DAY 3 | DISNEY WORLD VLOG! lunch at Bar Riva, exploring new resorts, swimming at the Riviera & more!

hi guys and welcome to Disney day [Music] [Music] me good morning everyone what is up welcome back to my channel if you're new my name is Brianna and I am Cory and today we are doing our Disney rest day which we are so looking forward to we have been go go go non-stop for the last three days as you've seen from the Vlog so today is just going to be a nice chill relaxing day but we still wanted to take you along because I feel like something I learned about myself yesterday is that where I do love living in the moment I feel like it's so natural for us to be vlogging yeah like it feels weird when we're not vlogging yes it's a part of the trip in a good way in a good way and it feels weird it feels like you're naked like when you forget something like in your pockets they usually have in your pocket so it's like when we're not vlogging I'm like no we're not vlogging that's exactly how I feel we kind of realized that on like one of our last trips we had like put the camera away but Corey was like hey check out the camera and I was like we're not vlogging and then I would do the same thing and I'm like hey great you have the camera and he's like we are not vlogging so we're still vlogging a rest day because we think it'll be fun and what do we have on the docket today we are dressed comfy cozy some nice comfy shorts our flops because our feet need to breathe from being in sneakers for days so our feet are breathing we are actually gonna take a beautiful walk down to the Caribbean Beach Joffrey station Cory's gonna get a lay petite cafe coffee which is here at the Riviera I'm gonna get one from the Joffrey's near the Caribbean Beach like Skyliner terminal and then we're gonna be spending the day at the pool we have a Topolino's reservation at the Riviera tonight so it's just gonna be a really nice fun rest day but still with some fun stuff to come we don't know exactly other things that we're doing today but we'll still have a really good day so make Disney videos but without further Ado let's head to Le Petit Cafe and get Corey a coffee and then we're going on our morning walk and we're headed to Joffrey's so we have made it to Caribbean Beach we just went to the Joffrey's we were going to go to Le Petit Cafe but the line was enormous 15 people people must have just been like checking in or we don't usually are we aren't usually this late going to Parks so I feel so a lot of people just like let me get a coffee here now or it is a Sunday so I'm wondering if people were here for I know you're tall if people were here for a week and today is their rest day too potential or if people are checking out and they're grabbing coffee so we came to the joffreys at Caribbean Beach like right off the Skyliner I got the which is like spilling out for some reason the iced toffee latte looks delicious and you got I got the Shake in Jamaican with hazelnut all right so let's give them the spin cheers whoa mine's good mine's really good do you like yours oh you'll take a sip of that I know you'd only black coffee but oh oh right yeah yeah oh oh oh oh mine's good too and then Corey you gotta do your taste test I've been wanting one all the time because it just so looks so appetizing you're also a donut person and it is their gigantic Donuts here I got the cookies and cream one so here we are Cheers I want a bite of it too you were even saying the other day that you were so excited to try a donut is it good can I try you would think how big it is it would be like insanely doughy but it's very light oh that's a good donut it's a good donut very good wow all right I'm gonna sit here bro I enjoyed the donut I thought it was really really good I love my coffee so we are like I said walking around Caribbean Beach we're actually in the is this the Jamaica this is Jamaica so they are refurbing Jamaica's rooms because at least I can assume because all of the like metal fences you can't like get into the rooms or anything which is kind of cool and I know that they're doing a little mermaid like refurb so we're excited to eventually stay here when they do The Little Mermaid refurb because the Little Mermaid it's my favorite princess Ariel and we're having a beautiful morning so let's now go enjoy we're gonna go drink our coffee we're gonna go have a donut we're gonna sit at Caribbean Beach and just enjoy a nice beautiful rest morning so this is just absolutely hilarious and Cory and I have to share so as you can see Corey is already happy in his donut he's enjoying it we're walking Caribbean Beach and this couple just ran by and even in my head I thought huh running on vacation while Corey's eating a donut they literally run by and the girl goes oh my God that looks so good what did you say Corey I was like well if you weren't running you'd have time to go get one yeah so we are people that get the sugariest and most delicious coffees and donuts on vacation we're not Runners yeah live a little [Music] bit thank you [Music] we just got back from a nice little long stroll we just like had a really nice time we just chatted and hung out it is 10 57 we also picked our chairs at the pool we're not going to say we're behind schedule but we just came back to our room and it was being serviced by housekeeping so rather than coming in we just kind of like waited outside walked around the resort a little bit and then just came upstairs so we're gonna head down to the pool for the day now but look at what they did to all the stuffed animals on the bed so they put all the cute little friends they even folded my PJs bathrobe like they just put some of the stuff like up and about on the bed that we kind of left on the bed but look at how cute the friends are I feel like every day we come in and they're different all right so we have made it down to the pool I still got my little bag on but these are the two chairs that we picked let me show you like our little beach Clips so these are like little clips that hold our towels onto