even if not used so nft itself will be paying for students metadata and their decentralized storage we'll just call it so so nft I need payment then nft transfers so that's it and nft can be also adjusted to to be absorbing this value transactionally so just to ensure that you can put the some portion of funds inside the nfty rep but also you can design to be absorbing the video transactions so it will be a kind of reserved funds for the nft tokens it's very nice concept some not obvious previously when the nft appeared and someone could be asked what do I need nft that I cannot transfer it's perfect for identification I don't mean even like UIC things that when you do but like transaction or reputation models uh here in web 3 we make different actions on chain and different blockchains and we can create the models which are based on our actions and so of course the pro projects products the ecosystems have to design their own model for them we offer uh The Tool uh which is based of SBT but not like stay static it's Dynamic and you can appoint like you're an example different kind of activities for for which you will give them a kind of a skill and they can increase different grades of different skills inside there and the only one SVT so also it will be nice not to spam on the wallets of your users and it's like about just your imagination all the tools are on hand and it's even now you can just test in our application this BTS will be minted via our smart contract you can means to yourself or your friends let's sit and even put some value inside but of course take an account that SBT can transfer can be unwrapped so once you made it so the funds are locked forever there um liquid farming tool uh so um we were thinking that there are mainly the Crypt is about liquidity and we need as much as possible so we designed this type of farming the way that when you uh stick the tokens you get back reptility which stands for your right to claim rewards and turn stake um and what you've put in in the farming uh here it's nice because if you decide to sell your stack before the farming period uh previously you had spent money on transactional costs sometimes you could lose percents or even have a fine but here are you just sell your rep Nifty or not a CDL and there are no losses you get your funds the person who buy I think you will give him a discount or Better Price than the market price and he's happy for that also this tool really useful for defy projects who specialize on Yelp models because due to the concept that you don't need to spend additional funds on transactions and you will not lose any apy so um another case it's about gifts everybody liked it we started from Chinese New Year now the tradition of red envelopes so it's very sounds good with our naming so the idea that in China they give prisons in red envelopes and inside they put my so I just designed several ones and put it on sale on our launch pad and then we had different collaborations with dial projects the most famous of course is polygon when they wanted also their Tigers to be the gifts and we had a company with their community so they also had Tigers inside their establish or magic and several tokens from the ecosystem projects and also several Nifty tokens were there as well and the one white listed who won in their competition could claim this token from our launch pad and also now we then our launch band that there are different options to buy and token 7 and the holidays we have were made they were Saint Valentine's Day Christmas of course New Year several times so and inside the team uh when we have built this or any other festive days we also create such a tools because we are distributed and we can design a unique outfit like things for me Johnny or many other AI things and put inside uh will we think affordable and everybody likes that style of giving presence and also nice because you can put a time lock and the peace the person who receives your present will be able to open before his Thursday or maybe a new year or Christmas so it can be real adjustable so another thing about a lottery thing um it's also useful like um a continuation of the festive thing here you can also have designs and now Portugal is designed to distribute for distribution models for that so I'm just have a mindset in design and all the tools are ready to go um tickets and service we think that this um our product will have great success because as we search the market nft tickets come in more and popular because it gives a real good interaction with audience like it can be used a new way of advertising in our solution uh nft ticket is dynamic as as if it's wrapped in FC so you can put inside some bonus tokens for example you've got patent sponsors and not to spam your audience like you have on offline conference where there are lots of paper spanned you just give them this present and digital inside their tickets and also you can set up that the person who owns these tickets will be able to just extract them and spend you can make a time of for example year two years and just give the owner of this nft ticket some special rights when he enters your community your software or a game and we had an event also dedicated to the first event about nft 2.0 thanks to our friends from Divinity Community who joined and I find that it was nice to have and uh it was the first life test of our platform for tickets to get past dot is uh and um also we upgraded it not one time ago so there are options about not only buying but using