I've seen this exact speech at least 5 times. Cant wait until he has something new to tell us.
I take NR and used to take NMN until I ran out that shits expensive.
I’ve met and spoken to David and after doing quite a bit of research decided to incorporate NMN/resveratrol as part of my daily regime.
I’m a 61 year old male, generally in decent shape and with a few classic aches and pains (my father used to say that at a certain age pain doesn’t leave the body, it just moves around😊)
Been on NMN/resveratrol regimen for about 4 months now and the results have been nothing short of shocking:
1) superb almost catatonic like sleep and completely refreshed in the AM (normally a very light sleeper with waking up 3-4 times per night) 2) ALL chronic aches and pains gone (bum knee and a bad shoulder now gone) 3) more mental clarity in my work and less “forgetfulness” 4) after being stuck at a certain golf handicap for the last 10 years, I actually took a decent number of strokes off my game in just the last month or so
Ever have one of those perfect weather days when you don’t feel the weather, meaning the weather is so perfect that it doesn’t feel too cold and it doesn’t feel too hot, just perfect? Well, that’s how my body feels these days...I don’t “feel” my body. I don’t feel beat up, I don’t moan and groan getting out of bed each day, I walk 18 holes and don’t have aches and pains the next day or two and on and on.
Working for me.
Edit: one addition. About a week ago, I developed golfer’s elbow on my right arm. Had this same condition on my left elbow 5-6 years ago and it took 3 months to heal. This time around a mere 6 days later, my arm feels perfect. Thought for sure this pain would last months.
Then, both wife and I got the new vaccine for shingles. I know everyone reacts differently in terms of side effects, but wife had some serious flu like conditions and I had nothing but a slightly sore arm.
Resveratrol and NAD boosters.
I saw that his new book comes out in a few months: https://www.amazon.com/Lifespan-Why-Age_and-Dont-Have/dp/1501191977
I'm confused why more attention is not spent on CD38. I know he has a patent doing something with it. If CD38 is what kills NAD levels while we age should we be adding a flavonoid supplement as well?
I have not been impressed with Sinclair. Someone make the case for him. His chasing after resveratrol was off putting when it became clear it was a calorie restriction mimetic and nothing more. He seems to favor small molecule approaches with hyper focus on just one aspect but while telling a story more Grand than science or approach justifies. Happy to be proven wrong.