the chair we also like to use them because it will just kind of save our chair granted the pool's only been open for like an hour but when we came down we wanted to save our chairs so we have a little table nice two chairs and then our view from the pool which is so nice we're like right by the water and then right over here to the right hand side is the slide so we'll be going down that today and then if you go on the opposite side of this is the splash pad and then under that blue tarp we're definitely getting it today is some gelato and then on the other side of these umbrellas is that second more like quiet Serena doll pool but we wanted to do this pool today and we are also gonna be doing lunch at bar Riva I think it's almost like let me check the time now I don't even have my Apple watch on anymore so it is 11 23 which is nice because we'll probably sit down for about an hour now do some like light swimming then have lunch at bar Riva then spend the rest of the day like swimming and enjoying and everything like that so we are going to enjoy our little afternoon day at bar Riva my phone is buzzing Corey just went to get our drinks at bar Riva like in our refillable mugs you don't have to go all the way into Primo piato to fill your mug unless you want like something of the specialty like machines but I just wanted blue Powerade because it is a scorcher today it is like absolutely ridiculously hot but it's a perfect day for the pool the other thing that we just also realized is that when we were inside like coming back down today is definitely a turnover checkout day because it is super super busy in the main lobby but it's also Sunday so I mean that definitely makes sense so let's enjoy our little day at Riviera pool and like I said my hero with the resort mugs what did you get for a drink today okay so it doesn't matter which one well they had the uh XXX um that was so sweet of you okay so yeah like I said we're gonna enjoy our nice little day at the pool also Corey's Disney tank is like the best thing ever it's the Disney pool tank top and so now we're just gonna enjoy relax and enjoy the day alrighty we have made it to Bar Riva for lunch I got a Diet Coke what was the name of your cocktail the electricity flip oh is it in Korean because it was like more refreshing it was more refreshing it was lemon It was chamomile um yeah why do I think like a lot like lavender is in there like it was just giving offline it was a nice light drink like I didn't need anything like I mean granted I'm going to be the annivers when I leave to have something but I didn't want that during lunch and I have my nice Diet Coke has got some Waters our food just got here so rather than doing each of us doing like our own lunch we decided to do three shareables and they look amazing I'm going to introductor I know Brianna wants to talk but you could just smell the bunch of bread oh coming over coming over here and it smells outpouring so here's what we got for lunch we ordered the burrata salad that came with takacha and then we also got the glazed sticky chicken wings which is amazing insanity and then we also did the mushroom arancini as well so let's dive in for all of our family members who are like the two of you hate mushrooms they're finally mixed and we're willing to try yeah the tripod is my Disney Resort mug so we are going into the orange first Food Network Corey coming at you oh yeah cheers to Barbie life Food Network Corey come here yep the mushroom you don't notice it it's the big thing with us not like a mushrooms it's texturizing so you're not catching us eating it full no so this is ground perfectly but you get a nice earthiness and the mix with the parmesan in there this is fabulous usually if you do not like mushrooms you would never even know they were in there and you want to try get this here's worth it I'll even show you close oh there you go all right so a little zoom in really you can't even tell that they're in there mushroom but yeah one thing to note we're gonna try the wing next oh no you can grab yours okay I was gonna say the top is all drumsticks and the bottom is all Flats so it means that Corey gets to have all of the top ones and I could have all the bottom ones because we all know I'm a flat over a Whatchamacallit what was I gonna say a flat over a drumstick yes all right so to the wings lights out when they say sticky it's not really sticky no it's more of like a glaze yes fabulous though I'll bring it up close it's got a little bit of like a crunch elements we have a nice radish and parsley on there we are on to the last thing which is Edinburgh tomato some Focaccia so I'm gonna doctor up a piece of bread I think how are you gonna do it I'm going to doctor as well we'll do it at the same time I wanted you to doctor babe oh well you know whoever you wanna just kind of doing it together a little tomato a little arugula little lettuce little burrata Roots well everything [Music] get that roots on there please excuse my targets I love burrata so refreshing the bread is fabulous you got the nice creaminess from the burrata and they used to get the freshness from the Tomato it shows that reel it back in from the acid so so good Mexican just came back to the pool frozen drinks I got half strawberry daiquiri half pina colada what did you get there you go the golden hay is Margarita yeah [Music] thank you [Music] oh my God [Music] hello everyone we are back from the pool we definitely don't like Reinhardt look like we're in our bathing suits anymore so we ended up doing some nice swimming right after we finished up our ice cream we relaxed we hung out and then we came upstairs we showered we like got good and gussied up for dinner I took a bath in the bathtub and it was the most like luxurious on brand vacation moment ever however my aerial bath bomb that was like blue and purple did indeed not stay in my body but when I got out and I was like wiping myself with a towel I was like oh girl you're kind of purple and I took a shower shower and I did not turn purple no so moral of