promo codes uh and referral links so great I think it's on development now but we plan to have through the summertime several events if you are interested to use this platform feel free to contact so we got a team who's totally dedicated so a part of our team for this product and we'll help you to go through all the all you need to create your events and sell the tickets and meet them also as a part of such tool we developed not only forget pass but also for software Peninsula for the uh the subscription module uh it can be integrated into any web replication so it's of course similar like we have in web 2 but here in web 3 and crypto and there is a lack of such tools and this one is very useful simple and easy to integrate so we ourselves really like it because when we create soft uh subtract NFC tool previously we got just one option and then we get feedback from the users and they said sometimes that it's um uh way too exceptional and they need a smaller or sometimes a number of wrappings or periods of the work so it was like on the demand we developed also this tool and here's the soft itself I named previously this tool is to simplify relations of VCS and startups so that let's imagine you're a startup or you plan to be supported by ABC and you can offer a receive one additional point that of course they like you they like a product but they think and in general you can give them the freedom in finance so they will not lock the liquidity like we usually have they transfer funds to you and you lock the tokens on Smart contract work and then they claim but here they will have tradable rep nfts uh with vested tokens uh so before of course the Western period ends they will not be able uh to unwrap the nft and dump the price of your token they can they will be able to trade this wrapped nfts like uh it could be assumed like a derivative but backed all by all the asset line inside it um so that's also very easy to create because in one movie create up to 50 nfts and I'm sure that it will take a long time because we did it uh 10 some hundreds of times so we'll just meet um for your patents on this shafts and the first deal we made we tested as many of our products so we test first on ourselves when we had an ideal we offered 20 more Brands a kind of option a smart contract locator we send them tokens so when their period comes or just we wrap all the tokens inside nfts and send them all at once so they chose the less variant and for us it was convenient because when you for example don't look on Smart contract locker and you intend to send afterwards there could be some points when you could forget or lose the timing and it can cause some troubles for you but here you when you sell all the tokens at once you get rid of the obligations and you're protected that it will be done so this tool is beneficial for both parts and about our Launchpad so now we have created a new version so anyone can create his own um page where he can sell his tokens uh as it's shown here like for example uh you got some tokens inside you got a vesting period and price for which you can buy uh of course it will be upgraded with new options as I mentioned about promo codes and discounts um so and it's like also a good addition if you plan to have an idea if you're a project and you get a tool for cellular wasted tokens like soft you got then a liquid farming tool when you have the sale made and your community bonus to be motivated to hold your tokens and you hear this uh a nice platform where you can easily put your tokens for sale without uh they need to negotiate with their some platform that can give you a lot of mass thing that you have to do to be listed there uh he was the kind of survey or now sale when I had an ideal uh like the process looked like um thanks to our community uh a member who made this video also he said that it was rather hard to choose to buy to film the same time because uh if I remember right we had three days of sales so we designed that we had a an Ito and we offered our community uh the option to buy talking the same prices the same investing the with his head so like private rounds and of course they were glad for that and that's why it's new model in first day the sale took 15 minutes uh second day about seven minutes and around the third and the last day before I do we were sold out for forming just so that's why our community remember like a bit in stress making many many movements um so and that all lead us to a new model of token distribution uh like previously we had ICU IU audio and we see um opportunity for allow initial local location offering like shown here we comes from software create the uh assets to be sold and with wastings and then we got a platform from our partners designed specially for such sales uh it has more filters and customization things so just click there and have your new model and it's nice because you can raise funds um before I do practically every day for example you list some so I can layer with these things within the prices like dedicated for a private round and get additional Finance while you are working hard on your project uh to deliver a good performance on Ideo and after radio as well and here are some examples of our partners who use this model if this was a Multiverse uh friends from you know this company have a sale and it should say that we've been integrated with coindar it's um aggregator of projects and there like the thing is uh it let's imagine you scroll you search the project you like the project and you have to remember when will be the sale and there will be the queue you need to spend yes to buy it but here's just an easy way you like the project there are options to buy with the best things according to the prices you want you just so buy it so when after you read the article with no rush and wait for the blessings come to an end so I think it's no no no no no saving model for the community and I'm it's a lot of thing to discuss it's about some breedless tool which we're executing now uh you can try the concept as we designed we named it cross nft uh here the main feature in that uh there there is no Bridge uh you just need for example if you wanted to transfer tokens from Aptos to arbitrum in one transaction you just need our protocol to be there and you rapid liquidity on both chains and nfts set up passwords I will generate the key and then you just exchange this keys with the Apache with whom you uh you exchange thus you just enter the passwords on both chains and you got liquidity out uh so here you see we don't centralize liquidity like it's done in bridges and you I'm sure you know lots of hacks been done from hundreds of millions to some hundreds of thousands but anyway it happens constantly and as I remember a few ones I saw this month even on such low Market so this is the conception we are building uh we have a tool about winning a bridgeless swap it's now in tests um it's about crypto fight exchange P2P and bridgeless will be added with this Crossing Tool uh to give you an ability to make transactions from any chain to any chain in one uh transaction and uh much faster than sometimes we have when we need to transfer from layer 2 to layer 1 or to bridge like from ethereum to polygon sometimes it could take hours to wait for synchronization and here's the new uh more safe approach so guys thanks for your attention uh would be nice to contact with you here's my data on Instagram email and LinkedIn also just scan the QR and it would be nice to chat afterwards um so we are always open feel free to contact us okay so thank you so much Alexander and the thing I would like to share is that with each uh project I explore about nfts about blockchain I get more and more surprised and I can't wait to try to do have some hands-on experience about uh about the envelope and my first question is how big is the community around the envelope um in telegram we have about let me check I'll just tell you right now so it's in telegram yeah or yes in Twitter is about 30 000 in uh just let me tell you on chain laser um it's about 10 000 users so we got different communities like for russian-speaking community and for English-speaking communities so we split this chat so it's not as big it used to be on when we had the better market conditions but uh for the such a low markets it's nice because now we're sure that there are no Bots and other entities who always exit when you have token sales and they wanna paid and make a sense like they act they are interested just when listening what exchange and when moon like that stuff anyway that's a pretty big number and a good audience to work with yeah uh so for me personally that's kind of interesting about your community is since uh there are lots of services envelope provides that's why I'm asking about all that Community aspects and how do you acquire new blood into the community how do people know about existing of uh their envelope uh of course we always make posts on Twitter we got our blog on website we have our YouTube channel where we invite guests and if somebody wanted to participate guys you're welcome uh that was so much nice speakers here um so we can chat as well about some crypto staffer and nfts and new projects as well um and all the media we use of course is Discord and Reddit we are trying to be everywhere where crypto guys uh allocated and deliver our Solutions and even Instagram why not on tick tock so just any format for any audience if you want a longer videos go to our YouTube if you want just uh snapshots just Tick Tock or if you want a good reading and Welcome to our blog there are wonderful articles and especially and the last ones about cross chain about Ledger problem and also which we sold for example for uh where our Crossing you can solve the problem because let's imagine you wrapped your assets inside nft wire Crossing and you storage and Ledger and at some point your compromise your funds are stolen of course you're upset but you got previously wrapped them inside Crossing Nifty and you can learn the key and to the PIN code and get your assets back even if the hacker owns this NFC like you have a second chance even if you lost I know for some reason you see phrase or just for the social engineering used to be to affect you so that's okay and uh yeah I noticed that you have a pretty big community on Twitter on telegram you get a very good block on medium a YouTube channel and pretty good documentation on your website and so from the from an average person uh how easy this to uh intuitively go through the website and try to try the services envelope without getting the support from the community without reading all that documentation and seeing tutorials on YouTube uh so at our point of view the interface is rather friendly and in our application it's of course free uh you can set up for example if you're a Creator you make about thinking about your collection you just uh I mean you can mean you mean previously your nfts you can go just take one to start and set up royalty you go step by step or we