the story is take a shower kids and don't take a purple bathtub are headed out right now we're not really doing too much like crazy right now but we actually need to head down to the front desk like guest check-in whatever because we both have a ton of gift cards that we want to put on our own individual accounts to like pay for but because we like using MagicBand because it's just easier than pulling out gift cards all the time we now need to like put the gift cards onto each of our like accredited magic bands so that when the transaction goes through tomorrow we'll be good to go and then what we're going to do is we're gonna head and roast some marshmallows I've always wanted to do that at a resort and we've never had the opportunity to do it but we have a lot of time today before our dinner reservation at Topolino so we are gonna head and roast some marshmallows we do have a Topolino's reservation tonight at 8 55. I think we head up maybe like not super early but like I think we can head up a little bit I think we can hit up after trivia oh I totally forgot about trivia we also are gonna do trivia that they're doing at the resort yeah 8 to 8 30. I hope that we win I hope that we just don't look like idiots like we did at your company one okay this is the problem though like we have a lot of Disney Parks knowledge Disney movie knowledge good but not as much as Disney I feel like I have more Disney Parks I have more knowledge I think than I do Disney movies I see like that's where we're good but but then like here's like a dry area yeah when we talk Disney movie knowledge like not the Marvel or star Star Wars we like know Star Wars a little we know like zero like literally zero about what should we call it about marble like zero so that's it we've had such a wonderful day I want to give two shout outs really quick because I want to talk about this in just a vlog in general shout out to Courtney who came up to us at the pool today and recognized us and like said hello and we chatted for a few minutes if you ever recognize Us in public please come up to us yes we do not bite it is like the best thing every time someone says they recognize me it like brings almost like a tear to my eye and so much joy that you even recognize us and like watch Corey and I and support us that's amazing I also want to give a shout out like three shout out from yesterday uh I didn't get her name but a girl in the like girls bathroom girls before I guess a girl in the girls bathroom like had a full pink outfit on Tokyo with her pink ears and she was like I love your videos in your YouTube and I was like oh my God thank you so much but I was like in the Heat of the Moment Like I literally need to go to the bathroom yeah so I didn't have the opportunity to like chat with you more so shout out to you our third shout out to the wonderful girl that was in the line at Haunted Mansion for recognizing us like shout out to you and then the last shout out that we want to give is probably the one that's like the most near and dear to my heart that just feels like such a beautiful one which was Kayla today who ended up messaging me I think it was Thursday when we checked in to the Riviera and was like Hey I'm like checking in also to the Riviera on like X day so excited for you guys to stay there if you're around when my husband and I and my son are here like I would love to say hello to you like would love to meet you guys and I was like oh my God yes absolutely please like we love to meet everybody and when I met you today Kayla honest to God it was like a kindred spirit like I felt like I'd known you forever we talked for probably like 45 minutes 45 minutes almost an hour in Primo piacho in the Quick Service here at the Riviera and it was probably one of the like most wholesome genuine Like Loving moments I've ever had you are so kind you are so sweet and you just made me feel so welcome and like I think it was so lovely that you support Corey and I and that your husband supports us and your son is absolutely adorable I can almost like get teary-eyed just thinking about it my my holistic thing to shouting the four of you out is like I started making these Disney Vlogs like just to document Corey and I's travels and like I had always wanted to be on YouTube and it was something I'd always dreamed of but I never took that leap of faith and I never thought that we'd have a Disney podcast that we'd Vlog our trips to Disney that I would be vlogging my travels and that people would like recognize us right and say like oh my God we watch you like we love you guys and the fact that like you bring Corey and I into your homes and like allow us to be a part of that is so so special and so meaningful to the both of us we don't have a 800 million thousand subscribers but like every single one of you hold such a special place in our heart because you support us you support me like it's just it's so amazing so moral of the story is whenever you see Corey and I in the Parks or anywhere please come up to us say hello say hello ask to take a photo like we want to take photos with you we want to get to know you we want to know your names message me on Instagram if it was a quick interaction and I didn't get a chance to say hello and thank you and chat with you like it's just it brings like oh am I in my main character moment I love hey I like being the main character okay the main character is a lot of fun to be the main character I agree am I the main character I'm definitely the second act I'm the the podcast everyone loves yeah the supporting in the second cast hey if it wasn't for me the food reviews yeah the Food Network review the Food Network Corey like so it wouldn't be the same without you honey so it is now let's check the time 43 we're gonna head downstairs we need to go to the main lobby then we're gonna roast some marshmallows then we're gonna play some trivia then we've got topolinos this has been such a beautiful birthday I'm like so excited that we decided to Vlog that's mine because this has been so lovely so with