have notifications everywhere and you will not get lost so so at about some Advanced options also we got notices you just read them not to lock your nft forever on some wallet to just make an unwrapped setting also forever because that's why we also covered this on the right once once when I used it it tried simple and of course we got videos on our YouTube channel manuals written in documentation so lots of stuff and in case if you get lost for some reason or your leg for some functionality or you don't know how to execute contact us and telegram we are always there we will get responsible or Twitter maybe if you like it more okay and one of the most interesting questions people usually ask is can you explain how royalties work within the envelope protocol how are they distributed to the original nft creator Yeah in our model uh nft um this program that it take part of cell price and put it inside itself so there are two options so we can store all the part of the price inside nft or or and we can split up for example half price stores inside nft another is distributed as royalty for example let's imagine uh you're a Creator you set up that on every transaction you will get 10 then dial as royalty and of course you got your community who helped you so uh you make a split the 20 goes to a doubt wallet uh 80 goes to you as a Creator and it's encoded inside nft so when the transaction will be planned to happen um the NFC will request the seller to pay this uh 10 USD 10 die uh to con to approve it on this method if uh not approved the transaction will not happen and when let's imagine it's all approved it goes um funds go inside the nft and nft itself splits uh 20 to the wallet of the community and 80 of the create so in general that's how it works and if more detail it needed we can send some documentation and show examples of such nfts all right yeah sounds very solid uh in my opinion and another question is can you provide examples of real world use cases where envelope and wrapped nfts can add value oh yeah and so I think the most popular one is about real estate now we can get several inquiries about this so every object is unique so it could be performed like NFC and due to our program programmability we can set up that every time the sale is made the uh paid funds go inside NFC and here we make a setup for Which percentage goes to the agent uh to the owner or maybe some funds to pay taxes and other uh fees made before the platform so that's how we designed also you know uh protocol is possible to make complex nfts for example uh you want to design like a plot of land a building on these several buildings maybe to sell it also can be picked in one NFC to make a simpler sale so this is one and another case it's about rentals it can be whatever object you can track in real world like we have a tool over designed for this in first implementation it was done about the hour a day it's just simple mechanics also can be used for our protocol then for real world of course I I suppose not only physical but content like music like films uh these are the use cases and we have several projects with whom we talk how to execute it and offer them different decisions how to implement in them okay so sounds very interesting and maybe to conclude about envelope can you please maybe elaborate some future plans of envelope there are and maybe kind of road maps or anything else thank you so um we're gonna deliver this here our projects like we focus on it's about a ticket and service like get pass so I'm sure that it's a kind of a must-have for every free event as to have um a ticket that it's real um goes in the sound with the um so the community and have it's not about the kind of um um the sense of crypto but it's also about interactions and benefits so get past uh please use it anyway for small events big events and now we get a teammates works with this feel free to contact also I am me personally see biggest potential in bridgeless technology where we can unite all chains by this stuff and without the risks we previously had and of course it's connected also with the fight so it's easy to get in and out of crypto using this decentralized platform and nicely it's really centralized one so as it should be and our main [Music] direction would be use our protocol because uh for some people it can be not so obvious why we do need a programmable nfts but even if as we communicate mainly from with business guys for fire on traditional Finance it's a kind of um solution for their clients to have a better entrance into crypto like via indexes and programmable derivatives we have so it can be a kind of a next big move so don't miss it just user applications create your own use cases and always feel free to contact with us if you have some ideas to be executed together okay yeah that sounds very interesting and inspiring at least I'd like to catch up with you sometime later to know how the project is going how it's developing and I would really recommend to have a look on it at least and on this positive note I would like to uh conclude our today's conference day and make an announcement about tomorrow that on the same time and in the same place we will meet again and talk about marketing and Community aspects and tomorrow we'll be uh also a very hot lineup and on this note Alexander thank you so much for I mean thank you so much for sharing and thank you everyone for uh who were with us today and for your questions for uh coming today and we hope to see you tomorrow once again and stay