that being said we're gonna have to Guest Services yeah or like guests downstairs and then we're gonna go roast some marshmallows we've got marshmallow sticks a bag of marshmallows the smoke is invading my throat in esophagus yep which is why I'm they said that you can do only two marshmallows at a time but I think I'm just gonna start with one because I'm gonna make one sandwich yeah I'm just not I don't want to like mess up my nails so we're doing marshmallows the view is so beautiful the sun is like setting Skyliners going and we're gonna roast marshmallows and this is something I've always wanted to do at a Disney Resort but we're always in the park we're always doing something and even on our rest days sometimes we have dinner reservations or something else so this just feels like a really fun first you are okay well I'm only doing one first s'more of the trip and first more of the season so cheers to a Disney s'more foreign [Music] all right we just walked around the Riviera had a nice little enjoyable moment but we are here to Absolute run Michelle yeah we are here to do Disney trivia 754 they said they're starting right at eight 30 questions got our trivia sheets and then after this we have dinner res at Topolino's at 8 55 so I'm very excited because tonight is gonna be fun but also just I feel like we've spent the whole day at the resort and it's been really fun to just like enjoy and do a ton so Disney trivia we're working as a team we were going to compete I'll go sit on the table no wait we're having like a nice date oh my God you're the one who said let's compete against each other no that was you I thought it was too she no I said it's 30 questions oh no I don't want to compete I want to just enjoy Brianna just wants Toy Story Mandy all over again in trivia for him no because I don't even because like I'm good at trivia so like you would be getting mopped over there by yourself you're lucky you lucky you have me on your team okay we'll report back on how good we do we're talking a lot of snacks 1902. yeah see I would have won it's 28. I thought was when he was like fully that was my original thought but I didn't know if it was right what you do what year did a Little Mermaid come out oh my God no we're gonna just regroup after two minutes experiment number I know What video is frog [Applause] what is the name of her video game and there's this song I knew the first one [Music] oh yeah yeah yeah yeah that's like one of my all-time favorite Disney villains I love him all right so we have made it to Topolino's Corey got the paper plane are you gonna hold your drink paper plane Cory got the paper plane and I got destroying around the Rocks cheers to topolinos all right so if you know me and Corey you know that we always get the ricotta but we switched it up today and did the burrata we also have our bread service over there with olive oil so we are just going to dig in I'm excited we're gonna do a full rating of our meals after but we're just enjoying but we still want to share our meals so like I said we got the burrata and we're ready to dig in all right so we just got our meals and I went for the classic soul I love the soul so it comes with soul on this side and the other and then it comes with petite potatoes there's some rainbow cauliflower in here as well as some other green and veggies and then Corey ended up going for what was the name of yours this is new for you langoustine something Casa antilate yeah or something so I'm very excited to give that a try but like I said about enjoying our nice little topolinos dinner and we'll give a full rating afterwards good morning everyone well we look very different from when we did that dinner last night this is how we were at dinner wasn't it yeah with the Sun not the darkness yeah we forgot to close out the Vlog last night because we finished up at dinner it was so nice and then we literally just came back and like crashed like I think yesterday just like a full full day in the sun I can't even tell you even have like a little bit of redness like to your face you got some really nice Sun color yesterday into a nice khaki a nice khaki tan yes so we ended up just like being totally wrecked so exhausted last night that we literally came back to the room washed our face brushed our teeth and hit the pillow and that was that so Topolino's was delicious last night I thought it was absolutely amazing as usual 10 out of 10 like one of our favorite restaurants on Disney property and let's do our three favorites of the day yesterday I would say my first favorite was just like overall enjoying the resort like we did trivia at the resort we roasted marshmallows at the resort we like spent the entire day swimming just at the resort and I think this was the first time that we've ever done activities too at the place that we were staying so I think that was a favorite my second favorite was our walk in the morning like we went on the Skyliner to Caribbean Beach we got coffees we walked around and I just felt like that was just it was enjoyable to just like Resort hop to another Resort and then and then I would say my third favorite had to be probably meeting Kayla yesterday and like people recognizing us yeah like I think that was just a really awesome wholesome moment that I would say was definitely my favorite all right what are your three favorites of yesterday I was specifically trivia oh yeah trivia was great um my actual dinner from last night the langoustine yeah correctly um and then yeah I would say just like everyone just like coming up to us or just everyone meeting us yeah again trying to connect with all of you it's really fun yeah it was super fun so make sure if you have not already to give the video a big thumbs up please hit that subscribe button down below and turn on your post notification Bell so you never miss an upcoming Disney video we won't tell you where we're headed but let's see if you can tell by our shirts okay and we will see you tomorrow for the next Disney day bye everyone or in 30 seconds or in 30 seconds
